Not really an official story, just a selection of ficlets (if you can even call them that) from the last 2 years set both in both the Pokémon and Portal worlds. Or maybe they're the same. Or maybe not.

GLaDOS, Chell, Wheatley, and others from Aperture find themselves stuck in another universe and turned into Pokemon. With nothing else to do, the form a rescue team as an excuse to explore Dungeons and search for leads on how they got into this world and how they can get home.

Chell is somehow transported into the Pokemon world. But so were the AIs; GLaDOS, Wheatley, etc. ... And while Chell's human, they're Pokemon! Loosely follows story of Pokemon Emerald. THE FOURTH WALL WILL BE BROKEN. :D ON TEMPORARY HIATUS
