The Batmobile pulls up in front of the Gotham City Police Headquarters, Batman and Robin exits the Batmobile and runs up the steps into the building. Commissioner Gordon tells them about the events that transpired at the airport
"What could Egghead be after to launch an attack in a crowded Airport?" Robin asked
"I don't know Robin, but knowing Egghead this has to lead to something more diabolical." Batman responded
"Chief O'Hara is down at the Airport looking for clues, but he's getting stonewalled." Said Gordon
"By who?" Batman asked
"Are you familiar with an organization called CONTROL?" Gordon asked
"CONTROL?" asked Robin Baffled
"CONTROL is a Counter espionage organization right up there the FBI and CIA." Batman responded
"Holy 007 Batman!" said Robin excited
Suddenly they are interrupted when a beautiful statuesque woman walks into the office, she was wearing a pretty dress and glasses
"Batman and Robin, I want to introduce you to my new secretary Miss Caviar." Said Gordon making the introduction
"Nice to meet you both. Commissioner the Chief of CONTROL is on the line, but he wishes to speak to you via satellite." She spoke
Gordon grabs the remote which operates a secret closed-circuit television, The Chief appears on the screen
"I'm Commissioner Gordon and these are the Caped Crusaders Batman and Robin." Said Gordon introducing them again
"Night to meet you all." Said Chief
"What can we do for CONTROL?" Gordon asked
"Actually, it's what you can't do, I'm asking the Gotham City Police Department to cease and desist any investigation into the incident at the Airport. I don't mean to cast any dispersions on your fine department, but this is a government matter and CONTROL is handling it." the Chief explained
"With all due respect Chief, when it comes to matters involving Gotham City and its citizens, I cannot simply stay out of it." Said Batman
"Yes, do you really think Batman and I will just sit idly by and let that Rotten Egg terrorize our city?" Robin yelled
"Chief, I think we can solve this problem if we work together." Batman suggested
"I don't know Batman, by doing that I would have to disclose top secret classified information which isn't privy to civilians." Said Chief
"You can trust the Dynamic Duo. They're not just citizens they're deputized agents of the law." Said Gordon
"Well, I guess it's okay. You see CONTROL was escorting Doctor Arthur Feldon to Washington DC." Said Chief
"Doctor Arthur Feldon isn't he a Nuclear Scientist?" Robin asked
"Yes Robin, he's also the head of the science department at Harvard University." Said Batman
"Doctor Feldon was working with Nasa researching rocket fuel for an atomic missile. He's scheduled to testify at the Department of Defense tomorrow to explain his findings. If that rocket fuel ends up the wrong hands it could be disastrous." The Chief warned
"Holy catastrophe!" said Robin
"We have to find Egghead fast." Said Batman
"Yes, and to ensure that you find him faster I'm assigning two of my best agents to assist you. Agent 86 and 99 and they're waiting for you at the coffee shop." Said Chief
Batman and Robin run out the door.
Max and 99 were waiting out in front of the coffee shop, The Chief informed them they would be working with Batman and Robin and Max wasn't happy about it.
"You know 99, sometimes I think the Chief doesn't have faith in me." Said Max upset
"Of course, he does Max, this mission is too big for both us to handle so we can use the help." Said 99
"I suppose you're right 99." Said Max as he starts to feel better
Suddenly the Batmobile pulls in front of them, Batman and Robin get out and walks over to them
"Agents 86 and 99 I presume." Said Batman
"Yes, I'm Maxwell Smart but you can me Max." he said shaking Batman's hand
"What do we call you?" Robin asked 99
"99." She responded
"You see 99 is very adamant about keeping her personal Identity a secret." Max explained
"Well, I certainly understand the need to keep one's identity a secret for the greater good." Said Batman
"Thank you for understanding Batman." Said 99 as starts to immediately get smitten with the caped crusader
Max starts to get annoyed and a little jealous
"Let's get down to the mission, how do we find this Egghead?" Max asked
"Simple. Egghead's whole moniker is eggs which means his hideout is something egg related." Said Robin
"Right Robin, So I had the Bat computer compile a list of Egg related businesses that are no long in service." Batman explains
Suddenly a beeping sound comes from the Batmoblie, a card prints out from the computer
"According to this card the abandoned egg business is Mother Cluck's eggs which went out of business last year." Said Batman
"I loved Mother Cluck's eggs; I remember the commercial try Mother Cluck's eggs because they're Mother Clucking good." Said Max
"With a slogan like that no wonder they went out of business." Said Robin
"Egghead must be hiding the abandoned egg factory." Said Batman
"We could all be walking into danger." Said 99 concerned
"And Loving it!" said Max
"Come everyone we don't have a moment to lose!" said Batman
