I don't own 'learning with 'pibby' or 'pokemon'

Chapter 19

Pibby was able to pull herself out of her breakdown just to get thrown into a much worse one, the tropical sunny island that she had been on before was unrecognizable. If you were to look at it from a distance you would think that it was just a black volcanic island with nothing on it unless you looked closer, if you do look close you will see that the black substance is moving. If you were to stand on the island you wouldn't see tropical plants, joyful little towns or happy pokemon moving around like before. Now if you were to look at it it would look like a normal island that was spray painted black and had black static superimposed onto it.

It looked like a cartoon with bad internet. Even on a 3D object the corruption made the object look 2D. The corruption had no depth and just was.

Noone had checked but mele'mele island had lost contact with the other islands the previous day but they had just assumed it was a problem on their end. Then the corruption struck. Four strange pokemon covered in a black substance had wandered into town and at that moment a rampaging tyranitar was running down the street.

Noone even saw it happen but in a few seconds the tyranitar had stopped and was squirming round in pain. A black substance, the same as on the other four pokemon had made its way onto the tyranitar and had covered it in seconds. The tyranitars eyes were white now and black sludge started leaking out of its mouth. The black covered most of its body but still left no doubt that it once was a tyranitar. Feeling the new powers this body contained, it held exactly what the corruption needed to spread.

Readying up an attack the corrupted pokemon smacked its tail into the ground and corrupted spines of rock had sprung from the ground destroying a nearby house. The areas where the spikes had appeared had began to fix and turn into a corrupted sludge. Having something that controlled the very ground they stood on had allowed the corruption to spread itself into the island itself. It could now let its influence spread to everything on the island and it would only take a few hours instead of days to hunt all the creatures down.

The humans had decided that the blackness wasn't good and had fled to some ships at the port but that didn't matter now, they were in the same universe and a little water wasn't gonna stop it from getting to them, it just wanted to finish up here before it destroyed everything else.

In one day the whole island had been changed and anything that couldn't escape was transformed. Some of those weird creatures had fled with the humans. 'Humans, disgusting, they're the bacteria in most universes, they spread and make already disgusting universes worse, they are so common it's a wonder how they have survived in so many places but it's my job to clean these universes.' The corruption thought to itself. 'The only somewhat ok being I have ever met was that giant lizard, it was strong but with a bit of encouragement it joined me to destroy something much greater than a single universe.'
