CHAPTER 1
Rozeelia stared into the starry night restlessly. She couldn't sleep. She turned in the covers and felt the moonlight beat on her back, strong and silent. She opened her eyes and groaned. Something was keeping her awake...but what?
"As you all know, Saphire had once been a beautiful princess, the first royal crowned princess of Lestron. But at age 15, she was put under the spell of a wicked witch, and she then became the guardian unicorn. With the power of her horn, the princess has kept Lestron safe from any evil." The teacher continued pasting back and forth. "Any questions?" The princess' hands remained down.
"Now then, let's continue our new lesson." The teacher paused. "Oh yes one more thing. At the year 2000 Saphire dies."
"Mindy!" Rachelle hissed to her best friend as they left the tutoring class. "It's January 1 in a few days, and it will become the year 2000!"
"So?"
"Who will protect Lestron?"
"Um..." Mindy closed her eyes to think about it. Then she ran off in a sprint. "Gotta go! Bye!"
"I'm sure."
Another sleepless night. Rachelle was getting used to these. She twisted and turned, but it was no use. She was excited. But...about what she didn't know.
A Few Days Later...
"10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!" cheers filled the party as Rachelle was circled with blackness, and she passed out.
"Rozeelia..." Rachelle woke up to find she was in a glittery ice castle.
"Who...who's there?" She stood up and looked around to find her little sister Sabrina, Sabina's friends Katheryne and Anita, her friend Mindy, and Glinda, another princess who lived upon the planet Lestron. The others were laying on the icey floor.
"It is time, Rozeelia." that voice again! She rubbed her eyes and looked down. In the reflection in the ice she saw a unicorn! She slowely looked up and gasped.
