Trish Una and Pannacotta Fugo travel to Bruma to find a healer to cure Trish's mother's illness and find a way to find Trish's father. Fugo deals with an annoying fan, letting Trish venture into Bruma's guildhall by herself and meet Giorno Giovanna. Later, Trish decides to join the Mages Guild, but after the events of the Oblivion Crisis, she realizes it will not be easy to join.

Mathieu Bellamont fails in killing the members of the Dark Brotherhood in secret. However, the Dark Brotherhood did experience some losses, such as losing Ungolim, the Listener. The Dark Brotherhood slowly rebuilds and recruits Pesci, the half-brother of Prosciutto.
