Anyways here is the long awaited Tokyo Ghoul x Bioshock Infinite lemon draft. I choose Elizabeth Dewitt because her and Eto are pretty similar when you look up the tragedy that is their life. Anyhow, this is set in an alternate universe where a young Elizabeth opened a tear to Ishida Park in Tokyo. She met both Kaneki and Eto when they were young and became best friends with them. It takes place in a Tokyo Ghoul Root H universe. Not the same, but similar to your own. In this one
Eto doesn't find out that Kaneki is the ghoul that Dr. Kanou created until its too late and she didn't attend the meeting where Ayato brought Kaneki into the 11th ward headquarters so she didn't know that Jason tortured him. But the main difference is that Kaneki disobey's his mom's orders to not go back to Ishida Park. He keeps hanging out with Eto and Elizabeth until his mom ends up dying. Finding her dead traumatizes him severely and he ends up blaming himself for not obeying her, figuring that his disobedience caused her to have a heart attack from the high blood pressure induced stress of raising him while overworking herself.
Before he's able to say his goodbyes to Eto and Elizabeth, his aunt gains custody of him and she takes him to live with her in Osaka. Eto and Elizabeth keep meeting up at Ishida Park but after days of Kaneki not showing up they begin to worry. Trying their hardest they eventually find his old apartment address but when they knock on the door some old geezer tells them to scram, and that no Kaneki's live there. A neighbor tells them about the tragedy that was bestowed upon the previous tenants. Eto freaks out after hearing what happened and she desperately tries to track down the location of Kaneki but without his Aunt's name neither she or Elizabeth are able to find him.
Both Elizabeth and Eto are devastated by the loss of their only male friend and secret crush. They're only keepsake was a single photo of the three of them that Eto had taken with a camera that she stole from some rich tourist passing through the park. Eto eventually is able to make a copy of the photo to give to Elizabeth as time passes, Elizabeth never stops visiting Eto and as months turn to years the two become closer, turning their relationship into a romantic one. But sadly on the year of Elizabeth's fourteenth birthday, the Siphon that keeps her powers at bay is completed, effectively cutting off her ability to visit Eto's universe.
Elizabeth tried opening tears everyday but she could not go back to visit Eto. The devastation of losing her two most precious people leaves Elizabeth in depression. She tries to escape the reality of her situation by immersing herself in reading books. For years she stays locked up in her tower on Monument Island until the events of Bioshock Infinite take place.
After having to kill her father to stop further reality's with Comstock existing from taking place, Elizabeth is once again left in isolation. Without the Siphon capping off her powers Elizabeth opens a tear into Tokyo and lands in the last place she had been to before the Siphon was completed: Ishida Park.
Elizabeth looks around in nostalgia as the evening breeze blows through some of the Sakura trees . "Beautiful" Elizabeth says to herself before she starts to walk around to search for a newspaper stand. Having read books her whole life Elizabeth had a decent grasp on the Japanese language and hanging around Kaneki and Eto during her childhood years helped her practice it. Needless to say, now that she was twenty years old, her Japanese was very fluent.
So when she picked up a newspaper she saw the date was 06/30/14: "Six years have passed in this timeline as well. I guess our timelines were running parallel to each other." Elizabeth commented to herself. Looking through the newspaper she saw nothing of significance until she got to the last page which was the missing persons list and on it was: 'Ken Kaneki Age 19 missing since November 2013'.
Elizabeth was flabbergasted! The whole time she and Eto had searched high and low for Kaneki but they couldn't find him and here he was plastered on a missing person's list. At the edge of her fingertips but still so far out of her reach. With a sad sigh, Elizabeth cut out his picture from the newspaper and placed it in her locket where her most precious picture of them resided. 'I swear I'll find you Kaneki… I miss you. You were the only one who ever… You and Eto were my only friends." thought Elizabeth while continuing to walk along the sidewalk.
Soon the sunset and the moon rose. Elizabeth was making her way to Eto's old apartment. The one she bought after her first book went on sale. She hoped Eto still lived there. 'I wonder if she'll still remember me?' Elizabeth thought while also hoping that Eto didn't think that she had abandoned her. The construction of the Siphon was kept a secret from her, and she didn't know until it was actually completed but to Eto that might have seemed like abandonment.
Elizabeth finally got to the apartment building. She used the elevator to get to the top floor and from there she searched for the correct apartment number. With a nervous deep breath Elizabeth rang the doorbell. A drop of sweat rolled down Elizabeth's face as she heard footsteps approaching the door. "For the last time Shiono-san, I can't make it to tomorrow's book signing….." said Eto while rubbing her eyes to clear her sight, having just been woken up for the second time after trying to go to sleep.
"Hello Eto…" was the only thing that a nervous Elizabeth was able to say. Eto on the other hand kept rubbing her eyes just to make sure that she wasn't seeing something that wasn't there. To be honest she started to question whether she fell asleep and was dreaming this all up.
"Damn sleeping pills have me hallucinating…" Eto mumbled under her breath before looking at Elizabeth's face once more. "Let me go grab my glasses really quick, I need to know whether you're the person I think you are or I'm seeing things." Eto said before scurrying inside her apartment, incidentally leaving the door open for Elizabeth to see. The apartment looked a bit on the messier side with countless books and papers scattered around the floor. The sink was full of dirty dishes and her table was filled with half eaten ramen cups.
Before long, Eto returned with her glasses in one hand and the other hand wiping them down with a cleansing wipe. She slowly put them on before facing Elizabeth once again. For a moment that seemed like forever the two stared at each other. Eto blinked multiple times unable to comprehend the sight before her. The silence was making Elizabeth a little uncomfortable so she decided to break it: "Umm… May, I… May I please come in?"
Eto closed her eyes and took a deep breath to calm her mixed feelings at seeing her past girlfriend. "… Fine," Eto said with a slight edge to her voice.
Elizabeth put her guard up and tried to keep the hurt from showing on her face when she said, "Thank you," Eto closed the door behind Elizabeth a little harder than she meant to.
"I suppose that I should make you some tea, seeing as you're my guest and all." Eto stated in a brashly manner.
Elizabeth tried to break the tension by replying back, "Sure, I could go for a tea right about now, hey is that a new book?!" She asked, before grabbing Sen Takatsuki's latest book 'The Hanged Man's MacGuffin'.
"No actually, I'm still in the process of writing an outline for my newest work, but I guess since you haven't been here in SO long, then yeah all of my previous works are new to you."Eto said while turning on the stove to heat up some water for their tea.
Elizabeth sat down on one of Eto's couches and lightly skimmed through the first page of the book before replying "You know, I didn't plan on not seeing you again, it just happened. The moment I went home to keep my father from getting suspicious, I was hit with the worst migraine and then when I tried to open another tear I couldn't sustain it. It was as if my energy was being constantly drained out of me. The very same night my father confronted me and told me I wasn't ever allowed to leave again for fear of his lamb being led astray."
Eto's face slowly morphed from an angry look to a more neutral look. "Everyday for two years, I would go to our old hangout spot and wait for three hours hoping that you would show… but you never did…" Eto said with a slightly shaky voice.
"Oh Eto-" Elizabeth tried to convey her feelings of empathy but was cut off.
"-First I lost my Ken-kun… I didn't expect to lose you too…" A single tear flowed out of Eto's watery eyes, as she continued on explaining her feelings to the woman who she thought had abandoned her as well. "It hurt then, and it still stings now. To lose the only chance I had at happiness crushed any hope left in my heart. So I'm sorry if I'm not the same easy going person you once knew, Elizabeth," Eto stated right as the teapot signaled that the water was steaming hot with a loud whistle.
Eto turned around to get some clean mugs out of her cabinet, while Elizabeth nodded her head slowly; processing everything that the other woman had trauma-dumped onto her, before finally parting her soft and pink lips apart to speak. "I… I killed dozens of people to escape this place; a strange and very unreal place, that was called 'Columbia…' I even had to kill my own biological father… Just to make sure that no reality had to suffer the wrath of the floating city in the sky. It… It all sounds crazy, I know, but… I went through a lot too, you know." Eto listened to Elizabeth's rant while putting the tea bags in the mugs to soak. "Out of the infinite number of Elizabeth Dewitts, or should I say Anna Dewitts, I was the only one to meet you and Kaneki." Eto's eyebrows rose up upon hearing that remark. She couldn't help but voice out:
"What do you mean an 'infinite number of Elizabeths'? And who's 'Anna Dewitt'? I thought your last name was 'Comstock'?"
Elizabeth looked up at her and smiled sadly, "I'm so grateful to have gotten a chance to meet you Eto… You and Kaneki were my only friends but can you please hand me my tea, I'm parched from the journey here." Eto wasn't going to let Elizabeth get away without an answer but she decided to humor her so she grabbed some ice cubes from her freezer and added them to Elizabeth's tea. She then handed Elizabeth her tea with the crackling ice cubes, leaving Elizabeth confused: "What's this? You put ice cubes in my tea."
Eto smiled at her and said: "Well, you said you were parched so I thought you would like something to cool you down."
Elizabeth's sad smile widened a little: "I missed you Eto… by the way what do you call this tea with ice in it?"
Eto giggled out the response "Iced Tea! PFFT!" At the moment Elizabeth saw a little of the old Eto and she continued with her tale of the events of Bioshock Infinite. At the end of it all Eto had a notebook out while writing in as much of the story as she could.
"Woah, Elizabeth, your birth name was Anna Dewitt?! And your mom's name was Annabell? Your dad sold you to himself from another reality?! Elizabeth, your life's story is the Epitome of a tragedy! Eto figured that it wouldn't be a problem now to tell Elizabeth the full truth of what the Aogiri tree does. After all, Elizabeth has killed multiple people for her own personal freedom as well so it's kind of the same thing. After briefly summarizing what Aogiri tree's goal was to Elizabeth, Eto got ready to leave. Elizabeth decided to accompany Eto figuring that her abilities and experience in battle would help Eto out. After all, the soldiers laced on vigor's/plasmids were just as fast and dangerous as ghouls.
Elizabeth opted to wear a face mask and sunglasses to conceal her identity instead of wrapping herself in bandages like Eto did. With Elizabeth's help opening tear's they got there faster, making up for Eto's tardiness. Everything was going smoothly until Eto saw Kaneki.
Eto jumped over from behind the eyepatch ghoul: "Well, well, well; we're finally meeting! Huh?!…" Eto couldn't believe her eyes! The ghoul that Tatara told her was an utter complete failure and not worth mentioning again after she skipped out on the meeting in Aogiri Tree's 11th ward; the meeting where Ayato was supposed to capture Rize but reported that she was dead and some nameless human got her organs; Insignificant enough never to be mentioned again was in reality Ken Kaneki.
The only reason she knew of the name eyepatch was because of the reputation he built up on his own fighting off investigators like Amon and the ghouls in the Gourmet restaurant. Word spread around about the eyepatch ghoul but never in a million years did she think it was going to be Kaneki! Kaneki took the moment in Eto's surprise to run right past her.

She now knew why Eto wasn't responding.
