"Why are you so nervous?" Gina said "your not even the one having the baby." Gina laughed EJ was pacing, they were in the hospital waiting room. "She's my cosuin I just hope shes ok."

"Ash is gonna be fine. Come sit by me."

Gina patted a spot on the couch she was sitting on, EJ relactly sat down next to her. "Sorry G, i'm kind of freaking out. She's more then my cousin she's like a sister to me." EJ said "how long has she been in there?" Gina checked her phone "13 hours." EJ sighed and put his head in his hands. "Aw. she's gonna be just fine babe." Gina smiled "Nini and Ricky had Conner a year ago and she was just fine."

EJ looked at his girlfriends face, "yeah your right."

"How has everyone else gotten married and started families but us?" Gina smiled "it's funny once you think about it."

"Becuse we were the last ones who got our act together?" EJ grinned "it's worth the wait."

"We've only been engaged for a week you know, i wouldn't rush things." EJ added

Gina shrugged "I don't care how long we wait i'm just happy to be with you. I'm enjoying every minute." EJ kissed her on the lips "so am I."

"Here. help me with this." Gina handed him a ball of yarn. She was knitting. "How many pairs of little boots are you making?'

"Just two. We don't know if it's a boy or a girl, so I already made the blue pair. I just need to finish this up before the baby comes."

"You are the cutest you know that right?" EJ smiled Gina blushed and shrugged "I just like knitting."

An hour had passed, Gina and EJ were sleeping in each others arms. Suddenly a bloodcurding scream woke them up. EJ and Gina jumped awake "do you think she's- EJ was cut off by the sound of a baby crying. "I think she's ok!" Gina smiled "oh thank god." EJ grinned and statrd crying in relief. Gina smiled and hugged him. About ten minutes later Big Red came out to see them. "Hey is Ash- EJ begun to ask. Big Red smiled "she's ok! Mom and baby are both doing great."

"Boy or girl?" Gina asked

"Girl."

"It's a girl!" EJ smiled "you guys can come back now" Big Red said they followed him into the room. Ashlyn was sitting up in the hospital bed with the baby in her arms, she had dark circles under her eyes and looked exhausted but she was smiling. "Hey daddy's back." Ashlyn smiled down at her daughter, Big Red came over and kissed his wife on the forehead. "Hey E, hey G." Ashlyn grinned EJ went over and hugged her tight. "I'm so glad you're ok." Ashlyn squeezed his hand "i'm fine EJ. I promise."

"He was worried about you." Gina said "I might have cried." EJ admitted "Aw." Ashlyn smiled "congratulations Ash!" Gina grinned hugging her. Gina dug in her pruse "now that I know it's a girl.." Gina pulled out the pair of little boots she had just knit. "I made them for her."

"Gina.. you are so sweet." Ashlyn said "thank you. I'm sure she'll love them."

"Did you guys pick out a name?" EJ asked

"Harper." Big Red smiled "Harper Joy Caswell."

"She's so beautiful." EJ said "she looks just like you."

"Thank you. She has her daddy's eyes." Ashlyn smiled "want to hold her EJ?"

"Me?" EJ said "oh I don't know i've never held a baby before.." EJ said uncertainty. He would do anything for his cousin. "Well ok, why not?"

EJ sat down in a chair next to Ashlyn "make sure to support her head." Big Red added "ready?' Ashlyn smiled carefully handing him the baby "Harper this is EJ, he's your family too."

EJ carefully held her in his arms making sure to support her head. "Hey kiddo." he smiled the baby opened her eyes and looked at him, her little hand grabbed his finger. "I think she likes you EJ." Big Red smiled "I love her so much already." he grinned "you are so sweet with her!" Gina gushed "hey! Are you filming me?"

Gina was recording on her phone "yep."

"I hate you" he smiled

"I love you too" Gina grinned

Everyone laughed.

Later EJ and Gina were driving home, when out of the blue EJ said "I wonder what our kids will look like." Gina got so startled she slammed on the brakes and looked at him. "If we even wanted to have kids in the future." EJ satrmmed Gina smiled at him amd kissed him on the check "I would love to start a family with you someday."
