' I must be in hell?' Harry thought. He opened his eyes and blinked. The room was dark and chilly. He shivered and look around. No one was in the room.

Just then a door opens and there was a click of heels. The footsteps sounded far away, and finally, the person stops in front of the crib. Looking up harry eyes widened.

Who was this woman?. And why was she in his bedroom?. The woman leans down and picks up the infant.

" Good morning, Kylie. Ready for your milk?".

Kylie? That was her? She was a female now?. No way. The baby let out a cry. And the woman shushed her.

" It's alright, my love. You are safe, everything is okay" The woman comes. Kylie whimpers, her soft curls falling on her face. The woman kisses the infant softly and walks out of the room with the infant.

" Did you get her?" Another woman asks. The woman that was holding Kylie nods.

Kylie looks around, her eyes were alert. She saw children of all ages, from newborns to 17.

Her curious mix-matched eyes landed on a baby in the far corner with the man. The baby wouldn't stop crying. The man tried all as he could, but the little boy wouldn't hush.

" Lillian, I need your assistance. Tom will not be quiet. I don't know what's the matter with him".

Lillian walks over and took Tom away from the man, and she walks back over to the woman who was holding Kylie.

Both infant's eyes caught one another, and a soft smile lifted on Kylie's face. Tom smiles softly as well.

The two women look shocking at this display. The two then placed them together to see what would happen. Tom's cries instantly grew to sniffles and silence.

" Well, I'll be dammed. Kylie's presence calms tom down. Something tells me these two will not grow apart " Lillian said.

" I agree " Diane replies.

Then they feed the two and sits them in the playroom. The other children. Stayed away. Tom would fuss whenever Kylie's attention was off his.

Lilian and Diane didn't want to admit it, but they were hoping in the future that the two would be together. It would break their hearts if the two didn't date.

Unknown to them, they will get their wish.

" Tommy where are you?" Three-year-old Kylie says in a sing-song voice. She looks behind the bushes. But she couldn't find her best friend. There was nothing but silence. They were the only ones out here, no one else would play with the two.

Tears stained behind her eyes, and her lips wobbled. And she bawled up her fist. " Tommy! Where did you go!" she shouted.

Instantly Tom's little legs wobbled over to his best friend. He pulled the smaller girl in a hug. " Hey, Kylie I am here. I never leave, yous".

Kylie hugs him tighter, causing Tom to gasp. " Never leave me!" she hissed.

Tom chuckles " Never. I promise ".

And the two pink their small fingers together. To bad promise could be broken.

Five years old Kylie ran as fast as she could. The four boys were gaining on her. Tears were running down her face. Her heart was pounding in her chest. She was out of breath, but she couldn't let the boys get her.

She had just formed some strong force and the boys saw it, and begin to chase her all around the Orphanage. But she was not having that.

Soon she trips, and gasps. Dirt was over her clothes, and tree branched cut up her dress. One of her shoes fell off her feet, and she was left with her white sock.

" Help me!" she whispered. Her words got caught in her throat. As she looks helpless around and fearfully at the 4 older boys.

They circled her and pump their fist. Neither boy knee who wanted to go first. But one name Dylan decided he wanted to go first.

He towered over five-year-old Kylie and raise his fist. Kylie closed her eyes and was ready for the impact.

But nothing came. She opened her eyes to see Tom holding the bullies in the air. But with what? There was nothing in his hand. The bullies went flying over to the forest.

Once away, Tom looks down at Kylie. He walks over and picks up his best friend. " Are you alright?".

Kylie nods, and she kisses Tom's cheeks. Tom blushed and rubs his now heated cheeks. " Thank you, Tommy. I would have been dead if wasn't for you ".

" Come, on let's get you a bath".

" I would love that ".
