Kerrigan's Story

Chapter One: Exclusion from Birth
I know its short, but, hey, it was like 10:00 PM.
From her birth, she knew she was different. She always knew things she shouldn't have, and noticed that no one else seemed to do what she could do. She tried to be indifferent to all this, but the people always made fun of her, but not in a playful way, but more in a hating way, and made a visible effort to avoid her. She wanted to get away from the world, and to get somewhere where people were like her. She managed to get through two years of school before getting depressed and dropping out. Her mother was the only person she could run to. Her father, a famous general had left the family to avoid being disgraced by Kerrigan, and all the rest of her relatives avoided her mother and her. After three years of hiding herself, not coming out unless the need was great, because whenever she left the house she was jeered by passerbyers, someone came to her door. He was a tall man in a uniform, not unlike what her pictures of her father looked like. Her mother, the one who had opened the door, asked, "Who're you and what are you doing here?"
"Good morning, ma'am. Is this the household where Sarah Kerrigan lives?"
"Yes, it is. Is there anything you want?"
"We want to have your daughter educated in a secret government program used to train people with abilities like your daughter into special agents."
