As Bill and Ted are sworn into office as America's first joint president in 2025, they are visited by a mysterious stranger called the Doctor, who warns that reality will collapse if they don't deliver the one speech that leads to Earth becoming a utopian society. The rock stars must embark on another adventure for inspiration, and avoid the Meddling Monk's attempts to interfere.
