Irene in Southtown
" Wow at last I've arrived in the town I had dreamt of visiting for a long time "exclaimed Irene. as she came down the steps of the bus. She started to sing: "Southtown, Southtown 's a wonderful town , like Frank Sinatra, Gene Kelly and Jules Munshin did , when they arrived in the BIG APPLE.
"I 'd not be so happy to b here ,if I were you, my young friend, an old man said to her.Southtown, he went on, is not a smashing town at all. It is not the wonderful land of Oz.
On the contrary, it's a very dangerous place. If I were you, I'd go away as soon as possible"
" Don't worry, sir, replied Irene, I know how to defend myself, even if I'm not very tall.. My kicks hit hard enough to disencourage anyone who tries to annoy me"
Irene felt she was thirsty and hungry too, the journey had exhausted her, so she went to the main pub of the town " the Illusion" to strengthen herself. There she ate a couple of sandwiches and drank two cokes . Besides she also made the acquaintance of King,the owner of the pub: she was a wonderful tall blond girl who immediately made friends with Irene.
While the two girls were talking, King said: "OH NO ,TROUBLES ARE APPROACHING.CRAZY IORI IS COMING TOWARDS US.!!!" Then she said to Irene:" Don't answer him whatever he tells you, ok?"
Irene replied :" I don't understand yet, but..."
She couldn't finish her sentence, because Iori touched her shoulder and said to her:"Hey, I have never seen you here before"
"I've just arrived in town, sir."was Irene's cold reply
Iori clenched her arm and he said to her: "It seems I'm gonna be your tourist guide tonight"
"Let me go!. Irene screamed at him. Or else you' ll feel my kicks"
Iori laughed and said to Irene: Come on, you're still a little baby, do you really want to spoil your beauty?
"Don't worry, crazy , red-haired guy, reach me in the blind alley.I'l show you, what I'm capable of, don't undervalue me simply because I'm only 165 tall!"
Irene took off her shoes and assumed her fighting stance.
Iori foolishly laughed, but then he became stern and he launched against her his vicious psycho balls. But Irene knew his fighting technique and easily avoided them
"Now it's ny turn"screamed Irene who kicked Iori's tomach and then hit his chin with a powerful punch
Iori fell, he foamed with anger. He was both surprised and furious. He stood up, he wildly yelled and hurled himself against Irene.
He tried to hurt her with his hideous claws, but the short haired girl was faster than the wind
She jumped high and, before landing, her bare feet violently connected with Iori's mouth
For Iori it was GAME OVER He tried to mutter something . Irene told him : "Come on, say those 2 magic words! "
" I............ surrender" and he fainted.
The short haired girl smiled and she said to herself :"I'm looking forward to telling everything to my friend Pierpaolo"
