What do you do when you wake up in the middle of the ocean? Make your way to dry land, obviously. But when that comes with the realization you're in the middle nowhere, surrounded by murder boats, and no reinforcements in sight, what are you supposed to do? Do as I do. Run like hell to the nearest safe harbor, and pray you don't get caught.
