Lincoln was not know for being a particularly brave man, growing from that weak wristed twig into the lightly, muscled and pragmatic man we see today. Secretive was another thing, Lincoln could take a secret to his grave. Bearing in mind his current situation, Lincoln knew the consequences would be dire if his secret got out. At nineteen years of age Lincoln was finally making his way out into the harsh world.
Before he could leave home Lincoln had to do break up with Lucy and Lola. Guilt and shame rested heavily on his conscience, Lincoln as the oldest should of known better than to carry on the way he did with the two. Somewhere along the lines Lincoln had made the mistake of seeing them as more than his siblings, Lucy was quite and sensitive and beautiful in her very own way, Lola was arrogant and harsh like a vengeful goddess. Both were beautiful, for the last five years the three of them had been living as lovers in secret.
"I'm pregnant", Lucy whispered quietly as she stretched out nude, pulling Lincoln from his deep slumber. The warm feeling of Lola's bare flesh is the only thing that warms Lincoln as panic sets in. Short and slender whith pert b-cups Lucy reminded Lincoln of a statue, her pearl ivory skin gleamed under her dark hair, pale violet eyes peering into his from a veil of bangs. Lincoln could feel her cool hand desperately reaching for his, Lola stirred throwing a leg over Lincoln's hips trapping him with her body. While they were mostly safe pregnancy was always a fear, Lucy was fifteen going on sixteen. Lincoln had just turned nineteen himself, the thought of having to explain to his parents that he had gotten his fifteen year old sister pregnant sent chills down his spin. Mom would kill him, and dad would help hide his body.
The sounds of Lucy sobbing make Lincoln's chest throb, the drive from the clinic was emotional for both siblings. Lucy's words still echoed through Lincoln's head, "why don't you want our baby "?
He hadn't been able to face her since they got in the car, a profound sense of loss and disappointment filled Lincoln. But he had done the right thing, right?
Lucy was too young and immature to be a mother, she just didn't see that yet.
Hot tears lacked out of the corners of Lincoln's eyes, he could still hear the faint heart beat, the new life just waiting to start.
Lucy bolted for the house the second the car stopped, her body shaking from her sobs. Lola stood on the porch with an icy look on her lovely face, in one hand she held his college acceptance letter from Rolling Rapids a school four hours away from Royal woods.
"What did you do"?
Lincoln flinches at her venomous tone, if he looks closely Lincoln can make out the sorrow and disappointment on his little sisters face. Suddenly enraged Lola charges twords Lincoln beating his chest viciously, "why did you do it"? Lola's blow's are weak but desperate, mascara running.
"You were supposed to love us"!
Lincoln can feel lynns hands pulling him away as lana tries to restrain Lola.
"You can't just leave us behind, you made a promise Lincoln, I won't let you go that easily"!
At this point no one can ignore the spectacle, Lynn looked confused and a little nervous, lana struggled with the stress of holding onto her crazy twin. Lucy stood in the door way sobbing with lilly peering out with a frightened expression. Lisa came last with Rita and Lynn sr trailing her, at the end of the day no one really knew how the fight started, Lincoln definitely wasn't going to explain.
Lynn patched up Lincoln's cuts, lilly clung to his waist with all the strength of a nine year old, the atmosphere in the house was cold and tense.
"What was all that about "?
Lincoln can still see the pain and anger in Lola's face, the faint sound of crying was like a hot locker to the gut.
"I'm not sure ", Lincoln answered quietly.
Snorting Lynn raises an eyebrow in disbelief, " look me in the eye, when you lie to me Lincoln".
Sighing in defeat Lincoln can feel Lynn's gaze rest heavily on him, quickly he comes up with a lie about the girls not wanting him to go out of state for college. Lynn nodded thoughtfully saying she'd hold a siblings meeting to address Lincoln's leaving. Bitter shame bubbled into his stomach when Lynn rustled his hair and said he was a good brother, Lincoln was the farthest thing from a good brother. Now Lucy was heart broken and in pain, lola was practically inconsolable. All Lincoln wanted was to go and comfort them, but knew that if he was alone with either of them he'd probably end up sleeping with them. Desperately Lincoln still loved the two in that dark forbidden way, it was too late to go back to the way their relationship was before.
