This is a fanpoem I wrote. It's from the POV of someone meeting Vincent for the first time. I'm happy with the results, but I'm not used to rhyming, so it'll probably sound a bit wierd. Anyways, here it it! ~Silver

~Nightmarish Gaze~

I saw the starry skies
Reflected in his blood-red eyes
My own eyes locked his haunted gaze,
Reminiscent of nightmarish nights and days

Handsome features, perfect in every way
Yet what he felt, I cannot say
Was he pining for a love long lost
Pondering over true love's cost?

He looked like one who knew so much
Yet he had a heart you could not touch
What horrors could this man see?
The thought of it astounded me.

Repressing a shudder;
I walked away.
