The Past , Present, and Future



Intro



The story begins five years after the final defeat of Talpa. The ancient one is alive again, and so is Anubis. The ancient tells the Ronins the legend of 5 half-human, half-demons, who were once the greatest enemies of everything in both non-existence and existence. The demonic-guardians are somewhat like Sekhmet, looking like a half-creature. Especially the leader of the Guardians, who is basically, your average, cruel, powerful demon. The leader is Neko, who bears the armor of the Mountains. She is a cat-demon who can control just about any creature, plant, she can even control the ground and outer space! The rival of the Guardians, Emperor Kain, who is Neko's twin brother, somehow manages to conquer the guardians' territory, thus resulting the Guardians to become the Guardians. After the ancient takes a break from the story, the comic focuses on the current time, and switches back to the Guardians' time when the ancient starts telling the story again. And as an odd twist, the legend turns out to not be a legend at all, but the history of the distant past. Emperor Kain comes to the mortal world, and the Guardians take over the Nether-Realm. The Guardians try to capture as many people from the mortal world as possible to bring them to safety in the Nether-Realm. When the Guardians teleport the Ronins and their friends to the Evil Dynasty Castle, things get pretty strange as Neko tries to explain what's going on...
