James and Lily Potter, were sitting around the fire place, at there homes in Godrics hollow. They were playing with there infant sun Harry, when there front door burst into pieces. "Lily, take Harry and go! It's him! Go! Run! I'll hold him of--" James grabbed Lily, and gave her a last kiss.
Look into my eyes - you will see

Lily grabbed infant Harry off the floor, and ran upstairs to his playroom. She hid he best she could. Mean while, James circled the living room, with the most evil wizard of all time. Voldemort. James shouted, "Expeliarmus!" a blue light flashed, and headed towards Voldemort, who easily stopped it.
"Fool, Impedimenta!" The curse hit James straight in the chest, slowing him down considerably. "and now you die. Avada Kedavra!" A green light filled the room.
James last words before dying were, "Lily, be safe." High pitched laughter filled the house.

"Not Harry, not Harry, please not Harry!" she cried.
