At the abandoned egg factory which has now turned into a hideout for Egghead and his henchmen Hardboiled, Scrambled and Benedict. They were all there with the kidnapped Doctor Feldon. The doctor was forced into a laboratory that Egghead has set up.

"All right Doctor, you have 48 hours to perfect the rocket fuel." Egghead ordered

"If I refuse." The Doctor asked scared

"Then I would have no choice but eggliminate you." Egghead responded with another egg pun

Suddenly miss Caviar walks into the lab, she goes over to him and kisses him

"Oh, Caviar my dear how's everything going over at the police station?" he asked

"Commissioner Gordon has called Batman." She responded

"Of course, he did, those inept fools on the Gotham Police Department are useless." Said Egghead

"That's not all CONTROL is after you too." Said Caviar

"Oh yes CONTROL, my friends at KAOS warned me about them, but I have a plan." Said Egghead

"What is it?" Caviar asked

"At this very moment Batman and those CONTROL agents have figured out where we are. In Fact, I expect them to arrive here at any moment, and when they do I have an egglaborate trap waiting for them." Said Egghead

Moments later Batman and Robin along with Max and 99 arrive at Egghead's hideout, they surveyed the building looking for an entrance

"What's the plan?" Robin asked

"99 and I will enter the front and you and Robin will enter the back." Max suggested

"Actually, I have a better Idea, I think it's better that we enter through the roof by using the Bat ropes to climb up." Batman suggested

"I think my plan is better." Said Max as he gets nervous

"Max, Batman's plan make sense." Said 99

"I say we vote." Max suggested

"Very well that is most diplomatic way to decide. All in favor of climbing up raise your hands." Batman ordered

Batman, Robin and 99 raised their hands. "Looks like you're outvoted Max.," said Batman

"I say we vote again, two out of three." Max suggested

"Come on Max, didn't you tell me that you got ribbons for rope climbing in the spy school?" 99 asked

"I might've embellished a little." Max responded

"Oh, how much?" 99 asked

"All of it." Max answered

"Don't worry you'll both be safe. Also 99 if you start to lose your grip feel free to hold on to me." Said Batman

"Thank you, Batman." Said 99

Max rolls his eyes as he starts to get jealous again as 99 is becoming more smitten with Batman.

"What about me Batman what if I lose my grip?" Max asked

"You can hold on to Robin." Batman suggested

"Gee thanks a lot Batman." Said Robin sarcastically

They all climb to the top of the building and enter through one of the windows, they walk the halls when they finally confront Egghead and his goons

"All right Egghead, it's over!" Said Batman

"Yes, it's time for you to Sunnyside up the river you rotten egg." Said Robin

"The Dynamic Duo I was eggxpecting you and I see you brought company." Said Egghead again with another egg pun

"Agents 86 and 99 of Control. Now's where's Doctor Feldon?" Max demanded

"There's no way-out Egghead!" said Batman

"That's where you're wrong." Said Egghead as he takes presses a button on the wall and a huge net fall on them. He takes out one of his exploding eggs which is laced with knockout gas which knocked all of them unconscious.

Moments later they come to, they struggled to move their arms and legs and they realized they were bound to what appears to be a giant skillet. Above them was a vat filled with steamy hot cheese. There was also a giant egg timer

"Well, it's time for me to make a new dish it's called human omelet. Once the timer the vat of cheese will pour down on you which will force the skillet to heat cooking you to death. I say that's an egguisite way to die." Said Egghead
