Her eyes caught something in the sky. Two sparrows flew over the wall surrounding Corus. They both perched on Kel's shoulder. Crown and a sparrow she didn't know, Freckle she thought offering a biscuit she had on her to the sparrows. With that Keladry of Mindelan left the High City of Corus behind, along with her dreams.
