My creativity levels are a bit low these days. T_T Ideas usually come to mind when I'm not looking for them, when I have inspiration, or on accident, lol.

This chapter focuses a bit on two side characters and is in the same style as the 5th chapter. So, uh, enjoy?~

Master of Disguise

What if our favorite Brown Ninja was more serious about becoming an actual ninja?

Because of his love for trophies, his theme could be centered around various metals, minerals, and materials one would find within the earth. Besides, brown looks good with bronze!

He seemed like a pretty effective communicator in the Tournament of Elements. However, if he wanted to be a ninja for a living, he'd have to learn how to be more cautious. (Actually, all the ninja should learn to be more cautious-). Ooo, since he doesn't have an element, he could be an actual Master of Disguise! The Brown Ninja: Master of Disguise! He excels at stealth and undercover operations! :DDD

But would the ninja ever have to go undercover? They are ninjas, after all. I say it's high time they embark on a mission where discretion and stealth are paramount. (Put that ninja training to use!) I mean, they already have in Crystalized, but yA knOW, a mission that's the length of a mini season or several book chapters.

I'm curious as to how the ninja would react if they were asked to kill someone who was dangerous and nearly impossible to touch. *Insert thinking emoji*

"Clotho-Decer"

Chamille's original backstory intrigues me. It changed my perspective on the Master of Form.

Unlike disguise, she can convert her entire form into the shape of someone else's. You can probably deduce that she manipulates her DNA in order to accomplish this. So, is there a chance that she can change her form into something other than a human? For example, a rat.

Do her powers descend from the oni? Whenever she uses her powers, they appear to be purple. Purple is a color that is often associated with the oni. Her appearance in Tournament of Elements is also predominately purple. Is the form she takes in season four even her own (probably-)?

If her powers do stem from the oni, that could enhance the mini rivalry she had with Lloyd in "Ninja Roll." That is, if they ever cross paths again.

NOTE: I don't know when, but Tommy A. posted Chamille's scrapped backstory on Twitter. I found out about her potential past somewhere else, though.

"Oh Yeah, It's All Coming Together"

What if the ninjas receive an anonymous letter from Metalonia? The handwriting appears rushed and sloppy, the phrasing is simple, and the paper is slightly crumpled. Its contents reveal that whoever sent the letter requested that the ninja kill a specific figure. The name of said figure is ambiguous, making it difficult for the reader to pinpoint exactly who the mysterious writer is referring to. For example, let's call them "Layla." The letter's author requests that the ninja kill Layla. (The letter could be a trap.)

I don't know how the ninja would get here, but they continue to receive letters from seemingly the same person. The times at which they're sent are sporadic, and the contents of the letters are always brief and to the point. They occasionally give the ninja more info as they go, including their identity. The person who's writing the notes eventually leaves a signature, a strange symbol that resembles the Ninjargon three.

The ninja travel to Metalonia to try to figure out what's going on, but not as themselves. The mysterious writer, whom they're calling "Three," warned them that they shouldn't go as who they are. They must practice extreme caution if they want to potentially assist and understand what's going on.

The ninja decide it's best if they don't wear their signature gi, and try to change their appearances. Imagine their horror when they discover a stowaway, Darreth (at least he's a Master of Disguise-).

Metalonia seems pretty normal at surface level. It looks different from Ninjago City, but that's to be expected. The weather is often rainy and cloudy, and the ground is occasionally shrouded in mist or fog. Nevertheless, Metalonia has its allure.

The ninja do a pretty good job at going undercover. But of course, nothing ever goes exactly as planned.

Layla is intelligent, but so are the ninjas. The ninja are on Layla's trail, but Chamille is hot on their tail. Who is Three and are they in danger? What is Layla doing to Metalonia that's so despicable? Just what are they getting themselves into? One thing's for certain: None of them are as safe as they think they are.

NOTE: I can see Kai becoming upset when he has to put away his hair gel for the mission, lol. Kai's distinct hairstyle would definitely be recognizable, so it would be best to wear it down.

BONUS: I imagined Layla to be Chamille's mother.

I hope you have a nice day or night, fellow humans! :D
