Set very shortly after "The Enterprise Incident" Spock questions himself and his commitment to Starfleet and his own weaknesses. Is he a Vulcan or is he a Human? A self indulgent short story, but one hopefully you'll enjoy.

James Kirk reflects on his love for Rayna, the pain of remembrance and his desire to forget her. This story is set near the end of the episode Requiem for Methuselah before Spock causes him to forget about Rayna.

Amanda has her suspicions. Spock lost so much when the Priestess retrained his mind. Could they have taken something so important from her son? She can't take the chance. He deserves happiness, even if Vulcans do not believe in it. For him, she will ask.

Due to a Shuttle Airport closing, Kirk, Spock, and McCoy discover that they have met in the past! My first story, so please comment. I'd love to hear any suggestions!
