Sun was shining and the birds were chirping, a soft yawn came from Madison as she was starting to wake up from her sleep. Her eyes slowly open as her vision were a blur until it became clear. She closed her eyes for a moment until she opened them wide with a shock.
Madison quickly sat up and looked at her surroundings. She was still in the guest room in Far Far Away.
'I don't understand.' she thought, 'I'm supposed to be back home. Why am I still here?'
She inhaled and exhaled the air and placed her hand on her necklace but the felt the shape was different. Madison looked at her necklace and saw that it was sapphire and round-like anymore but as a diamond shard.
"No way." she mummbled to herself.
Suddenly, the memories were coming back to her. She broke the Fairy Godmother's wand and then her necklace changed. Then some new memories came to her like she has stayed in the castle for awhile, a party or a celebration for her, and then the king became ill.
As she laid back down and try to rest again, her mind came to a thought of what would she be doing in the beginning of Shrek the Third until the doors burst opened. Madison sat up and saw Donkey, his dronkeys, and Zor entered the room. The little ones were flying around tackling Madison with their licks while Zor was on the bed beside her.

Donkey didn't listen to her as he and the dronkeys left the room, leaving Zor as he stayed with his mistress.

"I couldn't help myself. It's just my job as a maid to call you that." she said as straighten the blue dress for Madison to wear, "So today is gonna be important today. You will be Sir Shrek and Princess Fiona on their duties, and there is a meeting at the orphanage for the kids to meet you."
Madison smiled to hear about meeting children as she took a bite of her food.
"And then tonight will be the ceremony for the future king and queen of Far, Far Away."
"Which also means I get to wear the dress that Fernie and I came up with."
"I did saw that dress when I got up early. That was a really good idea to make a reference of when you first came to Oz. You could of wore that at your celebration the other day."
"Well it did took a lot of time on the dress on designing and Fernie's time on sewing but I think it be perfect for this celebration tonight."
"Speaking of that, any boy you'll be taking with since it's only a two-to-go party?"
"Fernie did asked me that. He told me that he needs to go there so he can be with his partner. Which I did understand that. So I accept it."
"I see. It's a shame that stupid law that only a male and female should be together."

Moments later, Madison was now all dressed up as she and Zor were walking down the hall. She spotted her friends as they were now ready but Shrek looked nervous and uncomfortable.
As they came to the church, the group walked down the aisle to see a large crowd gathered around. Shrek walks up to a knight as he seems really nervous. He takes a sword in his hand but but he doesn't have any idea what he is supposed to do with it. Shrek looks at Puss, who indicates how to knight a person with his own sword.
Madison felt a little scare and concern for the knight as he was sweating.
"I knight thee..." Shrek puts the sword down but then accidently hit the knight.
The crowd including Fiona, Madison, Zor, Donkey, and Puss looked shock in horror and Shrek cringed at the sight of what he has done.
At the boat docks, the group were gathered for a boat christening for the Royal Navy. Shrek was holding a bottle in his hand, enjoying the crowd applauding, but when he leans on the boat, he accidentally pushed it down the ramp. Shrek threw the bottle at the boat and it punches an enormous hole in the side of the hull. The boat quickly sank, sails were on fire, and the people jumped off. All cringed and shock to see that happen and Shrek felt embarassed.
At an orphanage, Madison was gathered around by young and small children. They gave her flowers and listened to her adventurous story she have. Fiona, who was with her, smiled to see the sight of her dear friend with them. In her thought, there was something in her mind.
Later that night, Madison was in her room doing her makeup while Viola was helping her with the hair. It was now in a lower bun with a gold headband. When it was time to put on the new dress, Madison got a good look at it. The dress looked like where she wore at Oz but with god lining and buttons, the sleeves were sheer and was cut down to where the elbows be. The skirt was hanging down for it to be above the ankles and with a pink sheer wrap.
Once Viola helped her with the gown, Madison gave it a twirl as she looked at herself in the mirror.
"Madison you look absolutely stunning. Why... every woman would be jealous for it, even Snow White."
"I appreciate your complement, Vi, but lets not compare to Snow White. No one can be fairer than her." said Madison until she heard a knock on the door. "Come in."
As the door opened, Ferdinand entered as he was dressed dapper in his red and black clothing.

The vase flew up to the stage and Fiona maneuvers to catch it. In flight, water spills out of the vase which causes Fiona to fall over.

"Something tells me that this is going to be bad." said Richard as he watched Shrek trying to come towards Fiona, "It's nice meeting you, Miss Madison."

Madison turned back to see the crowd running and screaming, and saw the stage gets caught on fire. She pushed through the crowd as she saw the shield detached from a wooden ceiling beam and fall onto the stage, breaking it in half. As she finally made through the crowd, her necklace starts glowing and beams of water came out. She was putting out the fire as she waves it back and forth to stop the flames from growing.
Once the flames are out, Madison looked to see Shrek and Fiona on the floor, but the food was all over Shrek. She got on the stage and tries helping them up.
"Are you guys alright?" she asked.
"We're fine." said Fiona as she was up but took a bite on food.
Shrek on the other hand, grumbled and stormed off.
"I... think you better go and talk to him." said Madison as she looked at her friend, taking another bite from the food.
Fiona nods her head and then starts leaving to follow her husband along with Madison as she begins to leave the ballroom.
