I don't think I've ever seen this, ever, in this fandom (Danganronpa), mostly because I can tell that people don't know how to actually do it. But I think I have a few ideas. This is a little idea I've had in the back of my mind for a bit now, so I hope you all like it. If you don't, then oh well, that's your opinion. Don't flame.
Also, yes, this will be a Harem. This is my first attempt at a harem, but seeing as I've read a couple, I think I can manage. It's not going to be a massive harem, mind you. Well, in the beginning, at least.
That being said, Hope you all enjoy this. Don't expect frequent updates.

"So... you think you have an idea of who I should test run this on?" A gruff, male voice echoed out into a vast dark expanse. The male voice in question belonged to a shirtless man with the physique of a Greek God, with long black flowing hair, and red and white, heterochromatic eyes. The only thing covering his under half was a patch of black mist that covered his privates and thighs. On his right shoulder was a thunderbolt tattoo, and underneath it was a skull tattoo.
He also had a tattoo on his chest, the words Mischief in large, big words in a massive font that almost no one couldn't notice.
This was... well, this person was someone who, like Loki, wanted to create a ton of mischief, sow chaos, and, basically, be a general nuisance to the gods. The only difference? Well, he wasn't Loki. This guy's name was Daimen. And Daimen was bored. Being stuck in a dark expanse without anyone to talk to outside of his only creation was reason enough to be bored, and he liked a good show now and again.
Unfortunatly, he had yet to have one of those in a while, and his boredom was reaching his absolute peak.
Although, now that his creation, who he had dubbed The System, had mentioned that it had found interest in a host, it had perked his attention, and so, he listened.
[I do believe that I have an idea. This soul died over 10 years ago and has not seen the light of day since. I believe they deserve a second chance. Their the only one in Heaven who has not been decidedly at peace.]
Daimen huffed, crossing his well-built arms. "And you do not mind being paired with this individual. All in all, they were completely unremarkable, outside of their talent for playing video games," the man stated as a floating white dot moved up and down, simulating a nod.
[Yes. I believe that to be enough. After all, I am based on one of them. They might actually do a good job. We'll start them off with someplace simple, and then, we'll send him to progressively more difficult places. I think Universe 219810 should be his first stop. Before the Tragedy.]
The man seemed to smirk, snapping his fingers as a soul that took the form of a teenager appeared before the man, who, upon seeing him, freaked out. "G-Gah! W-What?! I—Oh lord..." The teenager said, recoiling. They looked like a blank slate, as all souls did in heaven.
If GOD found out that he had pulled one of his souls out of his domain, they'd be pissed, so he had better hurry up so that they didn't notice.
"Bow, wandering soul," Daimen commanded, and the teen did as he was asked, making Daimen smirk and scoff. "Very well, rise, and tell me, what is your name?"
"M-My name?... It's... er... I can't remember, sorry...! What can I do for you, uh... Loki?" The soul said, staying on one knee as Daimen sighed.
"No, that would be too ironic. Rather I'm... a disciple of his. Yeah, we'll leave it at that," Daimen began, frowning. "However, just because I am NOT the real thing, does NOT mean I can't give you something you'd like—that being a second chance at life. All I ask in return is to be granted to watch your second life in full. After all, I am in desperate need of a good show. How about it?" Daimen asked, his arms crossed as the soul's "eyes" widened.
"Y-You mean it!? Y-Yes! I-I'll accept!" the soul said, standing up to their full height. The Disciple of Loki nodded, leaning back, floating as he crossed his arms. He snapped his fingers, and The System floated up to the teen, made contact with his chest, and then, a blue screen appeared in front of him. "Make your appearance first, then, we will continue."
The spirit looked at the menu, frowned, then began to pick their appearance. They started with gender and picked "female." Upon doing that, a bunch of new options showed up. Her body changed to give her a moderate female appearance, and then, the options were revealed to her, and she selected them as they came up.

Daimen nodded in approval as the soul, now with an appearance, dusted herself off. She looked up at Daimen, who walked over to her. She flinched as he circled around her, looking her over as if she was some sort of product. He slapped her ass, causing her to blush, making him snicker as he returned to floating in front of her. "Oh, relax. I'm not going to do anything. Now, if I were Loki... well, maybe not. He's not as bad as Zeus from that other strange pantheon of Gods... Rapists, the lot of them, ugh." As Daimen finished speaking, he shuttered, shaking his head. "I just wanted to see what I am dealing with here. Seems like you made a good choice, Jolyne Brooks. Now. Snap your fingers," Daimen commanded, staring at her with a glare.
Jolyne did as he asked, if not now begrudgingly. As soon as she did, she raised her right eyebrow at the screen that suddenly appeared right in front of her. If she knew any better, she'd say that it looked like something out of an RPG game that she used to play when she was alive. Back when she was someone else.

CHECK – LVL 1 (max): When using CHECK, time slows down to a crawl, and a stat screen of the person you're checking will appear beside their head. It includes their Level, their HP, their Stamina, their mana (if they have it) and a small blurb about who they are, as well as what faction they are with.
"What... is this?" Jolyne asked, raising an eyebrow as the screen closed when she waved it away. Daimen seemed to smirk, crossing his arms and legs as he floated in mid-air. The man blew his hair out of his face, then began to speak.
"What you see before you is what is known as "The System." This is one of the caveats I am placing on you. The more things you experience in life, the more powerful you will become. You can do this by doing Quests that are randomly generated, and or happen due to in-universe circumstances. The more quests you complete, the more Exp you gain. I don't think I need to explain everything else, as according to your background, you've played video games like this before, except there are no revives. As the saying goes: You die in the game, you die in real life or whatever," Daimen began, making the teenage girl frown. However, before she could ask anything, Daimen continued.
"Now, as soon as you 'Spawn In,' you will be told to pick a class," Daimen said, several boxes appearing around him. "Now, you are not limited to one class, but in order to pick another one, you'll have to "Level Up" 50 times, which might not sound hard to veteran gamer such as yourself, but I made it difficult," Daimen continued, the boxes with random class titles disappearing around him.
"W-Wait, I... I have to ask..." Jolyne began as Daimen raised an eyebrow.
"What is it, mortal, I need to speed this up," Daimen said, narrowing his eyes.
"I-I know, but... I was in heaven, so how did you grab me? Aren't the Nordic Gods, or disciples of them at least, not allowed to mettle with, you know, other pantheons?" Jolyne asked, causing Daimen to frown.
"And that is precisely why I'm trying to hurry up before the big guy in the clouds finds out you're missing. I'm trying to piss him off since I'm being punished for 'devouring half of the heaven in an attempt to get more powerful,' or whatever. Now, where was I? Oh, yes!" Daimen said, snapping his fingers as he continued.
"Each universe you will be sent to will have an overarching quest that you must do, that will be locked behind several other quests. These quests are 'Story Quests." I'm sure you've played Skyrim, so, basically, like that. In total you have: Story Quests, Side Quests, and Character Quests. You will also have a karma system, kinda like InFamous, which will influence your Quests. Good Karma makes you a goody two shoes. Neutral Karma makes you, well, neutral. Bad Karma makes you evil. Each Quest has certain karma tied to it, and you will be given three different versions of each quest with alterations to fit that karma. In other words, pick your choices carefully," Daimen explained as Jolyne blanched.
"U-Universes!—"
"Oh! Yes, you won't be staying in the universe I put you in, but you will keep your experiences from them. That's another caveat. Once you finish the Overarching Story Quest of that universe, you will be picked up and moved into a new universe, though you can always hop between the ones that you've completed, and even bring someone with you, but only 1 person. Now, I think the rest should be for you to figure you... so... have fun!"
And with that, Daimen clapped his hands, and white gates appeared underneath Jolyne. As soon as that happened, Jolyne fell through, and with another clap, the gate closed. A TV screen appeared in front of Daimen, showing Jolyne laying within the medical bay of Hopes Peak Academy. "Let the show begin!"
