This first chapter is in collaboration with Vasmasdas1. Enjoy and a happy Mother's day to all!
A Family of Two.
Chapter 1. Happy Mother's Day.
(August 10. The Loud house.)
Just another glorious day as the sun shines onto the house that was once loud.
The halls are empty, someone is cooking in the kitchen and almost all the rooms are now locked. The whole place only has two residents now, after the "No Such Luck Court room scenario." Things have been looking different for the mother and son of the house, the only two inhabitants left, oh and the ghost of the Great Grandma.
Luna Loud is currently asleep in her bed, which is the top bunk in the room where Luna used to reside in. Now she resides in there with her son.
Luna opens her eyes slowly and sits up, she scratches her head and yawns, and she starches a bit and places her hand on the empty spot where her son was asleep next to her.
Then her eyes shoot out when she realized. "Lincoln? Lincoln?!" She checks the bottom bunk to see if he was there, but he wasn't. Fear and panic enter her thoughts. Where was her son?!
She then gets out of bed and puts on her slippers to look for him, but then the door opens and coming in with a large tray of food was her 11 year old son, Lincoln Loud. "Good morning mom." said the white-haired boy.
Luna sighs in relief and goes over to him. Lincoln places the food tray down and embraces his 15 year mom, she also hugs him. "Oh my gosh Lincoln. You scared me back there!"
Lincoln is confused by this. "What do you mean?"
They break the hug and she goes down on her knees and onto his level. "What I mean is, why are you up this early? It's usually me who does that one? And what were you doing anyway?"
Lincoln looks down with a little fear and sadness. "I … I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you so worried mom. I wanted to make us some breakfast in bed, you've been doing a swell job at being my mom I wanted to do this, for you."
Luna smiles. "That's awfully nice of you sweetie, but I don't want you to get so worked up on this. I'm doing my part to help you with whatever you've got trouble with, though I am proud at what you're doing for me, so thank you son" She then hugs him again.
Lincoln smiles and hugs her back. "Happy late mother's day mom!"
Luna's eyes open up hearing that, and they depart from the hug. "Hang on a sec, what?"
Lincoln looks down shyly. "I know that, well mother's day has passed. We missed it like, since the end of the school year and stuff. So I thought it would be a great idea to …. Give you a late mother's day. For you."
Luna is touched by this and she looks over to the tray of food. She goes over and sees the two plates of guitar-shaped pancakes, a glass of orange juice and a mug of coffee and it smelled exactly how she makes it.
But something else catches Luna's attention, and it wasn't the food. She sees a bouquet of violets and roses and a card. She goes over and sees what the card said. "Happy late Mother's Day!" Luna smiles seeing this and then she opens it and sees what it says. "For the best mom in the world and for mom best moments to come!"
Luna then outs the card down and goes over to Lincoln. "Thanks sweetie, this is …. This is really nice of you. Even though Mother's Day has already passed us, it's still really nice."
Lincoln smiles hearing that, he then grabs his mom's hand and guides her to sit onto one of the beanbag chairs, and he sits next to her. He then pulls out an envelope from his pocket and hands it to her, she reads what it says. "To Luna Loud, the best mom I have ever know!"
Luna opens it and sees inside were photos, photos from the photo album. She sees the three photos, one was a picture of when she first held Lincoln when he arrived into the house, second one was when Lincoln was 4 years old and Luna was playing with him in the backyard and finally is a photo of Lincoln and Luna's first jam session. Luna felt touched seeing these, they brought back so many memories.
Lincoln then speaks up. "I … I just wanted you to see just how much of a great mom you have been to me ever since, and I wanna be the best kid you've ever had, or the first kid you've ever had even though I've been your son since day one. The mother title they gave you is what you truly deserve, next to the guardian role you were given years ago. Ever since I was a baby you took really good care of me when the others weren't around or were busy and unlike Rita ….. You helped me when I needed it the most, whether I was scared, sad, angry and lonely." Lincoln starts to let a lone tear fall from his face.
"You may not have given me life into this world, but …. You prevented me from losing my life. If people ask me if you are the best mom I have ever had, then I'll just tell em you are more than the best, you're the greatest and most caring mom to have ever been in my life! And I don't know where would I be if, if we never started that bond when we first met! And as of now, I am ding dang proud to be your son, mom."
Luna's heart is fully melted from the speech her son made. She sheds some tears and hugs her son. "Thank you Lincoln! Thank you for that son!"
Lincoln hugs her back. "And I meant every word! I love you so much mom!"
"I love you too baby! Always!" cried Luna. They both stay in each other's embrace, not realizing Great Grandma Harriet is in the same room smiling at this scene, she picks up the tray of food and she places it onto the desk. She then phases through the wall to give them some alone time.
A few minutes later, Lincoln and Luna are now eating the breakfast that Lincoln made. Luna then looks to her son. "So, I could only guess that from the heartwarming speech, flowers, card, photos and this breakfast. What else did you have in mind kiddo?"
Lincoln drinks his orange juice. "Well, this is the first thing I wanted to do with you. Breakfast in the bedroom, though it was supposed to be breakfast in bed."
Luna chuckles. "Well, this is still great. What else did my best little kid have in mind?"
"Well, I did some planning and I wrote it all down in my head. After we get ourselves changed and with our tummies full, we jam out. Just you and me with whatever song you like" replied Lincoln.
Luna smiles and rubs his hair. "Well then, let's get to it. I wanna see what else you got for this late Mother's Day Linc."
Lincoln then takes the tray of food. Luna places the card and bouquet of flowers and places them onto the night stand. She then heads for the bathroom while Lincoln hands the dishes. But when Lincoln enters the kitchen he's startled by the presence of Great Grandma Harriet's Ghost. He drops all the plates, but she manages to catch them, which freaks him out.
"G-Great Grandma H-Harriet?"
Harriet smiles. "Don't worry, I got the dishes. You should go and prepare for today." She also takes the tray and places them all into the sink. She then washes the dishes, though she's not even touching them anymore, the sink water turns on and the plates just float and get cleaned.
Lincoln has no clue what to make of any of this. It was way creepier than what Luc does with her séances. "Umm, thank you great grandma." He slowly backs away and leaves the kitchen, he then heads back upstairs and starts vacuuming the hallways. Luckily his mom is still in the bathroom taking a long shower.
(Later.)
Luna is now wearing her striped shirt, grey knee ripped jeans with a white belt, purple boots with black belt straps and her choker. She then looks to her acoustic guitar and her axe. Then the door opens and Lincoln comes in. "I finished some of the chores."
Luna is shocked hearing this. "What? But, why didn't you tell me about that? I could've helped you."
Lincoln smiles and goes over to the drums. "Don't worry about it mom. I had some help."
Luna is confused by this. "Help?"
"Look outside mom" replied Lincoln.
Luna looks out the window and sees the lawnmower moving on its own. She then sees the shadowy image of Great Grandma Harriet underneath the oak tree. The apparition sees Luna and waves at her. Luna waves back, a bit shocked. "So, she helped you with some of the chores?"
Lincoln nods. "She dealt with the dishes and laundry and now the lawn. I did the vacuuming, took out the trash and checked on the night time surveillance footage. She's really helpful around the house."
Luna was a bit shocked by this, but she was also greatful for the presence of someone beyond the family ties, or in other words paranormal family ties.
"Well, I guess that's okay" Luna then picks up her axe and the now repaired hand-me-down. She gives it to Lincoln. "No need to be on the drums son, I got a recording of my last drum solo and we can use that. I want my son to be with me as we shred it like we mean it."
Lincoln smiles, takes the axe and gets off the drums and stands next to Luna. "You ready Linc?"
With a determined smile. "Heck yeah I am so ready to shred it mom!"
Luna liked the sound of that and she turns on the keyboard that had the recording of her last drum and keyboard solo session. With the beats starting Luna strums on her axe. Then Lincoln strums on his axe, they both look at each other with fire in the eyes and the two of them jam it out to the song of SMOOCH!
Mr. Grouse heads to his mailbox and sees if he has any mail. He then stops and hears some music coming from the loud house and smirks. "Heh, just like old times." He then sees the letters he got. "At least it's just their music, much better than hearing more than two voices in that house."
He's about to get into his house, but then he stops and looks to his left. He sees the lawnmower moving on its own. "That doesn't seem normal. What is up with that thing? And do they know its running?"
Then the figure of Harriet appears next to the garage. "Holy Tallulah! What in the heck?!"
She looks towards him, her very gaze made him feel uncomfortable, so he backs up and gets into his house and also locks the door. Grouse doesn't know what just happened, but he knows it wasn't his coffee making him see that.
Detective Merris just entered her car when she sees this as well. She then turns on her engine and drives. 'Okay, I think I need to tell my partner about that one. And also talk to Lincoln and Luna about it as well.'
(An hour of jamming later.)
Lincoln lays back onto the bean bag chair and so does Luna. "Well, that was … Awesome!" yelled Lincoln in exhaustion.
Luna looks to her son and chuckles. "You okay there kiddo? I hope it wasn't too much shredding."
"No. It was probably the best, I never even heard of some of those songs before!" said Lincoln.
She played some drum solos she mimicked from other bands that she knows. Metallica, Motorhead, Shinedown, Linkin Park and Green Day. They did shred to the beat of SMOOCH and some Mick Swagger songs.
"Well, when it comes to someone like me, I know a lot of songs and bands" said Luna.
"I think you know all of them. All this time I didn't know there were other bands with such awesome music!" said Lincoln.
Luna chuckles. "Yeah." Though she didn't wanna tell him that the lead singer of Motorhead is no longer with them, or that Linkin Park is no more. She didn't want him to feel sad, he just got to know the band. When he asks about them, then she'll tell him slowly.
Luna then takes both guitars and puts them onto their stands. "So, you still up for the next phase of your plan?"
Lincoln gets back up. "Yeah! We have to go into town for that one." He then goes over to his drawers and grabs his wallet and checks inside of it.
Luna puts on her long sleeve purple jacket and her sling purse. Lincoln grabs his orange hoodie and puts it on.
They both head downstairs and stop when they look at the living room. They see Great Grandma Harriet playing cards. "Hello Children. Going somewhere?"
They both took a deep breath. "We were headed into town, it's all part of my plan for my late Mother's Day" said Lincoln.
"Okay, have fun you two. I'll handle things in the house from here. Be safe." She then goes back to playing solitaire.
Lincoln and Luna smile. She was really nice, if not to mention spooky. "Okay, thanks Great Grandma" said Luna. They both leave the house and Luna locks the door.
"Well, that was unexpected" said Lincoln.
"We gotta get used to her being around the house. But we'll manage" replied Luna.
They then make their way to town, on foot. Though at some point they decided to just take the bus instead.
(Minutes later, somewhere in town.)
The bus stops and both mother and son get off. Luna then sees the sign of the place they went to. "Huh, so we're going here next."
The music store is called the Spin Cycle.
"Yup, this is the place. The next Mother's Day present is to go and browse for whatever new stuff is in there" replied Lincoln.
Luna strokes his hair. "That is awfully nice you you kiddo. Come on, let's go see what's new."
They both enter and see the manager of the place. Wearing a white shirt, yellow jacket, blue jeans and brown shoes. His long brown hair is in a ponytail, he has a mustache and is wearing glasses. "Welcome my dudes, anything I can do for ya?"
"Hello sir, we're just here to browse on what's new in the place" replied Lincoln.
"Rock on, go ahead and browse away. We got some new albums, be free to pick which one you like" replied the manager.
Lincoln and Luna split up and check out what is new in the place. While the man reads the gazette. He then stops when it reads. "Royal Woods, home to the youngest mom assigned by the U.S Government, Luna Loud." It then says what happened and what transpired. The news about all of this is still trending and hasn't stopped, yet.
The manager then looks to the two kids in the store. Lincoln already picking two albums and Luna still browsing through Mick Swagger's songs. He decided not to ask them about what happened, they seem happy with what they are doing.
After some browsing, Luna goes over to Lincoln who was done doing some browsing. "So anything new?"
"Yeah, I found some albums from Motorhead and maybe we can both listen to them when we get back home" said Lincoln.
Luna smiles. "That sounds nice, wish I could say about what I found. All new pop and techno. But they didn't seem like my jam."
"Oh dear. Sorry you didn't find anything you like mom" said Lincoln with some concern.
Luna rubs his hair. "That's alright kiddo. Now come on, let's pay for what you got." Lincoln didn't seem happy that his mom didn't find anything she liked in there. But he was hoping he could make up for some of it when it was her birthday, soon.
They make it back to the manager, Luna is about to pay the man, but her son pulls out his wallet and hands the owner the cash and he places the five albums into a bag and back to Lincoln.
"Rock on to the beats you two" said the manager.
"Thank you again sir" said Lincoln. He then leaves the store while holding Luna's hand.
They are now both outside of the music store. "Linc, did you just pay for those?"
"I sure did" replied Lincoln. "I didn't want you to use the cash you got. I still have the cash I saved up from long ago, so it's all good. In fact we should have lunch now and I know where."
They then walk to their next destination. Luna didn't know what else to say, she didn't expect him to be doing this for her. He would when he was being a good brother, but that was long ago and now he's trying his hardest to give Luna the best Mother's Day time. She felt touched by this, but she didn't want him to do all this hardship.
They soon make it to their destination, but Lincoln is shocked at the sign.
Jean-Juan's French Mex: So sorry, but we are closed due to renovations.
Lincoln's right eye twitches and Luna understands what was the plan. "Dang it!" yelled Lincoln. "Are you kidding me?! Seriously?!"
Luna places her hand onto his shoulder and he looks down in anger and sadness. "Hey now Lincoln, it's alright. We can have lunch elsewhere."
Then Lincoln remembers. "Plan B!" He then holds Luna's hand and they head to the bus stop.
"Where are we going?" asked Luna.
"You'll see" replied Lincoln. They both get into the bus and it drives off.
In the bus Lincoln uses his phone to check on the place and make a quick reservation. Luna doesn't see what he was doing, but she knows he's trying his hardest again to make this day go as he planned.
(Bangers n' Mosh.)
The bus arrives and drops off Lincoln and Luna. "Huh, so this is plan B. One of my top fave restaurants."
"Yeah, and it's all in good British fashion!" said Lincoln.
They both head inside and Lincoln goes over to the manager and says he made quick reservations. The man leads them to their table and they take their seats.
"Wow, so this is what you did in the bus. You were making some quick reservations for the place" said Luna.
Lincoln chuckles. "Yeah, I thought this would be a great place, this is also where we made our last stand. Well at the backstage."
Hearing him say that made Luna worried. She then sees the stage with no one performing yet, she then recalls her band performed here and then she recalls what happened when the old fam confronted her and Lincoln backstage and how it all ….. Went wrong real fast. This pained Luna, but she noticed how happy Lincoln was, so she had to be happy for him, she is also impressed at how he wasn't stressed out by this place. This is where he almost died! Well, at the backstage.
They both order their meals, which was some mashed potatoes, some fish soup and muffins with some sodas for their drinks.
"Sorry we couldn't go to Jean-Juan's mom. It wasn't supposed to happen" said Lincoln.
Luna wipes her mouth with her napkin. "No need to worry sweetie, this is nice too and it's better when family is with me."
They soon ready to take their leave, Luna was about to pay, but then she sees Lincoln pull out some cash and leave it attached to the menu. "Come on, let's go somewhere to ease our thoughts mom."
Luna smiled. 'Linc really wants to make my day all the worth it. Makes me proud of him and also worried.' She gets up from her seat and they both exit the restaurant. They do greet Tabby and Liam who look like they're going on a date.
Wait, what?
(Ketcham Park.)
The mother and son are now taking a nice stroll in the park, both of them walk around and look at all the people having fun there.
It felt nice for them to do this. The one place they always feel at ease from the chaos they used to live in with the old family. Though both of them are wondering how the others are doing.
Lincoln and Luna then sit underneath a tree. "Mom, do you think Leni is doing alright?"
Luna sighs. "No clue son. She did say she was gonna try and get better, so chances she's gonna be hard at work to fix herself and knowing Luan, she's also working hard to fix herself." She then looks to Lincoln. "Do you still wanna lighten their sentences son?"
"I still do, I've been running some suggestions. But I got to see how it'll work before I can make it happen" said Lincoln. "You think …. You think we can visit some of them?"
Luna puts her arm around her son and pulls him closer. "Maybe, when you feel like you wanna see them then that's okay with me."
Lincoln leans his head onto Luna's shoulder. "To be honest, I miss some of them. I really do."
Luna sighs. "Same here." Luna then sees Lincoln is now fast asleep. She decides to follow him and take a small nap, she fails to see his phone set to an alarm to tell him that it was time.
What they also don't know is that someone was watching them from the shade of another tree. Lucy Shapiro.
"Hey sis" she turns around and sees her big sister Maggie. "What are you doing?" Maggie sees Lincoln and Luna at another tree fast asleep. Maggie looks to Lucy. "You know you can't go over there and see them."
Lucy looks down. "Sigh, I know. But it still would be nice to at least, ask what they're doing and how their doing."
Maggie holds her little sisters hand. "I know Lucy, but this is the way things have to be now."
Lucy still looks to the two louds enjoying each other's company. "Come on sis, let's get going." said Maggie.
Lucy follows Maggie and they head back to their parents and head back home. "You think we can stop for a Flippie?"
"Let's ask mom and dad that one" replied Maggie.
They also are being watched by six pairs of eyes from three boys on their bikes. "So, you still friends with that kid?" asked Poppa Wheelie.
Rusty sighs. "At this point, I honestly don't know anymore. I mean I guess I was a little too rude with what I said about him and his mom."
"Well, if you ask me you were kinda right about your words. He has to at least spend some time away from her, it kinda looks like a habit and it could make things worse when school starts" said Flat Tire.
"Well, Lincoln did went through torment from his old family when they treated him badly, and I still remember the soccer ball that hit me in the face" said Rusty.
"Ah! None of that, come on guys let's ride. Leave the kid with his young mom, at this point she's the only friend he has" said Poppa Wheelie.
Rusty knows that's not true. Lincoln has other friends, friends who understand what he's been through and know when he's ready to hang out with them. 'I just hope I don't lose the trust and friendship from Lincoln, and the others too.' He then rides behind his two friends.
(A few hours later.)
Lincoln opens his eyes and sees that the sun is going down. He then sees his phone's alarm goes off. 'Oh, it's almost time!'
He then sees his mother fast asleep. He thought she looked so peaceful asleep. But they have somewhere else to go to. Lincoln then shakes her shoulder. "Mom. Mom. Mom wake up."
Luna then opens her eyes and looks around. "Wha? Lincoln? What time is it?" she stretches her arms.
"Time for the last thing for the day!" said Lincoln. He then gets up and so does Luna.
"Okay little dude. Lead on my wayward son" Luna follows Lincoln as they leave the park.
They both leave the park and get onto the bus and they make their way to the next destination.
Luna then sees Lincoln going through his phone he then smiles and clicks onto the screen and sighs in relief as he puts the phone away into his jacket. "You okay kiddo?"
"Yeah, just stoked when we get to the mall!" said Lincoln.
Luna is confused by this. 'The mall?' But she decides to let Lincoln surprise her when they get there.
(Royal Woods Mall.)
The bus stops and Lincoln and Luna get out. Lincoln then grabs Luna's hand and he drags her into the mall.
Luna is caught off guard by this. "Easy there Linc, slow down." She liked seeing him excited, she hasn't seen him this excited in a long while. It also brought back some pretty good memories, like his first SMOCCH concert.
They stop when they see the line to the ticket booth and Luna sees the sign and is shocked at what it says. Mick Swagger Live! Tonight!
Luna is at a loss for words. 'How did I not know this?!' Then Lincoln drags her around the line. "What the? Lincoln, what are you doing?!"
"I know what I'm doing mom! Trust me!" replied Lincoln.
The people notice the teenager and the kid passing by them and headed to the front.
"Hey! Get in Line!"
"No cutting!"
"What the heck are you two doing?!"
Lincoln ignores them and continues to walk pass them. Luna feels embarrassed by this, now she knows how Lincoln felt when she almost embarrassed him. Is this how some mom's feel?!
They then make it to the front and Lincoln shows the ticket booth man his phone and the prepaid tickets and he places down the cash. "Oh, prepaid tickets. Cool." said Chaz. Yeah, it's Chaz.
He takes the cash and gives them the tickets. The people and Luna were confused. "What the heck?!"
Chaz then calls in security and tells him the situation. The mall cop captain understands and looks to the people in line. "Alright folks listen up! Apparently this kid preordered these tickets so it's legal to do this. Any trouble and I'll be seeing you guys in Mall jail."
The people are jaws dropped by this. He preordered his tickets and can cut the line to get them?! They watch as Lincoln and Luna walk away. The mall cop captain does a Rock n Roll pose to them, we know who this guy is.
Luna is a bit shocked and looks to her son. "So that's what you did in the bus earlier, fast system preorder in the tickets. Smart thinking sport."
Lincoln chuckles. "Thanks mom, this was the final late Mother's Day gift, you and me in a Mick Swagger concert!"
Luna smiles and then looks down. Lincoln notices this. "Something wrong mom?"
Luna sighs. "H-How did I not know about this?! I'm usually good at knowing when a concert is back whe …" She then realizes why and she looks to Lincoln. She could see his worried face, but she didn't want him to be concerned. "You know what, never mind that son. Let's go and enjoy this concert."
But Lincoln drags her to the side of the fountain. "Mom ….. Are you upset that you didn't know about the concert because of this role you have now?"
Luna felt a bit hurt hearing that, but it hurt more to see Lincoln feel like this was his fault. "No, no. No I'm not Lincoln. I'm sorry, I was just … Just …"
"Venting?" asked Lincoln. He still looked a bit disappointed. "You used to know about concerts and when they start. That was …. Was before all of this, I know that mom." Lincoln lets a lone tear fall.
Luna then hugs him. "Lincoln, it's not your fault and it never was. I was blinded by the lights when I found my talent in music. But now that I'm a mom, I can see clearly now that what's important is how you and I feel and for making sure this family stays together."
"Don't be sad my little dude. I'm not mad anymore, I'm not. I would never wanna be mad at you, but tough love will be down the path we go through. You know that."
Lincoln hugs her back. "I know, I know." Lincoln then breaks the hug. "H-How about, when either of us knows something about music or any big event or concert, we let each other know?"
Luna kisses his forehead and smiles. "That sounds like a great idea son." She then stands up and holds his hand. "Now come on, let's go and rock with Mick Live."
Lincoln smiles and follows her to the concert hall in the mall. Unknown to them that some teenagers from Lori and Leni saw this and thought it was sweet. They too k some pictures of what they saw, and they were hoping they could talk to them, one day.
Lincoln and Luna then enter the mall concert hall and they see it was almost crowded and it was starting. "This kinda looks familiar" said Lincoln.
"You ready to ride it sport?" asked Luna.
Lincoln knows what she means. "Ready to Rock and Roll!" Luna then grabs Lincoln and they both crowd surf through the crowd.
"Woohoo! This is still as awesome as last time!"
"Yeah! But take it easy with him guys!"
They then make it to the front and they were seeing Mick Swagger performing in stage, he does notice them and smiles. He then finishes his song. "Alright my fans! This next song goes to the newly made Mother of Royal Woods! This one is or you Luna!"
Luna gasps and so does Lincoln. Looks like he knows too. Mick Swagger then sings the same song he performed when Luna first went to his concert. This brought back some memories to both Lincoln and Luna, of the times before and after she found her rock and rolling talent!
They both spend the rest of the concert rocking and rolling to the songs of Luna's idol!
(10 o'clock.)
Luna is now on the bus, with the bag of albums Lincoln got from the music store and leaning next to her is a now asleep Lincoln.
She wipes away the drool from his mouth and rests her head onto his. Then she feels the bus stop, which means they made it to the last stop of the night.
Luna carries Lincoln like she used to when he was a baby. She then walks off the bus with her son and the bag and the bus drives off.
Luna uses her other hand to open the door, but it opens on its own and she sees Great Grandma Harriet. The ghost sees the sleeping boy and smiles. "You two had a great time I see."
Luna chuckles. "We did, he made it all happen." She then enters the house and heads upstairs. Harriet then turns off all the lights to the house and heads back to the room of Lucy and Lynn Jr.
Luna enters her room and takes her boots off, she then places Lincoln onto his lower bunk and takes his shoes off. She thought maybe he should just sleep in his clothes, but she does remove his hoodie and she removes her jacket.
She then sits there and looks to him, she strokes his hair. When she blinks he changes into his infant self.
(Flashback)
Luna is in the living room with her 2 year old brother Lincoln. "Say Luna little brother. Come on, you can say it."
The baby giggles as he holds his sister's hands. Luna also giggles. "Lu - Na! Luna! Come on baby brother, you can do it."
The baby looks to her and smiles. "L …. L …. Lu …. Lun …Lu … Momma!"
Luna is shocked by this and also touched. "No, I'm not your momma. I'm your sister, Luna."
"Momma! Momma! Momma!' The baby claps and then gets up and walks to her, he then gives her a hug.
Luna looks around to see if anyone was around and no one sees this. She then hugs him back. "Okay, okay. But this is our secret alright little brother? We can't let the others know that ….. That I'm also your momma."
Lincoln giggles and gets sleepy. "Momma, momma." Luna felt touched that he would see her like this and she kisses his cheek and looks at her sleeping little brother.
"Sweet dreams my baby, Luna loves you, always."
(End Flashback.)
Luna blinks one more time and Lincoln is now his eleven year old self. She then lays next to him and kisses his forehead. "Thank you Lincoln, thank you for this rockin' late Mother's Day."
She then pulls him closer and hugs him as she drifts to sleep. Lincoln also hugs her back. "I love you, momma."
Luna smiles hearing this. "Momma loves you too sweetie, always." She then enters sleep and dreams of when Lincoln was a baby and called her momma, Lincoln is also dreaming the same thing.
Happy Mother's Day everyone.
A/N: And this is it, the start of a new story based off of "Luck, Nightmares and Fears." I won't be doing a steady basis update like my other two stories, but I will do my best posting these. The reason I made it August 10 was because Mother's Day was on May 10 and I know that in this story and how it really began they passed the month, so it sounded fair and it also took place two months after the whole "Bad Luck fiasco." I would also like to thank Vasmasdas1 for this first chapter, thank you for your contribution with some ideas, much appreciated. If you guys got any ideas for other chapters then do tell me. Leave a review and tell me what you all think, and a Happy Mother's Day to all of the great mom's out there, including Luna Loud.
Coming next, Driving Miss Rockstar. (Title might be changed.)
Date Made: 5/2/20 – 5/3/20.
