Thank You
There are lots of fanfiction writers out there, but no one ever gives them any credit. These men and women work for months and months in their free time perfecting stories for people to read, and most of the time they never ever get a thank you! There are countless times when I have read really good stories and have forgotten to thank the author for their story.
You people have inspired me; you have shown me that anyone can be an author. It is because of those authors that I am here in this archive.
Heck, most of you are even good enough to write books! All you need to do is write an original idea. That's how most stories start out, ideas. I have learned that if you have an idea then you have to write it down immediately, even if you are in class or sleeping.
When I first looked for Harry potter fanfiction I thought I would never find any, boy was I wrong! There are thousands of sites on the Internet that are dedicated to that and hundreds of other topics that people like to write about.
Fanfiction lets you put your ideas to the world; it lets you express yourself.
