Hey Guys! Crescent Rider here, and the Rewrite Chapter of the Little Ruler is finally here!
Things will be different from now on and Servant's way to the Physical World will be different because summoning them directly is just too ridiculous.
Also, Nadia will no longer be on Saitama's side just like the old version of this story. For she will make her own path instead. But the two will have an occasional interaction from time to time.
Other than that, I hope you'll enjoy this rewrite of this story!

City - Z
After Saitama handled the situation with a Monster in City A. He walks back to his apartment in disappointment after killing the monster with yet another single punch.
Once he was past the gate leading to City - Z's rumored 'Ghost Town'. He comes across with something odd on the side of the streets.
He was mainly aware that the area where he resides has been long abandoned due to the rumors flying about that this part of the area is riddled with several monsters.
But just ahead of him was a little blond-haired girl lying on folded cardboard boxes in the middle of the sidewalk, using a small bag as her pillow to rest her head on, and her dress was riddled with specks of dirt.
Saitama found it odd to find a little girl living out on these streets all by herself and looked around to see if there was anyone else around.
Normally, he would have given her some coins and gone home to his apartment. But seeing this, Something had to be done.
First, he knelt down and checked if she was alive or not. Apparently, she is still alive since she quietly snoring in her sleep.
Then he scratched the back of his head a couple of times and thinks about what he would do next. But with day turning night very soon, leaving her out here isn't an option.
Therefore, he carefully slid his hands underneath the girl, then gently lifted her up while her bag is being carried in his left hand, and takes her back into his apartment building.
Saitama's Room
After Saitama had arrived, he decided to place the girl onto his bed. When she was still asleep, Saitama sighed once more and placed his hands onto the sides of his waist.
'Just what am I thinking...' Saitama questioned himself, 'Picking up a little girl on the street. It's almost like I'm committing some sort of crime or whatnot,'
Saitama then glanced at the girl's sleeping face for a moment, then went to the kitchen afterward, 'Maybe I'll cook some dinner first. Then I think about what I'm going to do next after,'
Saitama soon went to his kitchen and started making his own meal while also preparing an additional meal in case the girl ever wakes and finds herself hungry.
After a couple of times, the smell of Saitama's meal flew over the girl's nose and it twitches a couple of times.
Then she slowly opened her eyes and noticed that she was no longer in the streets, but in some room as she stared at the ceiling.
The girl slowly sat up from the bed and blinks a couple of times as her vision was a bit blurry and it needed some time adjusting. After rubbing her eyes a couple of times, she now notices she was in someone else's room then turns towards the direction of the smell.
There, she notices a bald man cooking, and the latter soon notices her awake from her sleep.
"Oh, You're awake," Saitama mentioned,
"Where am I?" The girl questioned,
"You're in my house. I brought you here after finding you sleeping on the streets earlier," Saitama answered, "Though I wasn't sure on what to do after you woke up,"
The girl then gets off of the bed, and rubs her eyes a couple of times, "What are you cooking?"
"Just some noodles, I even have an extra cup for you," Saitama said as he placed the cup of cooked noodles on the table,
The girl stares at it for a moment, but one sound of her grumbling stomach was enough to convince her to take the cup, sat by the table, and started eating the noodles with a pair of chopsticks.
After Saitama had finished cooking his noodles, he brought it to his table and began eating alongside her.
A couple of moments later, the two finished their noodles and the girl bows her head to him.
"Thank you for the meal," The girl said,
"It was nothing, So stop bowing your head already," Saitama assured, "By anyway, Where are parents? With you roaming around this part of the City, They might be worried for you,"
"I don't have parents, They died long ago," The girl responded, "I've been roaming around ever since,"
"Really? Don't you have any relatives or maybe some friend looking after you?" Saitama questioned, and the girl shook her head in response,
"I've been alone ever since, All I've ever done is wander from City to City, relied on other people's kindness, and hopefully make my way to City - Z's Ghost Town to find some house to live under," The Girl explained, "But speaking of which, Where am I?"
"Oh, You're in City - Z and this is my apartment," Saitama said,
The girl remained silent as her eyes wandered all over the room. Moments later, she turns back to him, "You live here all by yourself?"
"Yes," Saitama responded,
"Don't you get lonely?" The girl asked,
"I'm used to it, and the rent here is cheap compared to my old apartment," Saitama said,
"But there's literally no one here in this building. Not even the landlord is here," The girl pointed,
"As I said, I'm used to it. But how can you tell that there's no one else in this building?" Saitama questioned,
"I have my ways, but I won't tell you all of them since I still can't trust you completely. But since I owe you for that cup of noodles, I'll give you a short answer to your question," The girl said, "I used Magic, that's all,"
"Magic? As in the thing Magical Girls can do?" Saitama assumed,
"Please don't compare me to those kinds," The girl said, "The path I walk is far more different to what you see or hear in those stories,"
"I see," Saitama said, "By the way, I haven't gotten to know your name yet,"
"Before I tell you mine, I suggest you tell me yours first," The girl said,
"Fair enough, I'm Saitama," Saitama greeted,
"Nadia," The girl greeted back,
"So... What do you plan on doing next?" Saitama questioned,
"The original plan is to find a place to stay," The girl, now known as Nadia, said, "But now that I've found one. Do you mind if I sleep next door?"
"I'm not the owner of this building. So feel free to take it. if you ever need something to eat, Just ask," Saitama said,
"Thank you," Nadia said with a bow, then stood up from the floor, grabbed her back, and went out of the room,
There, she went next door and noticed the door was locked. With no one around, she whirls her finger towards the doorknob and unlocks it with magic.
Once she entered the door, she laid down her bag on one side of the room and takes a look around.
"Hmm... Not bad," Nadia muttered, "It only needs a couple of adjustments to make it work,"
First, she closes her eyes then focuses her magic on a certain spell.
Saitama's Room
Saitama continued his daily activities by watching television since there isn't anything else to do in the matter. But outside his balcony, he noticed a glow of light coming from next door and turns his head to it.
He didn't know what to make of it. Thus he decided to go and investigate the matter.
When he was standing by Nadia's door, he knocks on it a couple of times and waited for a response.
He hears the door unlocking, and Nadia fully opens the door.
"What is it?" Nadia asked,
"What was that light just now?" Saitama questioned,
"Oh, I did some remodeling," Nadia responded, then steps aside as she shows her room to him, "What do you think?"
Saitama entered her room and soon gapped at the sight of Nadia's sudden remodeling. The changes included a single four legged bed, the stove had changed into a more modern kitchen with runes inscribed into the burners, a bigger refrigerator, the sink's knob has a rune inscribed into the middle of the knob, and a large bookshelf is positioned by the foot of the bed.
"Where did this all come from?!" Saitama exclaimed in utter surprise,
"Magic," Nadia bluntly answered,
"Is that all you're going to say?" Saitama assumed,
"Of course, I still don't fully trust you. But I'm sure we might get along if we spend some time for often," Nadia assured, "Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be taking a bath to clean off some dirt, wear some fresh clothes, and probably get some decent sleep on a bed this time,"
"I see, then I'll just leave you to your business then, See ya," Saitama said as turns to the door,
"Close the door on your way out," Nadia requested while picking up a towel from the closet,
After Nadia had finished taking a bath, wore some pajamas in exchange for her dirty clothes, then went onto her bed to sleep after living in the streets for so long.
Meanwhile...
The Heroes Association's Executives were in a meeting regarding a certain matter in multiple cities. With Sitch as the host of the meeting, he began by displaying several pictures of a masked individual.
"So... This is the so-called 'Masked Hero' everyone's been talking about?" Executive #1 questioned,
"Indeed, Though he may not be an official Hero of the Association. His deeds alone have earned him quite a reputation compared to the average heroes we have in our association," Executive #2 stated, "Why isn't he an official member yet?"
"Even though his contributions to the hero community are well known, It doesn't provide any necessary data to where this hero will appear next," Sitch stated, "Despite notifying the Heroes ranging from Class C to Class A to search for this Masked Hero. They provide little coverage and most of the time, they've encountered several imposters of this Masked Hero in the streets,"
"Then why not assign the Class S Heroes as well? I'm sure they'd be able to make some progress compared to the combined efforts of Class C, B, and A," Executive #3 suggested,
"I have already notified them of this case," Sitch stated, "Sadly, Only a few of them have accepted while the rest refused as they had other matters to tend to or didn't bother to reply to my request,"
"A few? And who would those be?" Executive #1 questioned,
"Tank Top Master, Zombie Man, Flashy Flash, and Child Emperor," Sitch labeled out, "Although, Child Emperor has stated that he will only do analysis work while the other three will monitor separate areas of individual cities should he appear again,"
"Why did these four take an interest in this case?" Executive #4 questioned,
"They didn't state their reasons, They merely said they were interested in finding this individual," Sitch said,
Executives then began to mutter to themselves on why these Class S Heroes have an interest in finding this individual. But with assumptions like encounters or interference between this Masked Hero and the Class S Heroes.
They would also assume what would happen should one of these four heroes have encountered this individual once more...
With nothing else in their minds, They've decided that if they could identify this hero. They offer a position to their ranks and welcome him into the Heroes Association.
That is it for this chapter, everyone! Yes, it's short, and some might ask when and which Servant will appear in this story.
But that question will be answered in the next one, and it included why Tank Top Master, Flashy Flash, Zombieman, and Child Emperor took an interest in finding this masked individual.
Oh, I'm fully aware that they're referring to this masked individual as he instead of she. Let's just say it's similar to Artoria's Backstory where she posed as a man instead of a woman after she inherited Excalibur.
