Hello Angel. Hello Demon
Which is the angel?
Which is the demon?
When the devil comes a knockin, there's no point in talkin

Humans are poison that kills within seconds.
May not be all, but look at the facts
Being yourself may not get you many places but hell be damned if demons are actually the good guys and humans are the villains.

Who is seen as a hero?
Who is seen as the villain?
Not everyone is alike so let peace reign while it still can for noone is the same as we walk our journeys.
Not one being can know their destiny before its to late.

What counts as normal these days? I speak fluent Neki and observe like Hide for tension in the air. ...reader\writer that keeps to themself, had school friends, now feels at peace when alone and away from people, horrible conversation skills, prefers peace and silence over chatting...That doesnt sound normal at all meep More writer than talker or so I have to gamble with

"Human meat around the bubbly blonde...thats not a good sign." says Touka.

CCG headquarters...

"Can you tell us how long we are staying here?" wonders Hide.

"Nagachika, you are here as an enemy not a worker. Let me chat with the anomaly." says Arima.

"We cant prove or disprove if we cant have a room to ourselves." says Hide.

"You want to be the first to die dont you Nagachika?" wonders Arima.

Ken2 was huddled on the prison bed shifting his eyes between the echoing voices of Hide and Arima. His mind started wandering to how the white head told him about his life. Was the adult white head gonna do that to them? The white head already went through it once so there was that to freak over.

'I'll think about proper living situations for you boys. Seems the Arima of the white head's memories had plans but I'm not sure what. Would he kill the anomaly or let him live on with the grief of his wrong doings? Which sounds more like a me things to do in this situation?' says Arima leaving the white head's cell, passing Ken2's, glaring at Hide upon passing and ignoring Cain.

'Are your eyes healed yet?' wonders Hide worriedly.

'What would the obvious be?' wonders Ken 1.

'I can't look at you like this.' says Hide latching onto the bars.

'It's not like I can squeeze my kagune out to prove I'm fine chatterbox.' says Ken 1.

"So we are safe for the time being?" squeaks Ken 2 relaxing a bit upon taking a deep breath.

'...'

'...'

"Yes or no?" wonders Ken 2.

'Neither.' says Hide.

'He's gonna want to keep an eye on us both. Which? Dunno. I don't have the answers with how the doves saw me as a creature more than a human.' says Ken 1.

"So only time will tell." says Ken 2 sighing.

'There are a few ways to go about this. Arima keeping my boyfriend with him, Arima keeping my long time best friend with him, or Arima keeping both of you.' says Hide.

'Either I stay with you or you get other me. That's to much a bargain. And if he chooses to keep both by his side...Hide will be lonely again.' says Ken 1.

'We just have to cross our fingers and wait.' says Hide.

Saiko's room...

"Are you on the ghoul's side or human side?" wonders Mutsuki.

"She's supposed to be helping the humans not become friends with ghouls." says Urie displeased.

"I'm asking her that now Urie." says Mutsuki looking at Urie.

"Well?" wonders Urie glaring at Saiko.

"Barista Ken isn't the killer type, white haired Ken can't help what he's become..." says Saiko focusing on Mutsuki more than Urie.

"The white head is the barista's twin, kinda obvious that they'd get taken in. But why would the rookie paper boy side with ghouls?" says Urie.

"Barista Ken and white haired anomaly are one in the same as if mirror worlds clashed. Hide is their childhood friend and he'd do anything to stay by their side." says Saiko.

"They act like ghouls yet look like quinx. That's an oddity I cant fathom." says Mutsuki.

"Well, get used to it. Hide became what the white head wanted to prevent and now they are in cells when they technically did nothing wrong." says Saiko.

"Now you are speaking for the enemy?!" wonders Urie.

"Chillax. Amon brought barista Ken here from ward 4 when driving around for Hideyoshi. Luck behold white head and Hide were there too." says Saiko.

"Yet they fled the scene forcing Shinohara and Juuzou to bring them into custody." says Urie.

"What if ghouls are trying to live their lives how they see fit?" wonders Saiko.

"This world isnt all that peaceful and if you are aiming for harmony, gaining a ghoul friend isnt very keen." says Urie.

"The twins are Hide's childhood friends so of course he would take their side. Barista Ken showed no signs of wanting to kill, white head was in killer form yet focused on Hide's safety, then Hide ended up in white head's shoes while trying to normalize friendship he lost for some time." says Saiko.

"Friendship is dead weight." says Urie.

"Hide finally has his friends back and this is the result handed to him. If they let white head and Hide live together, they'll be..." says Saiko mind wandering between gaming logic and reality.

"They have to live here instead of a get out free card. We are not to set foot near them. If Hide hadn't met the twins, he wouldn't be in this mess." says Urie.

"Bite your tongue." says Saiko.

"Having a living quarters here would lead to them becoming one of us and I won't have that." says Urie.

"In game terms, destiny has ways of forming bonds without the person's knowing. Hide has a gift of forming friends yet chose only the Kanekis. Aside from Ginshi and myself on occasion." says Saiko.

"A ghoul killer friends with a ghoul is sickening." says Urie.

Amon, Akira and Takizawa...

"I should be in the cells too. I was the one who absentmindedly agreed to Hide's eagerness." says Amon gathering papers for the underling that wont be coming inside.

"You aren't at fault Amon. Hide did this to himself and if he chose the ghoul life, he chose to die as a ghoul." says Akira.

"You guys know Hide more than I do. If Hide is kind to the twins, would that mean his time here was a ploy? He gained his friends back leaving behind his only job." says Takizawa worriedly.

"Excitement gets the better of people." says Akira.

"TO much excitement for my eyes to see. One slight tip of the scale flipping the tide and Hide digs his own grave." says Amon.

"What do you think Arima plans for the boys?" wonders Takizawa frowning.

"He has been spending alot of time chatting with the white head. He must like the fact a ghoul could be seen as his son." says Akira.

"A ghoul as Arima's son!?" wonders Takizawa.

"You saw Arima infront of the twins and Hide. You cant deny the possible resemblance." says Akira.

"If Hide dies, who will be our new underling?" wonders Amon.

"Not a clue." says Takizawa.

"Hide did his duties without backtalking while snooping around. Once he got what he wanted, no point in returning." says Akira.

"Monitoring and escaping duties are different yet Hide makes monitoring seem like an escape." says Amon.
