Gawr Gura & Murasaki Shion

Gura wake up and find out that her face is being underwater, someone ties shark girl's leg and drop her in the sea like how sailor washes their clothes in the past.

She quickly bites the rope off and climbing back on the cabin cruiser that still moving in the middle of ocean. Murasaki Shion who switch back to her magician costumes is

sunbathing on its deck, sipping orange juice and read some book.

" Why do you throw me there!" Gura demanded.

Shion lowers her book. " I think your power will be back sooner if you are being connect by the sea.

So, I made you keep in touch with it"

"My clothes are all torn up." Gura complained so Shion throws great white shark hoodie in her face.

"Wear it. No need to be shy there is only two of us on this boat." She said, turning her attention toward book again.

" Why are we here? And how?" Gura questioned.

" Subaru send her personal plane to take us to America.

Then I borrow one of her boat to make our journey being more private.

You know full well that this place isn't good for traveling.

Feel lucky that you are still alive, you just sleep for the entire flight. There is a time when we thought you will never awake."

"Then we wait?" Gura asks. That sound boring, not that she minds after what recently happened.

"Until the storm come, that mean we are reaching the entrance to holy land. Then I will use my portal magic and bring us there." Shion explained.

" Fair enough!" Gura sit down on the floor and open boat's fridge. Satisfied her thirst with mineral water inside.

" Have you talk with Subaru?" She asks, not wanting to stay silent yet.

"Not much. But we always talking on the letter." Shion looks away, but Gura understand her.

When civilizations reach a certain points, aging won't be a problem any more Atlantean and magician are one of them, but human aren't on that level yet.

It must be awkward to talk with your friend descendant who already look older than you and one they will join the cycle of life and death while you remain… The same.

" So, you defeat those soldier?" Gura asks, she didn't look at Shion fight that much since Gura can barely hold her own against that bloody robot.

" I kill them. That's different." Shion said, still reading her book.

" It's the same for me." Gura snorted.

"They will not bother us anymore, that's one thing. And their family will start hunting us as soon as their knows. So, it's different."

" If you say so." Gura laying on the ship deck when she realized that the cloud suddenly gathered around them and rain dropping like a machine gun over her face.

" Good bye. Mr. sun." She said sarcastically.

" We already reaching the area. Watch out! The storm might be hard enough to sinks our boat." Shion warned.

" Well at least there is no… What the hell is that!" Gura yelled as she saw a horrifying face staring at her from under the wave.

It's having a big mouth that fill with long sharp teeth and black eyes that as big as her fist.

"What is it?" When Shion rush in, there is nothing there, except from the hard wave that seem to follow the storm anywhere.

" Must be my imagination, but it's look- Behind you!" Gura quickly push Shion aside as the green monster suddenly jump at her and trying to bite Gura's head off, it's body

reeking with fishy smell and rotten flesh coming from its mouth.

Gura grab its neck and snap, broken the thing's spinal cord and die in a few seconds.

" The hell is this!" She questioned.

" A deep one. Those who have the same ancestor as Atlantean but evolves in the deep water, under the trench or something like that.

Losing all it sentient and using only instincts to obtain food, most of the time they will live in deep water and come back at night to find more food near the surface.

But during a stormy time like this, they probably can get to the surface too." Shion explains.

" How can you know all that!" Gura yelled to be heard over storm.

"I read the book! And you should too, since you seem to know nothing about your own people." Shion use her telepathic powers to speak instead of shouting.

" Then wha-" Gura asks but Shion suddenly shoot her fire ball magic, blowing the deep one that try to sneak upon them behind their back.

"Stay sharp! This water probably filled with them."

Three monster suddenly jumping from the wave, but Gura drop kick one of them and Shion use her wind magic to push them down too.

The deep one still won't give up, they quickly jump back like a flying fish on deck, but hundred times bigger.

" Any idea? Gura pick up her broken trident and beat one monster to death with it, while Shion using her lightning magic to electric shock the rest of them.

However, there are so much more to come, and they cannot kill them all.

One monster bite Gura 's arm so she bite it's neck with her own teeth and tear it head off, headless monster fall down and being drag to be eaten by its own kind.

Shion enchanting her arm and leg then punching and kicking those monsters away, however there are simply too much of them.

One down and ten more will coming, their boat start slowly sinking by the weight of these monsters.

Shion creating her fire ball and shooting at one monster, surprised when it wriggling body didn't get any attention from other hungry beasts.

Then she realized something. "Light! They hate light!" She yelled.

" I forget my LED light pole at the shore. What a bad luck!" Gura said, deadpan as she pick up and oar from the cabin and throw it at the swarm of beasts , pierce through

four of them at the same time.

Shion chants her light magic spell and use it, creating a bright light that similar to flash grenade in a few seconds, making monsters running away before coming back after

the light dies.

However, their ship starts capsizing by the amount of weigh being throw down at it.

In a few second, they will be under this dark water and thousands of beast that gathering around them.

" Can you use light magic underwater?" Gura asks.

" Yes! Why?" Shion questioned back.

"Because of this!" Gura wrapping her arm around Shion waist and then jump as far from the ship as possible, with her broken trident in both hands.

Before the swarm of beast will swallows them whole.

" Just tell me first! " Shion cries as their body hit the waters.

But there is no time for that, Gura quickly swimming downward as the thousands of beasts follows them like angry bee.

Shion using her light magic, creating underwater fireworks that sending those beasts away…For a while.

"Find the entrances! It's probably at the sea floor." Shion yelled. Seeing that Gura start panicking and swim in full circle.

"Which way?" Gura asks. She only sees the deep one's black eyes and sharp teeth that circling around them.

Shion quickly shoots her light magic toward one direction, sending these monster scatters away.

" That way ! Go! Go!"She clapped Gura's back as shark girl quickly swimming, follows the light.

In the dim light, they are reaching the ruined, some are a statue of an ancient god from the beginning of times. There are the white snake that bigger than train whose eating

its own tail, a mixing of dog and loaf, giant owl with no face that seems to making from mechanical elements, a spider with human head and much more.

The most completes statue seemed to build by mixing of dead coral and sponge, growing some crinoid to mimic the leaf. It is a giant figure of deer with multiple heads, antler

or branch appeared around its haunting face, while what looks suspiciously like a human arm growing from its long neck like a centipede leg.

Even its four feet seemed to be different from each other. One is the fish fin, another is a bird wing, the last two seemed to be a mixing of hooves and tiger paw.

The characters that show on its face has been destroyed but the remaining can be read as C. F.

Gura and Shion swims past these unholy things until they finally found something that look like a big, closed door. Shion creates a big shining ball that floating slowly above

their heads, drives the deep one away.

" I will use the portal magic! Cover me if the light is gone before I am done." Shion shouts, forgetting that she could just use telepathic to communicate underwater.

" Roger!" Gura answer, using her third ocean waves attack to creates a water shield around herself and Shion.

The light starting to die down, swarm of monster quickly attack them but still unable to break the water walls yet.

" Done now?" She yelled at magician.

" A little bit more!" Shion yelled back, closing her eyes to get a better concentration.

Water shield starting to crack as more and more monsters keep clawing on them.

"Done!" Shion yelled at the same time as the water shield break apart. Thousands of deep one swimming at them with an incredible speed.

Gura biting her broken trident with her mouth and drag Shion arms to the portal that open in front of them.

They travel through space and time with super speed. Gura think this must be what human feel like when they play roller coaster.

She going to asks Shion if that is the case when she realizes that something has follow them to.

A deep one who move with an incredible speed crashing Gura away as it is holding Shion in its grip, she trying to reach at the monster but then all of them is falling from the

sky, into the blue water that appear below them.

Holy Land : Atlantean Homeland

Gawr Gura

A shock from the falling stunting Gura for a while, but she quickly regains her consciousness when she remembers picture of the beast that carries Shion in its arm.

She quickly looks around, water seem to be normal as her home on earth but the fish look a little bit weird, not too alien but enough to make Gura feel uncomfortable in this

strange planet.

Suddenly Gura saw a similar movement. It's Shion unconscious's body, she is being drag away by the deep one that following them. It didn't start eating her yet because the

sea is too bright for it to properly see so the monster decide to drag it meal deep down toward its comfortable zone.

" No!" Gura yelled, she quickly swimming toward them, but the beast is so fast and Gura is too tired to keep up with it, Shion body starting to disappear in the dark water.

Something enormous coming from the deep and snatch the deep one in its mouth, the monster trying to fight back but being eaten in a few gulps.

Gura stare in disbelief. She knows this creature from the movie theater. It is mosasaur, something that should be extinct long ago, not roaming around in this alien planet.

But Gura has other things to worry about. The marine reptiles start circling around Shion's sinking body. It's seemed to not satisfied yet and want some more snack.

Gura using her ability to talk with sea animals but it is no use. Millions years of evolution make this thing unable to understand her word.

Mosasaur open it mouth and ready to eat magician when something, or someone throwing a spear, made by stick and the biggest shark teeth Gura every see at the mosasaur

nose, making it twist and swims away in and irritation.

Gura look around and see someone swimming at her. She is a silver hair girl with bright red eyes and wearing some sort of armor make by reptile scale.

For a moment Gura thought this is Sakamata Chloe, somehow knows their whereabouts and come to finish her job.

So, she tenses her body, ready for an attack. But as the girl get closer, Gura see the different, this girl has a long twin tail hair that almost reaching her hip, while Chloe

always cut her hair silver hair when it long enough to touch shoulder.

And the most different thing are eyes, this girl has no bloodthirsty or never-ending rage in her eyes, unlike Chloe.

" Let's go!" The girl said, gesture at the direction that water seemed to be shallower.

" We are not save here." Gura sees that the girl carries some kind of bag, made by vine and stick.

It's filled with mollusk, sea cucumbers and fishes. Look like this girl is gathering some food.

"But my friend!" Gura looks at Shion direction and surprise when seeing that some strange dolphin (She later asks ina by describing it, her friend guess that it must be

Dorudon. A species of extinct whale.) carrying her friend on its back and swimming toward them.

A new girl strokes it cheek and give the dolphin some small fishes before taking Shion from its back. Then they quickly swimming to the shallow water.

To Gura surprised, there actually a beach on the Atlantean planet, followed by thick forest that seems to cover the whole land behind the beach.

An animal noise that Gura never heard before seemed to filled the land. On the beach they saw pack of small dinosaur following their mother like a baby duck.

Giant sauropod biting the tree branches as they are walking pass it.

" Where the hell are we?" Shion who finally awake, asking. Gura thinks the same.

The girl answers. " This is Atlantean's holy land. A place where they collect any kind of animal DNA in case of needs, and what can make DNA fresher than cloning and let

them live freely, evolving."

"So, we are in some sort of Jurassic Park sh*t?" Gura asks.

The girl smiles. " I don't know what you are talking about, but our people did get DNA from everything they can lay their hands on.

It's also a proves that Atlantean has been here on earth longer than other species, even human."

"Nice history lesson, but who are you exactly?" Shion questioned, while Gura quickly hide behind her as the Tyrannosaurus Rex walking pass them, baby mammoth in its

mouth.

Silver hair girl smiles, throwing a rock at some deinonychus that keep following fish's blood from her bag.

" You might not know me, but if you are an Atlantean. You probably know my sister's name, she said she wanted to be the strongest warrior in the ocean. Her name is-"

"" Sakamata Chloe."" Gura and Shion said at the same time in monotone.

Chloe's sister surprised. " So you really knows her! What is her position now? Wait! When I actually look you are kind of look like king Girass, are you his daughter? I thought

you already dead! Everyone must go crazy by the news!" Word storming out of orca girl's mouth until Shion has to cut her off.

" Calm down first! I will tell you what we know. But what is everyone you just mention?"

When they are reaching the old building. Gura and Shion already knows that, since the sun has been so close long ago. This planet has more dry land than the earth itself,

so plant and animal start slowly conquered the land, this is the "Earth like" zone which is the safest place on this planet, the other land and water filled with monster from

different planet that no one want to go there.

Animal here has been thrown together without caring for environment or era.

So there is no surprised when they see Smilodon hunt down hadrosaur and groups of Utah raptor hunting wooly rhinoceros in the same plain.

Gura and Shion tells Chloe's sister about what happened in the Atlantis. And to their surprised, she believes them.

"My sister always looks after me. It must break her heart if she thinks I die, who knows what she will do?"

There is a dozen of Atlantean waits for them in the building that being create before this land turned into a wasted. All of them are woman, most are an adult while some are

reaching old age, which is really tell how long they has been here. Since Gura need 9000 years to reaching her teenager.

In vain hope, Gura looking for her mom." If you guys survive, my mum must be too. Where is she? Where is she!" Gura yelled at Chloe's sister who avoid meeting her eyes

and look at other surviving Atlantean instead.

" Listen. Gura. Your mother is… not with us anymore." Chloe's sister said at last.

" What? How?" Gura said in disbelief, before jumping the conclusions.

" It's Leviathan isn't it?" Gura whispered.

" My mother is only a human and she is too weak to run from it. Unlike you guys." She concluded.

" Well, it 's half right and half wrong. Let's-" Chloe's sister trying to change the subject but Gura grabbing her clothes.

" Where is the Leviathan! I need to talk with this beast that tormenting my family for generations.

I will ask what the hell it want and why won't it leave us f**king alone!"

" At the center of our land, there is a great waterfalls, it will lead you to the Leviathan's entrances"

Old Atlantean said, pointing her cane at the direction.

" Thanks." Gura said before running at that way, holding broken trident in her hand.

" Wait ! Gura!" Shion shouts after her but the shark girl who deaf by her rage won't stop running.

" Let her go, magician. Some time, only way people can learn is to face the problem by themselves." Old Atlantean smiles, her clothes being torn up, but Shion still see Great white shark symbol on it.

" Maybe. This will be the end of conflict between Gawr family and the great beast Leviathan after all."

Shion stays still, remembering the issues between her friend Minato Aqua and Tokino Sora.

Sometime, the only way to heal the wound seemed to be facing the demon in our mind.

" Let's go. I will show you her grave and tell everything I knows." Chloe's sister said, leading the way.

Gura follows the trail until she finds the great waterfall and It is beautiful. Blue water moving downward from the Clift that height more than hundred meters, pterosaurs

flying around and catch some fish in its mouth.

Gura steel herself, shark girl rage carries her this far. She has to go on and ending whatever conflict her family has with this beast.

Gura jump in the waterfall, sinking beneath the waves as she swims downstream. Follows the trail or whatever that can lead her to the great beast.

A bus size monster moving away from Gura as she swim pass it, but it face look harmless enough, so Gura decided it is not her target.

Finally, Gura reaching the end of her travel, it's seemed that she has go to the open sea by mistake, everything is wide and dark a load of broken vehicles coiling at the center

of long mountain range that seemed to appear out of nowhere in the empty sea floor, as if someone has arranged it there.

Gura saw a dim light at the center of broken debris, so she decided to swim there.

At the middle of the wasteland, a big throne stand still as if it is standing in some king's palace. Not under the sea with nobody to look after.

Gura thinks she saw someone sitting on the throne and confirm it when she was swimming nearby.

A big man with silver hair sitting there with his cruel eyes open.

Only a big hole on his chest tells Gura that he is not alive anymore.

His face reminds Gura of her father.

" Gawr Gorgo. Emperor of the deep." Gura muttering to herself as she is walking toward the throne. Is Gorgo keeps secret behind his power at the throne? Or inside his body?

Either way Gura has to touch both. Eww!

Before Gura could reach her broken trident at the throne ( No way she will touching that with bare hands.) the whole sea suddenly shook and shark girl wonder if an

earthquake suddenly happened when she saw the whole mountain range floating, something is coming out of them.

No, the whole mountain is the thing itself, Gura saw an enormous claw coming out of mountains, and there seems to be no end of how long this thing actually are, as if it is

the whole sea itself.

This must be Leviathan. There is no other explanation, the great beast that could destroy the whole planet is rising in front of her.

Gura didn't saw it face in the dark water, but she saw pair of glowing thing that she genuinely hope it is not an eyes because it seemed to bigger than truck even if is very far

away from her.

'Who's here to disturb my sleep?' A voice suddenly appears in Gura head, it is similar with Shion telepathic magic but much louder.

Gura feel like her brain is trembling just by hearing what this thing said.

'Another worthless trash who want to prove themselves? Or a fool who want to take Gawr Gorgo? You are dead meat either way.'

The voice coming in her head again, enough is enough. She won't stand still and let this unholy thing talking about her family, or how worthless she is. Gura is sick of all that.

Shark girl swimming with high speed, her eyes glowing red light as she starts using fourth wave attack. A giant shark creating by waves appear behind her… and gone as Gura

being slapped like a mosquito by the beast's claws that bigger than two story houses.

Gura clashing with the ground, hard enough to chattered it despite being underwater.

'Are you challenging me? A half breed who unable to decide she should fight for land and sea. A coward who running away from her duty and leaves anyone else to suffer?'

A voice coming again, it's seem to pouring in her mind like a water going inside the sponge.

Gura screaming in rage and shoots water bullet nonstop as she swims at the beast, the target is so big that Gura didn't even need to aim, it didn't have any effect anyways.

Something big, a tail she thinks. Block Gura vision as it is hitting her, a pain is so much that it making Gura black out.

When she opens her eyes again something dark looming over her body and Gura might as well stare at the darkness as the monster open its behemoth mouth, ready to

consume her body in one gulp.

"Yametegudastop!" Gura shouts by her instinct.

The beast stops. 'You can talk with me? Even though I don't know what the f**k are you try to say, despite my knowledge of 848 languages' It's demanded

"It is a W.E.E.B. language or you can call it language of God.

Because no mortal could understand it.

But the point is I am surprised too, that we can understand each other!" Gura start saying nonsense by her panick.

'When I about it. Your face is similar with both of my only two friends. Who are you exactly?' Leviathan asks.

Gura tilt her head "What?"
