Author's Note: Hello, readers! This is the next part of my Star Wars fanfic series! It will include the characters and storyline of Star Wars Legends. Also, some from Star Wars Rebels. I won't do the Disney movies since I am not very fond of them because its storyline doesn't seem to make sense to me and there aren't anymore Skywalker family members anymore:( Anyway, I hope all of you will enjoy how this story progresses!

I don't own Star Wars or its characters, but only Nadia Aomori, Lisa Naberrie and my other OCs.

The New Jedi Order

Chapter 1: A Holiday in Naboo Part 1

In Naboo…

It was the middle of the night and everyone in the Naberrie House appeared to be sleeping.

Suddenly, a door of a room slowly opened and a figure carefully crept out.

The little figure was Jobal Bridger.

Jobal was a five year old girl with pale skin and bright blue eyes with ice-blue hair worn in two pigtails that had little purple leaf-like ribbons with white pom-poms on them. She wore a pale blue pyjama shirt with matching pants that were designed with white polka dots and a tiny red ribbon beneath the collar of the shirt.

"Quietly."Jobal murmured as she carefully tiptoed in order to not make a sound. "Like a little night beetle."

Jobal arrived to the kitchen and caught sight of a Zoochberry Surprise cake that had three layers—one pink, one white, and one brown-and was topped with berries.

"Ooh. Mummy's Zoochberry Surprise."Jobal remarked while clapping lightly in delight. "It looks delicious."

Jobal carefully brought one of the chairs that was in the room to bring it near the cabinet before climbing up on it.

The five year old girl then carefully removed the dome that covered the Zoochberry Surprise.

"I'm so hungry for something sweet."Jobal commented. "I'll just have one little piece."

Jobal was about to pick a piece from the Zoochberry Surprise, but then stopped.

"No. What am I doing?"Jobal grumbled, shaking her head with a frown. "A real lady doesn't fatten her own stomach. She must always think about others first before herself. And mummy made this cake for everyone to enjoy."

Jobal then placed the dome back on the Zoochberry Surprise before going off the chair and place it back where it was.

"I'll have to wait until tomorrow after lunch to eat it."Jobal said in defeat and then became happy. "Oh, well. It's no big deal."

Jobal was about to head back to the bedroom she was in until she heard voices coming from the living room.

The five year old girl carefully peeked inside the living room and saw her parents talking with their other relatives.

One sofa showed Ezra, Lisa and Ferus sitting together while the other sofa showed Darred and Sola.

The walls of the living room were painted blue and bowls of red flowers decorated various architectural flourishes while the hearth had a small fire to bring light inside.

There was a small table with a steaming teapot and a tray of little sandwiches.

Lisa wore a dress that was light olive green and had a V-neck that was accented with a small jeweled pendant with dangling beads. The dress had long, loose sleeves and was decorated with intricate motifs. A wide purple sash was tied around her just above her swollen belly, adding a splash of colour to the outfit. Her blonde hair was in a loose and curly style.

Ezra wore a dark orange jacket with a white shirt, black trousers and dark brown boots. His dark blue hair had bangs that were a bit long and the back of his head was a small ponytail.

Ferus wore a white overcoat with a grey undercoat, a teal blue sweater, a red necktie with his suit pants shared the same colour as his overcoat and were tucked into silver boots accented in grey.

Sola wore a blue robe with a red and gold zigzag line on the waist, dark red long sleeved shirt underneath and blue shoes. Her dark brown hair was tied in a braided ponytail with a few grey streaks.

Darred wore a brown suit with a burgundy ascot tie and black shoes.

"Did you dream of power and politics when you were a kid?"Ezra asked.

"No, Ezra. My dream was to become a successful monarch like my mother before me."Lisa exclaimed with a smile as she stroked her swollen stomach. "I never thought of running for elected office. But the more history I studied, the more I realised how much good politicians could do. So when I was eight, I joined the 'Apprentice Legislators', then later on became Princess of Theed, with such a passion that, before I knew it, I was elected Queen. Partly because I scored so high on my education certificate, but for the most part it was my conviction that reform was possible. I wasn't the youngest Queen ever elected, but now that I think back on it, I'm not sure I was old enough. I'm not sure I was ready."

"You were ready, Lisa."Ferus chuckled lightly. "You may have been fourteen years old, but you showed such confidence and devotion of a real queen. That is why the people remained adoring you even when you weren't queen anymore."

"That was the same thing with Padmé."Sola remarked. "The people tried to amend the Constitution so she could stay in office."

Lisa's smile shrunk a bit at the mention of her mother.

"Mother must've loved the Varykino Villa a lot too, huh?"Lisa assumed.

"Absolutely. When Padmé was in Level Three, we used to come there for school retreat."Sola explained. "And we used to swim in the island there every day. She loved the water. We used to lie on the sand and let the sun dry us...and try to guess the names of the birds singing."

"I remember that. Those were the best moments."Ferus exclaimed with a smile as he remembered the times spending with his adopted older sisters as a little boy. "There was a very old man who lived on the island. He used to make glass out of sand. Even vases and necklaces out of the glass. You could look into the glass and see the water. The way it ripples and moves."

"You all must have had lots of fun."Ezra suggested.

"We did, Ezra."Sola agreed with a nod.

"Padmé also enjoyed playing the flute as a small girl."Darred admitted. "I don't think I ever heard anybody else play the flute in such a graceful and silvery manner."

Ferus and Lisa both shut their eyes to give a moment of silence to remember Padmé before a excited voice spoke up.

"She sounds like an angel."

Lisa, Ferus, Darred and Sola notice Jobal was wide awake as she approached inside the living room.

"Jobal."Ferus responded, looking at his great-niece. "I thought you were asleep."

"I was, but then I got excited when I heard you all talk about Grandma Padmé, Gruncle Ferus."Jobal giggled as Ezra placed her on his lap. "Tell me about her. Was she kind? Was she beautiful?"

Lisa closed her eyes and didn't say anything causing Darred and Sola to speak to Jobal.

"Yes, Jobal."Sola exclaimed with a smile. "Padmé was a kind, strong and very intelligent woman."

"She was also a great Queen of Naboo and Senator that always thought about others before herself."Darred stated, remembering his late sister-in-law.

Jobal smiled happily at hearing what an amazing woman her grandmother was.

"I would've loved to meet her."Jobal remarked with a hint of excitement and looked at Lisa. "Mummy, did Grandmother Padmé used to tuck you into bed and sing you a lullaby when you were little? Or bake you sweets when you were sad? I bet she was the best mother ever too."

Lisa didn't reply and kept her eyes closed which caused Jobal to become confused to see her mother sad.

"Jobal. Your mother has no memory of your grandmother."Ferus stated. "She died after giving birth to her along with your Uncle Luke and Aunt Leia."

A lightly stunned look appeared on Jobal's face upon learning that her mother, uncle and aunt never knew their own mother.

"It's sad but true, Jobal."Lisa declared with her eyes closed. "The three of us never knew our mother. Or remember the smile she had."

There was no respond from anybody in the room, but only the sound of the small flame flicking in the hearth.

A While Later…

Ferus, Sola, Darred, Lisa, Ezra and Jobal all went to bed.

Lisa tucked Jobal to bed before Ezra gave their daughter her white Loth-Cat plush toy.

"Sleep well, Jobal."Lisa instructed. "And no more sneaking out at night for sweets, okay?"

Jobal giggled. "Okay."

"Good night, Jobal."Ezra remarked.

Ezra gives Jobal a kiss on the forehead before carefully helping Lisa stand up.

"Hey, mummy."Jobal spoke up.

"Yes, Jobal?"Lisa asked.

"Will you be able to tell me more about Grandma Padmé and Grandpa Anakin some day?"Jobal asked hopefully.

Lisa gives Jobal a small smile.

"Yes, Jobal."Lisa assured kindly. "I will tell you when you, Kento and Arren are ready."

"That's great."Jobal answered and covered her mouth to yawn. "Good night."

Jobal then rested on her head on the pillow and closed her eyes to sleep as Lisa and Ezra headed out of the room.

Lisa sighed sadly as Ezra gently hugged her from behind.

"Lisa."Ezra whispered. "It's best if you would tell them before anyone else does. And your parents are their grandparents too."

Lisa held Ezra's hands.

"You're right, Ezra."Lisa agreed. "It's time I trusted them with the truth."

Lisa and Ezra are married with three kids (a fourth child on its way) and are spending time with their family members. What will happen next? See you all in the next chapters:)
