Sirius-

Sirius-

As I sit there in the dimly lit room everything seemed to flood my head. I hardly notice all the people staring at me. Murmuring things. Things they thought I did. But somehow in my mind I didn't seem to care anymore. I took in too much already. James and Lily were dead. I had finally let this sink in.

"…You are further accused of murdering 13 muggles in broad daylight."

I didn't answer. I had tried to convince him that I wasn't the one who did it all. But nothing I say seemed to convince anyone. I had shouted my voice hoarse, in return I got nothing. Most think I'm mad. I'm beginning to think so too. I've given up on trying to prove myself innocent.

            "Any objections?"

No one made any sounds. All eyes were on me. People muttering things like "mad man" and "evil". But I couldn't really care less about what they thought.

"Then I hereby sentence you to a life time in…"

Suddenly the door burst open. I could see someone running toward me. I felt something hit me hard as I looked down. Ruby had her arms wrapped around my leg. She was my daughter, only 4 years old.

"Daddy, what are these people saying about you, your coming home aren't you?" She cried as she clutched my leg tighter. I could feel myself shaking and my arms becoming heavy. I swallowed, then wrapped my arms around her.

"Daddy's going to go on a little vacation… go with mommy." I whispered so only she could hear. I glanced to where Ivy was standing. A guard was holding her back. Her eyes filling with hot tears. She glanced at me coldly. Ruby had finally let go and looked up. Her huge brown eyes watering.

"You are coming back!?" She sobbed. I didn't answer.

"I wanna go with you!!!" She said gripping me tightly. I looked to Ivy. She shot me a hurt and bitter look. Barty Crouch had pointed to the guards motioning them to come forward. A dementor grasped my arms and pulled me toward the back door. Another had pulled Ruby off who was crying harder than ever. Ivy had broken free and was rushing over to Ruby.

"It's ok… its ok…"She whispered now holding Ruby. I tried to open my mouth to say something but nothing came out. Ivy flashed me one last look, and Ruby held out her tiny hand, reaching out for me. I knew I'd probably never see them again.
