On their last day of Summer Camp a group of friends go for a hike. A dying warrior is found, he gives the power to morph and grim warning of a new terror. They're not the first to invade Earth, but they're the first with the power to end it. They must learn fast, for discerning friend from foe is harder than they know, and one mistake might just be enough to kill them all.

Exactly what it says on the tin. In another universe, Yeerks and their hosts secretly work together to defend Earth from invaders. One day Tom joins a seemingly ordinary club called "The Sharing" and his whole world changes.

Kicked out of every highschool she's been in, Rachel's last chance seems to be a small California town called Sunnydale. If she can avoid getting into fights, and make a friend or two, maybe she'll even be able to uncover the mystery surrounding the weird librarian and the strange disappearances around town. Tom never went through with becoming a full member of The Sharing. Instead, he ends up following Jake through the construction site on that fateful night they meet Elfangor.
