Harry Potter
Unexpected Faith

"Harry wake up, you filthy beast. Go make cereal for Dudley. Your aunts away and I need to go to work." Vernon Dursley screeched. "Can't Dudley make cereal for himself? All you need is a milk and..." Harry yawned and interrupted at the same time. "Don't ask questions with me boy, go," Vernon yelled. With that he marched away grunting about to many questions. Harry got up and got dressed he made Dudley breakfast, fed Hedwig and went out to the porch to think for awhile. It was 6:00 and hour before school and getting away from this hellhole. He thought about how this year will be like, so far Voldemort found ways every year to strike at Harry and he pulled loose every time.

He went to the cupboard where his uncle and aunt kept his school supplies. He went shopping with Hagrid about 5 weeks ago and was all set. Unlike most people Harry loved school, he loved getting away from Petunia and Vernon and most of all Dudley. Dudley was now angrier then ever because of the diet he was set on, and who did he love to place that anger? Harry, of course! He took his things and all of a sudden thought of Cho Chang, a really pretty smart girl who he had a sort of crush on. A sudden chill went down his spine at the remembrance of Cho. She seemed to like him but not more then a friend. He was tired of trying to get her attention but not tired of her.

He was drove to the train station and dropped off at platform 13 by Vernon. He went on the train for the 10th time in 5 years, it was slow and boring but he managed to get through. He got off the train and saw Hogwarts, he was happy to be here but it wasn't thrilling anymore. Something was wrong, e was bored and he was never bored when he came to Hogwarts. He went to the dining hall and sat down at the fifth year part of the Gryffindor table. He waited until he saw his two best friends Ron and Hermione. Ron seemed so excited as he came to Harry. His eyes glistened as he rushed to Harry, then he said "Harry I jus saw the love of my life, her name is Lillian and she is a fifth year. You've got to see her." He pulled Harry to the upstairs hall but there as no girl. Harry knew Ron was girl crazy and loved every pretty girl in sight.
He shrugged and turned away and said "It's okay Ron I'm sure I'll see her later." Ron looked at him and nodded, "okay."

After the sorting and the food, Harry went upstairs to unpack. He walked past this girl as he went by. He dropped his bags in exhaustion and sighed with weary. He bent down to pick up his books when he realized someone was helping him. He looked up and saw a beautiful girl with blonde hair. She looked as pretty as a warm day with clear skies, and as thoughtful as a mockingbird singing his heart away. He opened his mouth to say thank you when he heard himself asking, "What is your name, pretty girl?" She smiled a luscious smile as he realized his mistake. "Lillian G. Patter, and you are?" Before he even thought about what he was doing he heard "Neville Longbottem" come out as his answer. He didn't feel right saying Harry Potter, she might have heard of him and not think of him as a regular person. But right away he regretted it, she might be in one of his classes, she'll hear him being called "Potter." "I'll see you around then, Neville." She gave him his books walked down a corridor and was gone.
