Michelle Jones said she knew who Peter is and used to be his girlfriend.
Ned Leeds was nowhere to be found but came anyway a second later after Michelle said those things to them except for him.
Michelle Jones said goodbye to them and told Peter that this will be the last time she knew him as Peter Parker.
He must leave.
Meanwhile Ned Leeds was quite certain he was abandoned by his best friend.

That night, Spider-Man flew with Mary Jane Watson on his back.
They are stopped by Happy Hogan that snowy night.
He wants Spider-Man to sign up for S.H.E.I.L.D. and the Avengers.
"Nice flight you two, now it's time for fighting because Iron Man needs you both help" Happy said.
"Ok" Spider-Man said.
Meanwhile Peter (Andrew Garfield) is taking Christina to the Chinese Dim Sum restaurant the next morning.
