Hit Girl returns to town a few months after the end of KA2. Sure she'd figured out that she's Hit Girl, not Mindy, but the transition from girl to woman is a little bit more difficult. Especially convincing others. Then an accident during a patrol leads to being more dependent on Dave then she can handle. Chapter 17 starts a prequel to the story currently. Sorry about that.

This story is a universe unto itself and has spawned eight other stories, not to mention a cross-over with 'Gotham' and another with 'Stargate:Atlantis'. As of January 2019, early chapters have been updated (1-43).

In mid-December 2015, Vengeance was formed and funded indirectly by MI5 as an off-the-books and ultimately deniable asset which could be used to 'remove' those who demonstrated a great threat to the realm. HMG, in turn, would turn a Nelsonic blind eye towards Vengeance's other, more Fusion related, vigilante actions. Part of my Fusion Universe.

Dave is finally picking up the pieces of his life left after Mindy's abandonment when Mindy shows up on his doorstep. Sh has returned to town six months after leaving and expects to pick up life right where she left it. She instead finds a world that has moved on without her.

This story details her descent and eventual return to a relatively normal life. This story exists within my Forsaken universe and makes use of existing characters and events.

Two teenage girls make a new start on the west coast of the United States. They have the skills to survive on the streets of Los Angeles but can they make a dent in the L.A. criminal underworld.
