Let's just say that I was hit with sudden, inexplicable inspiration at around 3:00 AM. This is a short poem about Anju and Kafei that I dreamed up, and I got the sun and moon theme from the Couple's Mask. For those of you that are wondering, a few lines also hint at a Link/Zelda romance (explained in one of my yet-to-be-posted fanfics!). I got out of bed from a dead sleep to write this, so please r/r!

The Ballad of Sun and Moon
Child of light and child of night
One a golden nymph, a symbol of hope
The other a soldier of sacred virtues
Yet what is Sol, devoid of her love's starlit embrace?
And Luna, without a single pinpoint of guiding light?
The orbs of night and day, parallel in the simplest paradox
Bound as one, their hearts unite
Entwined by the glow of sun and moonlight
Child of light and child of night.
