Sunnydale is no more but the Powers are not willing to let Buffy go. They want to see how she will do against the White Walkers. Dawn refuses to let her go alone.

Dawn was stabbed so that her blood could be collected to open a doorway between Earth and another realm for revenge. And in opening the doorway, it creates a magical backlash in the other universe; a backlash that leads to the return of those thought dead. Now Buffy and some new friends must prevent the Whitewalkers from using the doorway to return to the Earth realm.

Good or bad, most people want to make some sort of difference to what is around them in their lives. Few rarely do, and even fewer are remembered for their attempts. Now, one shall rise a war tempered lord, whose name will ring out loudly for all to know. The world itself is rocked as a result, and a legend is born.

The arrival of a stranger to Westeros brings with him a new darkness to the land. And so a Crusader and would be Queen will be joined to stand against this new enemy as old memories of a world's past begin to stir and enter the fray. The very foundations of the Seven Kingdoms will have to shift or all will be lost. Pray, so that the Gods might show mercy.
