Too Late

Hey Everyone! Whats
up? Lots here! I hope you enjoy my poem!
It is about religion, so if you don't want to read it, don't!
Why
should I have believed in God?
I
had everything I could have ever wanted!
But
now, as I stand before the throne of God,
I
know just how wrong I was.
I
stand before God knowing where I will go.
My
deeds and denial tells me so.
I
never believed this would happen,
To
someone who was once so wealthy.
I
only prayed once in my life,
And
that was to win the lottery,
Win
God did not grant my wish,
I
totally forgot about him.
How
could I have none there was a heaven?
Or
that Jesus really did exist?
All
I had to do was put up a Bible,
That
alone held the key.
And
through my tears I plead,
To
please forgive me!
But
I know that it is too late,
I
must now face my fate.
I
should have believed in Him,
For
only that could have got me into heaven.
But
I closed my eyes to the truth,
And
now I must face the ultimate price!
