Loves Never Ending Melodies
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I listen to the music play,
It's unsaid words come my way.
It speaks of loneliness and sorrow,
but also of a lasting love,
and a dawning of tomorrow.
The soft, sweet notes wash over me,
my body, heart, and soul,
like calming waves upon the restless sand.
As the melody comes to an end,
I find myself gazing at the talented musician.
Her sea-blue eyes are gazing back,
reflecting all the emotions her song had.
But also deep within her gaze,
an unsaid promise, a vow was made.
I smile inwardly,
as it was the same exact feelings, and thoughts,
that I had hidden in me.
Ours was a love that knew no bounds,
it survived the centuries
And will continue going on,
as the sea will always kiss the horizon,
a love never ending.
