Modern world AU in which the Magnificent Seven, Emma, Bogue, and Matthew are all high school students. What exactly do seven teenage boys and one teenage girl get up to on a snow day off from school? Here's a hint: Faraday loves the snow and will stop at nothing to get the others to come out and play in the snow like kids. Overall, they act like one big, happy family in the snow.

Sam likes his hat. It gives him a sense of power and control. At least, he use to think so before this merry band of his came together. Or, yet another example of how a dysfunctional family is a perfect one.

This story takes place three weeks after the movie's ending. With four of their seven members gone, the remaining trio of the Magnificent Seven deal with their grief. Red Harvest convinces Sam and Vasquez that the others are not really gone from their lives. Contains a mention of Vasquez and Faraday having a brotherly bond and the team acting like one big family in a flashback.

Faraday struggles with loud noises after nearly blowing himself up at Rose Creek. Vasquez aims to help him.
