When I was four I learned a lesson. Not all men are created equal. I was born quirkless in a quirked society. Japan has the densest quirked population of 80% compared to America's 28%. After my father and mother learned my dad went to America and got a better job. Eight years later mom was caught in a villain attack and was killed. I moved to New York where dad was working at Parker Industries. I learned that there were aliens and other types of powers that Japan didn't accept. Little did I know how much this would change my life.

"Hey, Izuku," my dad said as I walked out of my new room and to the kitchen of his apartment.

"Hey dad," I said. It has been about a year since I moved here. I found out that heroes in America didn't need a license like in Japan, but there were fewer than in Japan in comparison.

"So, since you don't have school today. I asked my boss and you can join me at work today," he said.

"Really?" I asked, amazed.

"Yeah, he heard how smart you are and when I asked said as long as I don't show you anything secret or dangerous," my dad said.

"Cool!"

"Let's eat breakfast before we head out," he said, tossing me a piece of toast.

The two of us ate in silence before we took the subway to Parker Ind. We walked up to the large building and I looked around at all the amazing devices. A couple of the other scientists waved at my father and I as he led me to the place he was working. It was a large open lab with a large metal tube in the middle.

"What is that?" I asked.

"Nothing," dad said, dismissively.

"It's a bit more than nothing," a voice said. I turned to see a tall lanky man with short brown hair. "It's my personal pet project."

"Mr. Parker, how are you today?" my father asked.

"Good, I'm guessing this is Izuku," the man said, looking at me.

"Yup, Izuku, meet Peter Parker the CEO of Parker Ind. and my boss," my dad said.

"It's so great to meet you Mr. Parker," I said.

"I've heard a lot about you kid, the want to be a hero without a mutation, it's honestly inspirational. If you ever have an idea and want an opinion, just walk in. I'll tell the receptionist to just send you up to my office. I've helped out several heroes in the past, and would love to help you out too," he said, holding a hand out.

"I-I would a-appreciate that," I said, shaking his hand.

"He's already got some concepts down. I was hoping Miles, May, or even Gwen were here today. He would get along amazingly with them, especially since the two are around his age," my father said.

"I hope he never meets Miles or May, those two cause enough mayhem of their own. He would just get caught up with them. I'm still finding rubber spiders in my office," Mr. Parker sighed. An alarm then sounded. "Crap, you two go hide!" Mr. Parker said, running off.

"Come with me," my dad said, grabbing my arm and running off. We went under the desk and he held me close. "Stay quiet."

A couple moments later the door busted down.

"Hello scientists. I am in need of some good tech," a man's voice said with an accent.

"Izuku, go to the otherside of the thing in the middle and open the small door and go in and close it. Don't come out no matter what," my dad said.

"What?" I asked.

"Adrian Toomes, or are you the Vulture now?" my dad asked, standing up.

"Ah, Mr. Midoriya. Parker's prize scientist," the man said.

I quickly ran over to where dad said the door was and snuck in. The inside was empty with a couple of webs higher up. I sat in there and heard nothing from the outside. After a few minutes I felt a sharp pain on my hand and looked to see a spider had bitten me. I shook it off and backed away from it. It crawled up to the webs at the top. I sat there rubbing the bite until the door opened and Mr. Parker stood there with a sad look on his face.

"Hey, are you alright?" he asked.

"Y-yeah, the spider bit me but yeah. Where's dad?"

"He got hurt, I'll take you to the hospital," he said, taking my hand and leading me out of the building and to a car.

He drove us to the closest hospital and led me to the waiting room. While we sat there the doors busted open and two people ran towards us. One was a caucasian girl with brown hair and blue eyes and was just below me in height. The other was an African-American boy with black hair and brown eyes and was a little taller than myself.

"Peter," the boy called out.

"Dad, what happened?" the girl asked.

"Miles, May, what are you two doing here?" Mr. Parker asked.

"Mom got me out of school," the boy said.

"Gwen got me out, what happened? Also, who is he?" the girl asked, looking at me.

"Alright, Miles, May, meet Izuku Midoriya. He's Hisashi's son. Izuku, meet my daughter May and my protege Miles. As for what happened, Vulture attacked the lab. Luckily Spider-Man stopped him, but not before Hisashi got hurt. He's in surgery now," Mr. Parker explained.

"Damn, do you need one of us to help with the lab?" Miles asked.

"If you two wouldn't mind picking up a bit of the slack at the lab and making sure everything is there I would appreciate it. Gwen and Ben are taking care of the other stuff right now."

"On it, Midoriya, I hope your father is alright," May said, going out with Miles a little behind her.

"Sorry about that," Mr. Parker sighed.

"I-it's alright, Mr. Parker," I said.

"Just call me Peter kid," he said. "Now, you said you got bit by the spider I was working on?"

"Y-yes, but I didn't hurt it or anything like that," I said.

"It's fine, I was working on a couple of things in their genetics to make a spider that could do almost anything that any spider can do. My belief is that if we can modify a spider's genetics-"

"You could modify a person's genetics. For those who have quirks that have negative effects," I said.

"Quir-oh, that's what Japan calls mutations from the X-Gene," he said. "But, yeah, something close to that. I just want to warn you that you should be careful, I don't know what it's going to do to you so just be on the lookout for strange things happening to your body. Nothing too terrible or dangerous should but I wanted to warn you nonetheless."

A doctor walked over to us.

"Mr. Parker, and I'm guessing this is Mr. Midoriya's son," the man said.

"Is my dad alright?" I asked.

"He's alive, but he's in a coma. We have no clue how or why his body entered a coma, but we aren't sure when he will wake, just that it won't be soon. I'm sorry," the doctor said, walking off.

"Izuku, wait here for a minute," Peter said, walking off and pulling a phone out.

Dad's in a coma, this is just like mom. No, dad's still alive, he's going to wake up. Right? I thought, looking at the floor as my arms rested on my knees. I sat there for a few minutes before I noticed a couple of feet in front of me.

"Alright, since I wouldn't feel right leaving you alone you're going to stay at my house, at least for the night," Peter explained.

"Y-you don't have to do that," I said.

"No, but I should. My uncle taught me that with great power there must also come great responsibility, and since I have a lot of power I also have the responsibility to do what I can to help you out. Don't worry about it, and if my wife hears about me not doing anything she would kill me," he said, scratching the back of his head. "Honestly it would be best if you just agree now because if she gets word she will kidnap you and make you stay."

"Alright, thank you for your kindness. I guess I'll be staying with you for the night," I agreed. My stomach then growled.

"How about lunch first?" he asked.

He drove me to a burger shop and we ate in silence. I thought back to a year ago when I lost my mother.

"Ladies and Gentlemen! I have traveled from Gotham City with some of my friends to make New York City a much happier place!" a voice announced on the television.

"Who's that?" I asked, looking to see a man with mangly green hair with bad clown makeup on his face.

"The Joker, alright Izuku, we need to go. Um, if I am to park the car and get out I need you to stay put and don't get out. Don't ask why, just do it," he said, standing up.

"A-alright," I said, following him to the car.

We drove through the city before we got to an area where the rubble covered the street. Peter looked around before looking down the street.

"Alright, Izuku stay here, don't try to follow me," Peter said, jumping out of the car and running off into an alley.

I sat there before a bunch of guys ran down the street. Some had black and red masks split in half and others had clown makeup.

"Hey, look, a kid in a fancy car!" one of the men said, pointing at me.

"Probably a rich kid, get him!" another one said.

I watched as they ran up to me and started kicking and destroying the car with bats, crowbars, and other weapons. I looked through the drivers window and watched as one of them tried breaking it. There was a pull in the back of my head and I turned as the window next to me broke and one of them grabbed me and yanked me out. I landed but didn't feel pain.

"Get away from me!" I screamed looking at them as my vision went red before going back. I looked and saw the man who threw me was against the wall with two burn dots on his chest.

"Fuck, the kid has powers. Might be Kryptonian with the laser eyes," a man said.

"W-what?" I asked, confused about what I did. I then felt a buzz in the back of my head. I jumped to the side as a crowbar hit where I was. I felt a bunch more and jumped back with a flip before landing and noticing that they were all sideways. "What?" I asked.

"The kid has spider powers too?"

"Hey, why are you teaming up on a kid?" voice said as a white figure swings by and slams into a couple of the guys knocking them out.

"It's Ghost-Spider, get her!" a goon said.

I jumped down and stood next to the masked woman.

"Alright kid, do you know how to fight?" she asked.

"Uh, kinda. I can throw a punch," I said, remembering the video I used to watch of All Might fighting.

"Better than nothing," she sighed.

All of the remaining guys ran at us at once. I cocked a fist back and punched the dude in front of me and set him flying back. I looked at my fist before turning and punching another one. I then jumped as I felt that buzzing in my head and watched a bat swing under me. I landed and looked at the dude who missed me. I then saw a white and black gloved fist hit him in the face.

"Thank you so much," I said.

"Alright kid, what is up with your powers?" she asked.

"I have no clue. I-I've always been quirkless," I said.

"'Quirkless'? Oh, you're from Japan aren't you?"

"Y-yes, my name is Izuku M-Midoriya," I said.

"Mid-oh, alright, um, ok. This is weird, I've worked with your father before to make some of my gear," she said. "Parker Ind. tends to help us spider-folk. "

"Hey, Ghost, what happened?" a slightly familiar voice asked as Spider-Man swung over.

"Hey, Spider-Man, this kid has some weird powers. He stuck to the wall like us, but shot beams from his eyes like Kryptonians," Ghost-Spider said.

"Crap, well, I'm a dead man when I get home," he said.

"Oh yeah, it was nice knowing you. Now, before you go home and get killed by your wife, can you please help us take the two of them down?"

"Yeah, sure, um kid," Spider-Man started.

"I'll come help too," I said.

"No, you need to stay safe. Stay here kid and hide," Spider-Man said.

"No, I need to help. I've been powerless my whole life, and now I have power. Someone recently told me that with great power-"

"There must also come great responsibility," he finished.

"Ha, using your own saying against you," Ghost-Spider laughed.

"You go help the others, I'll deal with this," Spider-Man said.

"Sure thing," she said, swinging off.

"Follow me kid," he said, climbing up a wall.

I put my hand on the wall and felt it stick. I then put my other one on and started to climb up the wall. I followed Spider-Man to the roof where he sat on an AC unit.

"What's going on and h-how did you know that saying?"

"Because, I'm the one that told it to you Izuku," he said, taking the mask off to reveal Peter Parker's face. "The spider that bit you was similar to the one that made me Spider-Man, however I added a couple of types of Kryptonite to it and I hoped to use its venom to make Kryptonians immune or at least more resistant to Kryptonite, even if just for a moment. I was honestly hoping something like this wouldn't happen since you got bit, but obviously that's not what happened. I know you feel the need to help, but your powers are going to be very weird. If you want, just focus on getting people out. Don't try to be a hero, just be a good citizen. Now, hold on as I get us to the center. Only fight if absolutely necessary," he said, putting on his mask.

I hopped on his back and held on like a bag as he webbed away. We got to the middle of the city and I jumped off after he landed. Pe-Spider-Man swung into the thick of the battle. I saw some people trapped under a car that was flipped over. I grabbed the door and pulled it off.

"Come on, let's go," I said, keeping it open as they crawled out. I then ran off as a large metal beam that looked like it was from a stage. I noticed a sign that read 'President Luther and Mayor Osborne Announcement Ceremony' near the beam. I ran over and lifted it up with a bit of a strain. "Holy crap, alright, super strength with a limit," I muttered.

"Need a hand?" a voice said. I turned to see the Spider-Man in a black costume with red lines and sneakers helping me lift the beam.

"Thanks, um, Spider-Man, second Spider-Man?" I said, confused.

"Sorry, still working on coming up with a different name," he said, as the people crawled out and ran off.

"Eh, it's alright," I said, grunting as I could feel my arms hurting. I then heard an explosion. "Care to help me some more?" I asked.

"Let's go," he said, as we dropped the beam and ran towards the explosion.

"Perfect, Spidey, Iz-alright yeah, he let us know about what happened," a girl in a costume very similar to Peter's said.

"Spider-Girl, what happened?" Spider-Man asked.

"An explosion, the building is starting to fall, we need to get everyone out," Spider-Girl said.

"Let's go," I said, running in. I then noticed the hall was starting to collapse. I quickly braced myself and caught it before it made it unable to pass. "Um, can you use some webs to help me a bit? I don't think they will be able to keep it up by itself, but I can stay and help keep it up," I explained, my brain working faster than normal. "I'm not sure how long I can stay here, but I'll do my best."

"Alright," Spider-Girl said, starting to web the debris so it wouldn't fall and be more secure.

"Be careful Izuku," Spider-Man said, running in with Spider-Girl running after him.

"Alright, he must've told him my name. So, my super strength isn't too much but definitely more than a normal person's strength. Probably more than a normal person can achieve even as a bodybuilder," I muttered.

I stood there as people ran through the door. I then felt a lot of things shift above me. I felt the weight almost double as I started to struggle to hold it up. I did my best to hold still so they didn't fall. I felt as my strength started to give out. I then felt the weight be lightened.

"Need a bit of help?" a girl asked. I turned to see a blonde girl around my age with a blue top and a red cape.

"Thanks," I said, still doing what I can.

"You're Kryptonian, but not, we're going to talk about this later," she said, looking up and down at me.

"Great, another conversation about my new powers," I muttered.

"Supergirl, what are you doing here?" Spider-Girl asked.

"Superman is here, I came to help," she said.

"Alright, this is the last of them," Spider-Man said, jogging behind a couple of people.

"Alright, you get out of here. I'll make it out before it falls," Supergirl said, looking at us.

"You two go first, then I'll run out," I added. The two of them ran out and I felt everything shift. "Alright, something's changed up there. If I let go neither of us are getting out. We need to come up with a new plan."

"What else do you have?" she asked.

"Um, beams from my eyes, a danger sense, I can stick to walls and that's about all I know of," I said.

"Alright, how hot are the lasers?" she asked.

"I have no clue."

"When did you get your powers?"

"Today."

"Um, alright, this is going to be difficult."

"I'm sorry."

"It's fine, just complicates things," she said.

"How about I uncomplicate them?" another voice asked. I looked to see a girl with a black outfit with purple on the sides and under her cape, she had a black cowl with two pointed ears and long blonde hair.

"Batgirl, Black Bat, what you got?"

"Alright, Supergirl, you can handle being hit by a couple of bricks right?" the girl with long hair asked.

"Sure."

"Good, Black Bat, you get the boy with your grapple gun. I'll get Supergirl out," Batgirl said.

A person in a full black costume with no skin showing silently walked over to me and tied a rope around my midsection. I could tell they were female from their form. They then walked outside where the door was. I could tell they were looking at me with apprehension from how they were standing.

"Don't worry, if all else fails we might learn I have heightened durability," I said.

"Supergirl, you ready?" Batgirl asked, looking at the hero.

"Sure."

"Kid?"

"I'm pretty sure I'm your age, and now more than never," I said.

"Three, two, one, NOW!" she yelled.

I jumped and pushed the debris up as I was pulled by the rope around my waist before hitting my head on something hard.

AN-

Wow, this started as a small possible one shot with just Izuku meeting Peter Parker, but now I don't know what this is. I have no clue what this might become if anything. I-honestly there's no set path for this and anything and everything is possible. Make sure to follow, favorite, comment, and kudos. Link Out?
