Ash was walking and climbing in the cave which looked beautiful and was littered with Team Rocket elite members. He would just battle them and then have Espeon throw them outside or if they came to kill hi, he would kill them. As Ash walked in the cave which felt cool, he soon reached an open area with a cliff and a Team Rocket member there who ran at him. Ash then jumped and then he was about to fall but he stood and released his Raticate.
"Espeon, Power Gem!"
Espeon then used Power Gem and hit Raticate with the beam which made Raticate to lose health rapidly and then faint. The Team Rocket member then tried to run up but Espeon used Psychic and then pushed the man to be in the open area. The man then jumped at Ash and Ash used his gun and shot him in his head, killing him.
Ash and Espeon continued to walk upwards and then reached a cave. Ash and Espeon then entered the cave and Ash was making quick work of the teams of the elite Team Rocket guards and then he was killing them when they jumped to kill him, made Espeon to bring them to him when they were running away to Giovanni or the cave exit and then he saw and killed them and Ash continued to walk.
Ash saw Alyssa standing in the way for him to reach Giovanni. Ash was ready to deal with Alyssa for how she broke his trust and made him to be a Team Rocket member. Ash was still ready to leave Alyssa if she apologises to him to go away without charges.
"Alyssa, I am going to put an end to Team Rocket and you and Giovanni are the only two members left in Team Rocket. Will you leave Team Rocket? If you leave Team Rocket, I will take no action against you but I will still go and put an end to Giovanni's schemes." Ash said.
"My answer is no, even if I love you, as I support Giovanni." Alyssa said.
"You leave me no choice, even if you said yes, I will not trust you." Ash said.
"I know, I broke your trust. You really are a gullible person." Alyssa said.
"I ask you again, say yes, and you will be tracked by the G-Men, say no, and this will be your end. Team Rocket will never rise again." Ash said.
"Yes is the same as no to me right now, so no!" Alyssa smiled and said and Alyssa took her blades. Ash then took his blades.
Alyssa swung her blade to Ash's neck and Ash bent away. Ash saw her aim for his body and then he jumped back. Alyssa then jumped and Ash went and was about to hit her hand with the knife and then looked at her.
"Then this is the end." Ash pushed the blade in Alyssa's chest which hit her heart. Ash watched as Alyssa's eyes lost life.

Ash was at the top of Mount Silver. In front of him stood the only member of Team Rocket, Giovanni. Ash felt that he was alone and approached Giovanni, vengeance in his mind. Giovanni looked at him and then laughed at him hard while Ash walked.
"You wanted to be a Pokemon Master and you became the best tool of Team Rocket. Meanwhile, the girl, Misty will be what you wished for, all because of us kidnapping you! Hahaha!" Giovanni said.
"It was Misty's dream to be a Water Pokemon Master. Becoming a Pokemon Master also implies being a Water Pokemon Master. I am happy for her despite me not becoming a Pokemon Master. Meanwhile, you will feel the sad effects of not allowing me to take part in my dream. You ruined my life by forcing me to be with you. Misty is going to put a stop to evil cults. Meanwhile, my only dream right now is putting an end to you." Ash said.
"I had my dream take place and Team Rocket dominated the world due to you and Alyssa. Misty destroyed my dreams which is bad but since I was able to experience my dream for a little while, I am happy and satisfied. Meanwhile, you will never get to experience your dream." Giovanni said.
"You changed my aspirations, now I just want to put an end to Team Rocket." Ash said.
"Let us have a real hardcore fight, just trading blows with our hands. Who wins will lead the world." Giovanni said.
"Right, let's fight!"
Ash and Giovanni traded blows, Ash hit Giovanni's cheek making him wheez out and Giovanni punched Ash's chin, giving him pain despite being old. Ash then punched Giovanni in the chest and then pined him in the ground with his legs. Ash continued to give blows to his cheekd and chests.
"I am going to bring an end to you!" Ash said.
Ash then saw Giovanni look in true horor, which made him to smile as Ash took his knives and stabbed his chest. Ash then took Giovanni who was saying his last words.
"I have lived, prospered, and this is my end. Goodbye, world!"
Ash then threw Giovanni off the mountain cliff while Misty and Mewtwo who have come to see him saw Giovanni being killed by the knife and being thrown off the mountain cliff. Mewtwo then went to pursue Giovanni's body to make sure he is really dead. As for Ash and Misty, they had an alone time.
"Ash, you brought an end to two of your loves, Domino and Alyssa, but I still love you." Misty said.
"I love that you have been incharge and killed a lof of the thugs by you fighting a war to liberate the Pokemon world from evil." Ash said.
Misty then went and kissed Ash on his lips and Ash placed his hand on the waist of the Kanto-Johto Champion, Misty and pulled her deep while Misty put her hands around the Team Rocket destroyer, Ash's shoulder's. Ash's and Misty's mouths opened and their tongues touched and then they continued to kiss for some time. Ash and Misty then parted.
"I love you, Kanto-Johto Champion, Misty!" Ash said.
"I love you, Team Rocket destroyer, Ash!" Misty said.
"Let us sit and watch the beauty of the mountain." Ash said and they saw Mewtwo appeared. Misty then returned Mewtwo to the Pokeball. Ash and Misty looked at the mountain which was cool and enjoyed the view of the mountain. Ash and Misty then saw Paul and Dawn walk and come to the top of the mountain.
"So the Legendary spammer and the thug are in love." Paul said and Ash and Misty smiled.
"I only have Mewtwo and Suicune. I caught Suicune due to the strength of my team." Misty said and Paul coughed.
"Mewtwo just joined your team due to a speech. Using Mewtwo, you got the rest of your team trained to be Champion level." Paul said.
"It is not my fault that I used the easiest method so that Ash would come to me and Team Rocket would be destroyed." Misty said.
"You are just salty that nothing gives you the strength that Misty has." Ash smiled and said.
"Ash, remember, you are not as strong as Misty in a battle." Dawn said.
"You are the weakest here." Ash said.
"Ash, let's see who is the weak one as my team has endured battles and become stronger." Dawn said.
"Well, my team has been with me to defeat thugs, so let's see who is stronger." Ash said. Ash and Dawn then walked and then took opposite sides of the field.
"Piplup, go!" Dawn said.
"A first stage, alright, Rowlet, go!" Ash said.
"Ice Beam!" Dawn said.
"Razor Leaf!" Ash said.
Piplup used Ice Beam and Razor Leaf was breaking the Ice Beam attack to split it to flow in multiple directions. Dawn realized that Ash was good in strategy.
"Whirlpool!"
Piplup used Whirlpool and Rowlet was sucked into the Whirlpool and was losing health. Ash then saw that Dawn was also good despite being a Pokemon Coordinator. Maybe due to Pokemon Contests having battles. Ash needed a strategy to stop the battle.
"Seed Bomb!"
Rowlet used Seed Bomb and then stopped the Whirlpool and flew away rapidly.
"Ice Beam!"
Piplup used Ice Beam and was hitting Rowlet while Rowlet was using Seed Bomb on Piplup and Piplup soon lost health while Rowlet also lost health but Rowlet had more endurance and Piplup then fainted.
"Amazing, Rowlet!"
Rowlet then did a happy fly and then Ash returned Rowlet to the Pokeball.
"Thanks, Piplup!"
Piplup then smiled on hearing that. Dawn then returned Piplup to the Pokeball.
"Ash, it was nice to battle you." Dawn said.
"You were also good in battles." Ash said.
"Misty, what is the status of all the Team Rocket members?" Paul asked.
"Ash, did you manage to exterminate them all as I exterminated those whom I came across." Misty said.
"Yes, I killed all the Team Rocket members except for the ones I threw away who would have been killed by you." Ash said.
"Fine, you pair of killers. You managed to have all of Team Rocket killed, and even their relatives were affected by the mass killing." Paul said.
"We cannot have a relative come up with vengeance against us." Misty said.
"Misty, that is very cold." Dawn said.
"Yes, it is but we gave as much mercy necessary without letting the mercy being a bane." Misty said.
"I suppose that is not much." Dawn said.
"Well, it is barely any. I think I gave no mercy to them and their supporters." Misty said.
"Ok, you two are a pair of killers." Dawn said and Ash and Misty laughed.
"I prefer my partner to be a killer as then we both will share the guilt. I would not like a pure partner for an impure man like me." Ash said.
"I guess that is why you showed almost no interest in me before even though you liked me." Misty said.
"Yes, that is why I did not show much love to you. You showed no mercy as the Champion and the leader of Kanto-Johto and ruler of Hoenn, and Sinnoh along with Alola. I love that in my partner." Ash said.
"Ash, I will support you if you want to be a Pokemon Master." Misty said.
"I have no dreams of becoming one right now, I view that like a childish dream for me, but you will give hope to many others that such a dream is possible." Ash said.
"Ash, I managed to be the Top Coordinator in many contests." Dawn said.
"That is an excellent thing, Dawn!" Ash said.
"We will be leaving now, Ash and Misty." Paul said.
"Fine, Goodbye!" Misty said.
"Goodbye!" Ash said. Ash and Misty saw a helicopter fly and then Paul and Dawn went and boarded the helicopter. The helicopter then flew rapidly away.

Time passed and Kanto-Johto managed to annex the other regions. Misty was the Champion of Kanto-Johto, Hoenn, Alola, Unova, Kalos, and Paldea and ruled them. Ash was the Champion of Sinnoh and Leon was the Champion of Galar while control of Sinnoh and Galar was under Misty. The ceremony to crown the Pokemon Master was going to take place and Misty was happy for the ceremony. Misty was currently in front of the large crowd and next to her was Charles Goodshow.
"Misty, you have managed to do what was considered almost impossible, bring justice to all the regions. She is the Champion of many regions. We will officially give her the Pokemon Master title for bringing justice. Misty can speak now." Charles Goodshow said and the crowd cheered.
"I will first start by saying the fate of the ones who went against the Pokemon League. Cyrus went missing but the true fate is that he is gone from this world, Maxie and Archie are in jail for their crimes, Ghetsis and Giovanni were killed in battle, Lusamine and Rose in jail for their actions and the school system in Paldea which was responsible for the problem was abolished with the Pokemon League being extablished. I will accept the Pokemon Master title for my actions to bring justice to the world." Misty said and the crowd was cheering.
"Misty is one of a kind leader of the various regions for bringing justice. We will all remember Misty for her actions." Goodshow said.
"I did what is necessary to eradicate evil for a brief period of time and placed systems to stop any evil that could be unleashed." Misty said.
"Misty, what is the plan for aspiring Pokemon trainers?" Goodshow asked.
"They will compete and get badges, take part in the Pokemon League conference, one person wins and get the opportunity to challenge the Elite Four and Champion." Misty said.
In the VIP stands which was a room where there was an air conditioner, former Champions, Elite Four, and current Champions.
"Finally, the world is at peace. There is still martial law imposed so the authorities can take whatever actions needed to stop villianous teams forming." Lance said.
"So much blood has been poured, we hope that we can have peace for a sufficiently long time." Cynthia said.
"I agree, we are at the start of a long peace period. The G-Men will have a lack of work." Steven said.
"I am sure Misty will be a good leader." Ash said.
"That is what you would say about your partner." Leon said.
"By the way, what was the excuse Leon had for being a Champion?" Iris asked.
"Leon was forced by Rose to do as he said." Alder replied.
"It is amazing that Misty was able to become an Elite Four member, then Champion, and defeat all the villainous teams rapidly." Lance said.
"Mewtwo is the secret." Bruno said, remembering how Mewtwo swept his team which he trained for decades.
"Misty is the first trainer in a very long time to become a Pokemon Master." Drasna said.
"There was a Pokemon Master was Rei, from Sinnoh who was able to even meet Arceus. There were trainers of almost Pokemon Master caliber like the Dexholders who were the first to have Pokedexes, but it was Misty who delivered peace to the Pokemon world." Flint said.
"She is the most powerful trainer, no matter the way she became, she would easily sweep teams by now." Lucian said.
"I helped Misty to defeat Team Plasma after I realized what they were doing." N said.
"Could you tell more about what happened?" Wikstrom asked.
"Team Plasma won and they then controlled Unova and then Alola, Misty showed that Ghetsis was using me to control by proxy and so I and Misty managed to defeat Ghetsis and then I gave Unova and Alola officially to Misty as I saw that she was kind to Pokemons." N said.
"There is a surprise, Leon and Ash, come to the stage!" Goodshow said.
Leon and Ash soon left the VIP room and climbed down rapidly and then reached the stage.
"Both Leon and Ash have agreed to give their Champion titles to Misty for personal reasons." Ash and Leon nodded to what Goodshow said.
"That make Misty to be Champion of 9 regions." Goodshow said and the crowd cheered.
"I would have been fine with Ash and Leon having their titles but they felt guilty and gave their titles." Misty said.
"Yes, I became Champion while using Team Rocket tactics and I feel guilt and so I am giving the title even though my memories were changed." Ash said.
"I did not have the backbone to refuse Rose and so I felt that Misty should have the title." Leon said.

Ash and Misty were walking outside the stadium and saw many shops on the sides of the pavement which were selling things for the festivities. Ash and Misty continued to walk and saw many gym leaders whom they encountered in their travels. Ash and Misty saw Tracey, Brock, May, Max, and Dawn run to them.
"Ash, it is good to see that you are back." Brock said.
"Yes, I missed you, Brock!" Ash said.
"Ash, I have become Top Coordinator in many Grand Festivals." May said.
"That is amazing, May!" Ash said.
"Misty, I have become a trainer, I hope to become the Hoenn Champion, one day." Max said.
"It is nice to hear that you are ambitious." Misty said.
"Ash and Misty, Cerulean City is a nice place to be in." Dawn said.
"Yes, it indeed is a nice place." Misty said.
"Ash, it is nice to see that you have come back." Tracey said.
"Yes, I am happy to meet you." Ash said.
"This is a picture-worthy moment." Tracey said.
"Yes, it is a picture-worthy moment." Ash said.
May then gave her phone to a bystander who then took photos of them for some time, and then returned the phone. May then showed the pictures to the group who liked the pictures captured. May then sent the photos to the phones of the people in the group and Ash, Misty, Brock, Tracey, Max, and Dawn saw that they received the photos and were happy to receive the photos.

Ash and Misty were in the bedroom of Indigo Plateau, and they were drained from the festivities of Misty becoming a Pokemon Master. Ash was happy for Misty becoming a Pokemon Master and wanted to support her in being a Pokemon Master.
"You achieved my dream but that is fine for me." Ash said.
"Thank You! Your disappearing and memory change motivated me to go all out against the various teams and defeat them." Misty said.
"Misty, will you be with me despite what I have done to two o those who loved me?" Ash asked.
"Yes, I will be with you as you only did what was necessary and they proved to be bad." Misty said.
"Are you not scared that I could do that to you?" Ash asked.
"No, as I know that I would try to do the right thing and so I need not be scared." Misty said.
"I led you down the path to be a mass killer, Misty." Ash said as he was sad that Misty was a killer like him.
"Ash, I am prepared to do whatever is necessary to be with you and I do not regret what I did as they were scums. You need not feel sad." Misty replied.
"I feel a little sad on killing Domino and Alyssa, but I know that was the right thing to do." Ash said.
"Yes, you could feel a little sad as you loved them and they loved you, but they were bad and so needed to be killed. I also feel a little sad on hearing their death." Misty said.
"I agree with you, Misty." Ash said.
"This is my first day as a Pokemon Master and I enjoyed the day." Misty said.
"Yes, it is a nice day." Ash said.
"We will now sleep." Misty said.
"Yes, we both will sleep." Ash said. Ash and Misty then lay on the bed and then slept.
