The duo is brought back together years later due to a professional encounter between Kate and a very different Alexis. There is a Casket ending though not with the passion most would like. I do not own Castle; I just play with the characters.

This story begins just before the kiss in Knockdown. Only in this version, Rick admits his feelings for Kate and she is forced to respond.

It's Castle's birthday, and one of his gifts is that his little girl is moving back home…without Pi in her life. He didn't think he could be happier. (Very AU after the May 3 episode and finale. LOL One of those stories that was intended to stop around chapter 3 or 4 but wandered off on its own.) Involves family, some excitement, and so much fluff I should be ashamed.

A summer ficathon entry: Kate and Rick on their honeymoon after the events of my last story, A Guiding Light. The dragon has been slayed and there is life to be led. But can it ever be that easy for these two? AU after events of 6x22.
