The world of My Hero Academia was one of superpowers. Everyone had one, and the ones with the strongest powers became heroes! Unfortunately, not every hero was going to be a great person. Take Rin's father, the number 2 hero Endevour, for example.
Yeah, Ol' Endevour was constantly pissed about being number two to All Might, so he decided if he couldn't do it, he would force one of his kids to! Great plan, 10/10. Couldn't possible backfire!
So, he forced a woman with an ice quirk, Rei, to marry him and mother his children. His plan? To create the most powerful elemental quirk user in existence. The first three attempts failed, but finally, on the fourth try, he finally got what he wanted. A kid with a perfectly balanced, super-powerful quirk.
That kid was named... Shoto Todoroki. And he had a twin sister.

Despite Rin having the same balanced quirk as her brother, Endevour tossed her to the side her entire life just because her quirk didn't have the same destructive power that Shoto's did. But unlike Shoto, all she wanted to do was gain her father's approval. While Shoto's resentment grew towards his father, Rin's grew for Shoto.

While studying at U.A, Rin was eventually kidnapped by the League of Villains, a group of evil quirk-users obsessed with bringing down all of society! And Rin, after being spurned her entire life, accepted.
...Oooookay then. But if Rin was going to declare war on a society built on superheroes, she was going to need the right tools for the job. And there's no better tool than a quirk.

Rin has all kinds of crazy quirks. The one she was born with, Fire and Ice, allows her to shoot out ultra-hot jets of fire and subzero glaciers of ice. Shock Absorbtion allows her to take a ton of brute force without even being fazed, while Super Regeneration can have her grow back entire limbs! She also has a ton of different small quirks like Warping, Air Cannon, and Springlike Limbs.
One for All and All for One, however, are the most powerful one's in her arsenal. All for One allows her to steal other people's quirks for herself, while One for All is an enhancing quirk. With those quirks combined, Rin is easily the most powerful person in her world.
But despite working with the League of Villains, Rin was after her own gain. She didn't want society fall. She wanted to rule it with an iron fist. That was the only way she could prove her family wrong. But the people of Earth weren't going to give up without a fight, so Rin had to use everything she had and used it to create two powerful Super Moves.

Indeed. With Shatter, she encases her foe, or any solid structure, in a block of ice, then superheats it, causing it to shatter violently. Dual Dragon has her entraps her opponent in a huge ball of fire while heavy, razor-sharp ice impales them. Her control over her quirk is astounding!
Yeah, but I like it better when she punches shit! After taking One for All, she gained access to the same source of strength that belongs to All Might. As we specified in the actual canon Death battle series, All Might at his strongest could punch with the force of 155 Gigatons of TNT! Almost 3000 times the strength of the Tsar Bomba!
While Rin is strong, she's not perfect. No one is.

For example, she's very mentally unstable. Angering her could lead to severe tunnel vision, where she blocks out everything except for her target. She essentially becomes blind to anything else going on around her, making her especially vulnerable to traps. She also tends to throw any semblance of strategy out the window. Preferring instead to overwhelm her opponent with her sheer strength.
Who can blame her?! There's no one on Earth strong enough to even touch her!

She stole her most versatile quirk by breaking into the most secure place on Earth! She was able to kill Shigaraki, the previous leader of the League of Villains, and eventually realized her dream of conquering the world!
But that victory came at a cost. Rin still had a piece of her heart left in the form of Satsuki Bakugo, her best friend and lover. But in becoming a villain bent on ruling the world, Rin ended up having to kill Satsuki. The last part of what used to be a great hero fell with Satsuki, and it turned Rin into a cold-hearted, selfish, apathetic harbinger of destruction.
And she won't stop until My Hero has no heroes left...

Sebastian Taylor was born to an upper-class family. He graduated high school and was even getting ready for college. So when his brother's birthday arrived, he figured he could take a minute to relax. Except that was a huge fuckin' mistake. Never relax, always stay alert, or else THEY will get you!
Hey Boomstick, are you ok? You've been off this entire episo-
When his entire family, including extended, came over to celebrate, they knew they had to go big. They made reservations for dinner in a huge skyscraper at the top floor!
Anyway, nobody could have predicted that different patrons at that restaurant were part of the Cult of Cthulhu. Overloading their own bodies with magic, they blew themselves up. In an instant, the skyscraper was in smoke, and blasts were heard all across the city. One of these blasts blew Sebastian through a window where he fell 80 stories into a man-made lake that was placed at the foot of the building.
Somehow surviving that, he lost consciousness pretty quickly, nothing but nightmares and memories to keep him company. When he eventually woke up, he found that he was the only one. His family, and everyone else that was enjoying their dinner, were gone.
Sebastian, memories still fresh in his head, hit the books to do some research on the cult that attacked him and took away everything he ever loved. Along the way, he was found by the Acadamy, a school with the sole purpose of training people to use magik to keep the Elder Gods asleep.
Sebastian took to magik like a rat to cheese, and quickly learned of the two types of magiks: Magic and Ki. While Magic had unlimited uses and can be used without difficulty, Ki had limits since it draws on the power of one's soul but was much more powerful than magic. Sebastian chose Ki to study, since it gave him a bigger boost in power. There was one tiny problem with that though..
The Academy knows that humans alone cannot keep Elder Gods asleep, but by binding a human's Ki with that of a God would boost their power tremendously. Sebastain took part of the ritual, not knowing what was going on but trusting in his professors. The problem came when Sebastian's Ki was bonded with Cthulhu's.
Still pretty bitter over the whole killing-his-family thing, Sebastian swore to never use his Ki again. he immediately dropped out of the Acadamy. The Acadamy wasn't keen to let him go without a fight though, and considering they had Magik-users all over the world, Taylor was going to have to fight for his freedom. but he can't do that without the magiks that he learned.

Sebastian can fly, shoot lightning in arcs, and cast fireballs like no other. He's also able to harness the energy of the sun to blast beams of light. This was all he could do with Magic. Compared to other skilled magicians who can channel their Gods into their bodies, Taylor was helpless. Fortunately for him, Taylor was a genius. He decided if he wouldn't use his own Ki, he would use the Ki of others. He would use the limitless Magic to funnel the limited Ki into himself and use that instead. this would be known as Magical Ki, and it was quickly banned from all Acadamy's for being too dark of an art.
Sebastain didn't care. he wouldn't rest until the Cult of Cthulhu and every Acadamy in the world was nothing but cinders. his Magical Ki just made everything easier.

True! With Magical Ki, Sebastian was basically only limited by his imagination. He can shoot blasts of Ki, push all of his Ki into a body part, cast illusions and bend time and space to his whim!
Yeah, he is badass. But Sebastain's most powerful ability is his Soul Drain. This allows him to suck every ounce of Ki from his opponent, basically tearing their soul from their body and absorbing it. Kind of like a more kickass Shang Tsung.
It's that ability that led to his victory against the Acadamy and the Cult. All leading up to a fight with Cthulhu himself. Trying to end things as fast as possible by showing Taylor his true form, a sight that would cause any person to go insane, Sebastain instead started stealing Cthulhu's very soul. And when you're a God with no real physical form, you're nothing BUT a soul.

Holy Shit! That sounds so hardcore! Which is kind of what he's all about. After all, he's strong enough to drain half the Pacific with one punch, and the illusions he casts look real enough to trick Gods! Can anything stop this guy?
The only thing that can stop him... is him.

It means he refuses to use his own power, no matter what. He'd rather die than use his own Ki. If he ever runs out of other's Ki, he'll have to use his Magic, which is not nearly as strong.
On top of that, he can't drain anyone of the powers they got biologically, or any other skill like that. If you suck the soul out of a bodybuilder, they're still a fucking bodybuilder.
Even with those mental blocks still in place, Sebastain Taylor was still able to finally achieve victory, and brought peace to his family.
What now? I mean, he did everything he wanted to, so what's next?
No one knows. But wherever he is, you can be sure he's still fighting to keep humanity safe from threats beyond our comprehension. So there's no need to check for monsters under your bed tonight. Chances are, it's already dead.

It's time for an OP OC DEATH BATTLLLLEEEE!
We start off in a throne room, with Rin Todoroki lounging on her chair. Two guards are holding a man in chains, and it's revealed to be her father, Endevour. Smiling, Rin simply holds a thumb out, before pointing it down. Another man wielding an axe, swings it down and liberates Endevour's head from his body. Cleaning up the mess, with a blast of fire, Rin laughs at what was once the man that forsook her, now nothing but a charred husk.
The Throne Room starts shaking violently all of a sudden, and all the guards are rushing out of the room. In the middle of the room, a blue portal opens up and Sebastain Taylor steps out, grabbing a passing guard and stealing his Ki, before throwing him away. "So," he starts, pointing at Rin, "You're the one who took over my home in my absence... I'll have to fix this mistake myself." Rin stood up tall, appearance regal and serene as she stares coldly at this intruder, "You never should have come here."
FIGHT!
Rin jumps forward first, blasting a wave of flames over Sebastain, who opens his own hands to swat them away and starts pelting the Todoroki heir with fireballs. Rin rushes forward, Shock Absorbtion and Super Regeneration kicking in to protect her from most of the harm that might have come. pulling her fist back, she lashes out with a straight right that land right on the temple of Sebastian, knocking him into a concrete pillar. Rin's right-hand glows blue and she throws a glacier at the stuck Taylor, who is frozen from head to toe.
Todoroki walks away from the new statue, when the ice starts to rumble. In an instant, Sebastain bursts out of the glacier, sending shards flying everywhere. A few impale Rin, but her Super Regeneration takes care of that. She grits her teeth, and One for All flows through her body. Sebastain opens his mouth to talk, but Rin's fist finds its place there instead. Taylor is sent careening into the huge iron door on the other end of the room, and as Rin rockets towards him, he dives out of the way. Rin's outstretched leg impacts the door hard and knocks it right off of its hinges. Flipping off the point of impact, Rin is caught off guard by a now flying Sebastain, who drives his shoulder into her midsection and takes off, carrying her along with him. He goes through building after building with Rin in his grasp, but Rin isn't done yet and her left-hand bashes Taylor in the back and he's sent to the ground hard enough to cause a crater.
Sebastian isn't out yet, and he blasts sunlight into the base of the building behind Rin, sending it careening her way. Her eyes widen, and she holds out both hands. "Shatter!" she screams and the whole building is encased in ice, and then breaks just as fast. Rin lands beside Sebastain who's already standing up, ready for round two, "What the hell is your quirk?" Rin rushes at Sebastain and places her hand on his forehead, ready to feel the ever-present tug of a quirk leaving its original owner to come to her... but she instead feels a forehead.
"Uh, what are you doing?" Taylor asks, genuinely taken aback. Rin narrows her eyes in frustration and confusion, "This usually works!" Sebastian's eyes go wide as if understanding what she's saying and places his hand on her forehead. His hand starts glowing, and Rin can feel her very life being stripped away, and she reacts quickly. The hand that was on his forehead heats up and blasts him backwards in a huge torrent of flames. Rin falls to a knee, and checks to make sure all her quirks were intact. After ensuring that yes, she was fine, she rushes to the newly made split in the woods behind the city. "What did you just try to do?!" Rin demands. Sebastain merely smirks and holds his hands out.
"This."
Rivers of green energy leave every tree in the woods. Green leaves turn a wilting brown and start shriveling up, wildlife is rushing away as fast as possible, but they can't run far as they too get their souls snatches. Every wisp of green in the woods gathers into Sebastain Taylor, who opens his now glowing green eyes. He has an aura of power now surrounding him, and his hair is floating up, as if gravity was lost in that one specific area.
Rin is unimpressed. "So what? I can do that too!" Her hand glows a menacing crimson and fire streams from her hands and levels the woods and all of its inhabitants. Fire is burning everywhere, consuming everything. The city is engulfed in flames and the woods is now nothing but a pile of smoldering ash. Rainclouds gather overhead, lighting striking everywhere.
In the sky, Sebastian can be seen. His fists are coated with Ki, and he shoots down at blazing speed. His fist impacts Rin's chest and now Rin is falling into a deep, dark void. There's no sound, no sight. She's surrounded by nothing but an inky blackness on all sides. She lights her fire to see, but it shows nothing. Sebastian's voice echoes around the pit. "Poor little Rin. I know daddy issues when I see them, and you've got them bad."
"Shut up..."
"Let me guess. Always second best? Never even given the time of day? Am I hot or cold?"
"Shut up!"
"Nobody liked you. Not your dad, not your brother. you weren't even first in the heart of your girlfriend. I wonder how she felt, being betrayed by the one she loves."
A light can finally be seen, and Satsuki Bakugo is standing there, blood pouring from her mouth as she spoke. 'Rin... i though you loved me? how could you?" The light fades and is replaced by Endevour, "You'll never be as good as your brother." Then Shoto, "You're a monster!" The voices keep echoing off the walls, overlapping each other and replaying again and again. Sebastian finally shows up, standing over Rin who has hunched over, hand covering her ears. "Always second best..."
"I SAID SHUT UP!" Rin bounces up with a crazed look in her eyes, hands pulled back, "Dual Dragon!" A ball of fire engulfs Sebastian, shards of ice repeatedly impaling his stomach, chest, and head. As the fire fades, Sebastain's face morphs into a young, very pregnant Rei Todoroki.
The inky void that surrounded her now disappears, as does the body. Fire still surrounds her as she stands in the middle of what used to be a beautiful park, now razed to the ground. Sebastian was in front of her, gazing at Rin with a look of pity. "What," Rin pants, voice hoarse, "did you do?" Sebastian sigh, and simply states, "I killed you. You just haven't realized yet." Rin feels fury flowing through her veins. She summons her quirks, all of them, an lunges t-
A stiff breeze blows through the air, bowing Sebastians hair past his face. he can hear kids laughing and playing in the park. The green wood's proving a veritable jungle gym for them to play with. Towers stand tall in the city, and if you listen closely, you can hear the sound of traffic. Sebastian takes a deep breath, enjoying the smell of nature, and lets it out. He decides to go and enjoy this perfect day, one that hasn't been impacted by a crazed monarch, and never will.

What the fuck just happened?
Rin would be a terrifying foe for anyone else, but Sebastian had everything needed to put down the Mad Queen.
Rin was strong, with both All for One and One for All on her side.
To determine Rin's maximum output, we multiplied All Might's strongest feat against itself to match the supposed strength of All for One. Using that equation, Rin's maximum output is just under 96,000 Gigatons of TNT.
That's awesome! But 'Bastians got that beat. You remember that time he punched away half the Pacific Ocean? A cubic mile of water is around 9.2 trillion tons, so taking that information, we can clock in Sebastian's output at around 1,700 Zettatons on TNT! Over a million times stronger than Rin!
Not to mention at any point, Sebastian could just travel back in time and kill Rin then. His arsenal was also way more diverse than Rin's so it's not likely she had anything that he couldn't counter.

So, I've decided I'm going to try and upload every Tuesday. College is hard though, so I might miss a day or two sometimes.
This battle... was a stomp. I'm not going to deny it. My original plan saw Sebastian fighting Lilith, actually. If any of you still want to see that fight let me know. But yeah, Rin got bodied. That's going to be unavoidable so just keep that in mind. Overpowered in that universe doesn't mean overpowered in every universe. These things are going to happen, I just tried to make it as entertaining as possible.
