Sacrifice
Sacrifice
The gifts given to me
Oh
how I wish they weren't!
To
be a normal child,
To
live a peaceful life
Gift
of life
To
heal those hurt around me
A
blessing to many
Strange
power.
Gift
of death
To
defend my princess,
A
curse to me
They
fear my strange power
Gifts
of balance
I
need you now,
My
princess is endangered,
My
friends are dying,
Innocents
are suffering,
Grant
me my weapon,
Grant
me my power,
Grant
me my attack
Of
final strike
From
my lips
Allow
me to utter,
The
three simple words,
Death,
Rebirth,
Revolution,
Lay
me down quietly
As I
give up my soul
To
save souls of others
For
I am.
As
now.
As
forever be.
The
sacrificing soldier.
