What better way to spend the holidays than avoiding everyone? Jim Kirk finds out quickly enough that being alone is not an option, not when Spock and McCoy are around to get under his skin. pre-K/S/M.

When Jim and Hikaru decide to visit an old friend whilst on shore leave, they don't quite know what to expect. What they find surprises them so much they decide to investigate further, because their friend is not the man they both remember. Will they ever be able to find out what happened and how to make things right again?

Pavel took it and yanked the boy into a hug which was eagerly returned. He could feel the warmth from the boy spreading into his chest. He knew from that moment that Aleksei was the same as him. They both knew. Pavel is struggling to cope with his emotions on the Enterprise. Can Jim help? It's better than it sounds. Rated M for language.

When freak atmospheric conditions cut a landing party off from the Enterprise, Spock is forced to confront the differences between his command style and that of Captain Kirk. Meanwhile, Kirk has to deal with his own frustration at the Enterprise's helplessness. And then there's the Romulans...

Bones want's his best friend back, among the crew of the flagship Enterprise, there rests a roomer of a man whom can reverse death, but is this true? Or will their captain remain lost forever.

Sc/U. When a crewmember's illness means that Christine cannot attend the dance performance they have tickets for, Uhura asks Scotty to accompany her instead.

Fifth and last in the series begun with Betrayal? and continued with Courtmartial, Separated, and Mutiny. Kirk is back in his own galaxy, with new challenges and unexpected enemies. Ties up some loose ends from previous stories and brings together several different threads. Rated T for violence.

Sequel to 'Two Survivors'. Kirk, McCoy, and now Spock are called as part of a secret Starfleet mission. Sabotage finds them the only people left to complete the task. Adjusting to each other, they have to work together against all odds thrown at them under the looming border of a rising empire... Chapter 7 is the rest as an outline.

This was written for the Family challenge at Ad Astra and is meant to represent a scene from one of the TOS movies. Not the one you initially thought, or expected from me I'll wager. ;-)
