AN: Alright everyone. Here's the NCIS crossover. Hope you enjoy. Mainly it's the NCIS team mentally freaking out over how quick the case goes when Alex and Kara put their heads together with Maggie being the legal backup. Of course, Gibbs isn't too surprised at the speed in which the case is solved. Hope I did a good representation of the characters but they might be slightly out of character due to them just freaking out because of how quick it goes by. Anyway, enjoy.

*Maggie's POV*
I was leaning against the wall in Kara's apartment watching Kara and Alex play. The two of them were children when it came to just the two of them or in this case, when someone they trust is in the room with them. I smiled as they poked and prodded each other but they had matching grins as they wrestled. I knew from experience that both of the Danvers Sisters were physically strong. Alex from hard work and keeping up with a Kryptonian as much as humanly possible and Kara from suppressing her powers in a manner that she has yet to trust me with. I get it though cause if someone found out they could easily take her powers, but watching the sisters spar in the room Alex made specifically for Kara makes me think otherwise. They thought I couldn't hear them when Alex said that they were going easy on each other. Alex will happily admit that Kara is the better one of the two in hand to hand. She had a big grin on her face when she mentioned who it was that taught her how to flip someone without doing much.
I watched as the two sisters cuddled together and Alex got comfy on Kara's lap. When it was in situations like this, I remember that Kara and Alex are only 25 and 27 respectively. Kara's been through a lot of situations that if it were any other person they wouldn't come out pretty. Alex as well. I've noticed that there's a bit of a codependency with the two of them and I get when Alex or Kara absolutely lose their minds whenever the other is hurt. Heaven help the one who manages to fatally injure either of the two because hell will not. After seeing what Kara would do if Alex was hurt when she was kidnapped, I took her shovel talk very seriously. At first, before finding out that my girlfriend's little sister was one of the strongest if not the strongest being on the planet at the moment, I thought Kara's threat was oddly specific and almost childish. I didn't really take it too seriously until I very nearly witnessed Kara break her no kill rule when she was wailing on that douchebag who kidnapped Alex. When your girlfriend's sister is capable of striking when you least expect it, you very well listen to any threats from her. I mean their overprotectiveness of the other is how I figured out Kara and Supergirl were the same in the first place. When Supergirl went missing, Alex flipped her shit and the only person she would ever flip her lid like she had was for her sister.
Not like their overprotectiveness is a bad thing and it's completely understandable. Kara and Alex have been glued to each other's sides since Kara arrived at the Danvers house. From what Alex has said about her childhood, Kara and her would spend hours just talking about what was going on. Emotions, how school was, and more. Alex is Kara's anchor, and Kara is Alex's. In fact, I'm almost certain that Kara is the only person to ever call Alex by her full name without being brutally slammed in the sparring room. I had tried ONCE to call Alex by Alexandra during a spar, just to see what the hype was all about and why everyone paled at the suggestion, and I found myself flat on the ground with the air knocked out of my lungs regretting ever thinking it was a good idea. I saw Kara do it to tease Alex during their spars and Alex just chuckled. Alex said something in what I know now is Kryptonian and Kara talked back. It was also one of the only times I've ever seen those two go at it full speed.
I was brought out of my musings about the two sisters that managed to bring me out of my own funk, by my phone.
"Sawyer." I answered.
"Detective, we need your expertise here. You're the only one with a stronger stomach than most of us. Heck no one else will get near." Collin said.
"On my way, send me the location." I said.
I grabbed my things and the two sisters were up and alert. Alex was bouncing on her feet and Kara was still with her arms crossed.
"What's up?" Alex asked.
"I got a call from my cop partner that they need me. They want me to take a look since I've got a stronger stomach than most." I said.
"We'll come with ya." Alex said.
Kara just smirked.
"Sure. Just this might not be your typical scene." I said.
I watched as Kara simply grabbed two identical items, one of which she tossed to Alex.
"Let's go." Kara said.
We headed out and Kara did something different to her door. She locked it. I took them to the crime scene and when we arrived it was a bigger mess than usual. Civilians were
We headed to the tape and the officer standing there asked for our ids.
"Detective." he said as I showed him my badge.
"Special Agent Alex Danvers. FBI." Alex said as she showed her badge.
"Dr. Kara Danvers. Forensic Anthropologist." Kara said as she showed an ID that I never knew she had.
The officer let us in. I watched as Kara and Alex went over the scene carefully. Kara going over to the cars and Alex asking questions.
"Was anything moved or was this how you found it?" Alex asked.
"This is how we found it. We only touched the door of the car to see if there was any in the car. Two victims. The driver and one in the trunk. We concluded that this was a kidnapping gone wrong before our guys couldn't stomach the condition of the guy in the front. We called Sawyer in because she's got a stronger stomach than most of us put together." Collin said.
"We'll need all prints from everyone here so once we can run the data, we can rule you all out." Alex said.
"Understood." Collin said.
"Kara, what's it look like?" Alex said.
"NCIS is taking over, they've got a missing sailor. Don't worry though, they'll keep us up to date since I know their best agent and forensic specialist. For now though pelvis indicates a male, approximately 1.83 meters or 6 feet tall based on femur. Driver, skull suggests female but too difficult to tell due to the fire damage, I'll be able to get more determined when we can get the remains to the lab at NCIS. " Kara said as she pointed at the tattered Navy uniform.
"Anyone take pictures? Any witnesses?" Alex said.
"Witnesses are being held back for more questioning if needed. Pictures were taken but feel free to take your own." Collin said.
Through all of this I was shocked at how much Alex and Kara knew. Kara was calling in NCIS so I turned to Alex.
"Alex, what did you not tell me?" I asked.
Alex looked sheepish, "Well, Kara and I both have like four doctorates. Two of mine are what are in my profile, the other two are hidden. As you know, I have a doctorate in bioengineering and biochemistry but I also have a doctorate in entomology and botany. I have a Masters in kinesiology, pathology, sociology and psychology. I have bachelors in applied mathematics, physics and statistics. Which sounds like a weird mix of studies but Kara got me liking learning new things. My masters in kinesiology actually helps me in fighting because I can almost tell where they tense and anticipate their next move. Kara has more doctorates than I do and actually uses them. She has six doctorates that she uses, Kinesiology, Forensic Anthropology, Forensic Pathology, Digital Forensics, Cybersecurity, and Nuclear Engineering. She has a Masters in bioengineering, entomology, botany, military studies, applied mathematics, physics, business and journalism. She's got bachelors in basically everything else. The doctorates she doesn't use as much is her Quantum Mechanics, Cybernetics, Astrology, Astronomy, Aerospace Engineering, and Linguistics. She's also has more up in her brain because of her upbringing on Krypton as well as her basically being Krypton's legacy so she knows everything about Krypton, it's history and more."
I felt my jaw pop as it dropped in shock. Holy hell my girlfriend is UBER smart and KARA'S EVEN SMARTER?! What the hell? Anyway Kara came over.
"Alright, they're on their way now." Kara said.
*McGee's POV*
It was a slow and quiet day at the work place. I had just told Tony that it seemed a little too quiet when the boss' phone rang.
"Gibbs." he said.
Tony, Ziva, and I were tensing ready to go. We've all learned to have at least two pairs of clothes in our bags just in case.
"On our way." he said.
He hung up.
"Pack up. We're headed for National City." he said.
I cursed the fact that I jinxed our quiet day. I fueled the car and Ducky was coming with us. Along the way to the airport, I asked what we were doing.
"So boss, what's the call about?" I asked.
"A friend of mine called. Said she found a pair of bodies. One of which is a Navy Sailor. The other is undetermined." he said.
I looked at Tony to see if he knew who the boss was talking about only to receive a confused look in return. We tucked in for a long ride. About six hours later we arrived at the crime scene. Once we got there, Tony got to work.
"Tony, photos. McGee and Ziva, analysis." the boss said as soon as we stopped.
"Ah I see your as prickly as ever L.J." a pretty blonde said.
Apparently I was staring too long at her because the boss smacked me upside the head.
*Ziva's POV*
I was confused as to what was happening. Gibbs was acting very strangely in this case. He's quick on the draw, but this one he didn't care and went straight for the vans. I was just given the task to analyze the scene when I heard someone talking to Gibbs.
"You're as prickly as ever L.J." a blonde woman said.
I assessed her and assumed she was the forensic specialist that was here first. She was tall at around six feet and decently strong from what I could tell from where I was. I suppressed a giggle at the fact that McGee got slapped upside the head because he was staring. I went back to analyze the scene and found evidence that something caused an explosion.
"What do you have for me Dez." Gibbs said.
"Two identifiable victims. One sailor, male approximately six feet tall. Enlisted based on uniform. Can't tell what MOS or Rate. Bound hands and feet in trunk. The other, undetermined till better look in a lab. Time of death to be determined. Cause of death from preliminary examinations, an explosion from an unknown source. Seems to be a botched kidnapping attempt. Doe in front seemed to be taking Sailor Doe as hostage when the vehicle blew up. Someone else decided to blow up the both of them instead of just one." the blonde, Dez? said.
"Alright. Ducky, what's your opinion?" Gibbs asked.
"Ah hello Dr. Danvers. How are you?" Ducky said.
"Hello Ducky. Doing well. Care to second my findings to settle L.J's mind and solidify them?" Dr. Danvers said.
Ducky seconded Dr. Danvers' findings. She's impressive, I'll say that. Something changed. Tony was just coming over to us with his camera and McGee was coming closer as well.
"Everyone down. NOW!" Dr. Danvers said.
Everyone hit the ground as soon as a car sped by shooting at everything and anything. Thankfully all of us managed to find cover from the bullets. Once the car was gone, everyone started to get up.
"Everyone alright? Anyone injured?" Dr. Danvers called out.
I added my voice to the chorus of people not hurt. I kept my gun out as I looked around. I decided that I liked this lady.
"Damn." Tony said.
I turned to see he had a bleeding shoulder and the camera was shot through.
"Tony." I said.
"I'm alright Ziva. It does't hurt too much." he said as he went to stand but fell back down, "Oh nevermind."
"DR. DANVERS! Over here." I said.
Dr. Danvers came over and saw the predicament.
"Maggie, tell Deven to check his camera. If it's alright and he's got all the pictures you require, send him back to the station. Hide that camera. Whoever shot here doesn't want to be found." Dr. Danvers said.
"On it!" the detective said.
Dr. Danvers turned to Tony.
"Alright the camera seems fine. The card is the important part." Dr. Danvers said, "What's your name dude?"
"Tony Dinozzo." Tony said.
"Alright Dinozzo. You got a short sleeved shirt under that?" Dr. Danvers said.
"Yeah." he said.
"Okay, you think you can take the jacket off? I don't want to cut it if I don't have too." Dr. Danvers said.
Tony tried to get out of it but couldn't and sighed.
"Cut it." he said.
Dr. Danvers quickly cut it off and looked at the wound.
"Alright, there's good news and bad news. Which do you want first?" she said.
"Bad." Tony said.
"Bad news, the bullet is still in you and it's gonna hurt like hell because we can't take it out here and we need it for evidence. Good news, it didn't hit any vital areas because the camera slowed it down." she said.
Tony groaned. Soon after the shooting, everything got sent to headquarters. Remains went to Ducky and everything else went to Abby. Apparently, Dr. Danvers, this Alex person and a detective were coming with us.
"Gibbs." I said as we started heading back to headquarters.
"Hmm." he said.
"Why are they coming with us?" I asked.
"I'd rather save the introductions till the whole team is present." Gibbs said.
I huffed because now I have to wait the five hours on the way back. I decided to make fun out of it and analyze the three new people better. Dr. Danvers is a lady with blonde hair and blue eyes. Honestly she's quite pretty and she knows how to use a weapon. Next to her is the FBI Agent Alex. I don't know much, she's got short auburn hair and brown eyes. She seems like the kind of person I'd want to go up against in a spar. Then there's the one person I don't know and that's the detective. From her name plate it read Sawyer. She's a short Latina with brown hair and brown eyes. There's a certain closeness between Dr. Danvers and the FBI Agent. I assume dating while the Latina is a sibling. I watched as Dr. Danvers placed a hand on the FBI Agent's leg and that the FBI Agent's eyes had a warm quality, fondness.
Thankfully, the ride didn't seem that long, though that might have been because I was assessing the three new women in the van. Once we arrived at HQ, Gibbs called the entire team to Abby's lab. Why because it was private and easy to get too as well as start on the investigation.
We got to Abby's lab and Abby looked up. Her face brightened as she ran over to us and tackled Dr. Danvers in a hug.
"Kara. What are you doing here? Why are you here? How are you? Why is Tony hurt? Is this your sister? She's hot and probably taken. Sorry. Did you do it?..." Abby steamed on with questions.
"Abby, slow down. I'm here because of a crime. I called in Gibbs and I'm tagging along. I'm well. Tony was shot at the scene cause it turned out to be a driveby because someone wants to make it difficult. This is my sister and she is taken. I did do it and which is why I am here to help all of you." Kara said.
"Anyway, since you already know Abby, Ducky and myself. I'd like to introduce my team. This is Agent Tony Dinozzo, Agent Tim McGee, and Officer Ziva David. Next to Ducky is his assistant, Jimmy Palmer." Gibbs said.
We all said hi.
"Would you all like to introduce yourselves?" Gibbs said.
"No problem L.J." Dr. Danvers said, "I'm Dr. Kara Danvers Zor-El, or Dr. Dez, or Dr. Danvers. To some I'm Chief Danvers. I used to be in the Navy SEALs especially. Sniper."
I whistled.
"I'm Special Agent Alex Danvers. I've got masters in bioengineering and chemistry." the FBI Agent said.
"I'm Detective Maggie Sawyer, NCPD." the Latina said.
Hmmm, so definitely a relationship with the two Danvers. I just wonder how close they are.
"Let's begin. Kara, help out where you want. Agent Danvers and Detective Sawyer can go over the photos. Tony, I want you to rest that shoulder and help with whatever you feel is best. McGee, Ziva, you're looking up anything the two can find." Gibbs said.
"On it Boss." we said.
"Abby, I want you making note of any suspicious metals on the car. Anything that seems off, will most likely be off. Dinozzo, come with me." Dr. Danvers said.
*Dinozzo's POV*
I think all of us who don't know Dr. Danvers as well as Gibbs seems to know her are curious as to how Gibbs knows her and Abby. Ducky too apparently. I followed her because I still have the bullet in my shoulder. We headed for Ducky's lab.
"So what do you like to do for fun Dr. Danvers?" I asked.
"Play board games. You?" she asked.
"Eh, guy stuff." I said.
"Uh huh." she said.
She had me hop up on one of the autopsy tables that Ducky wasn't using for the two victims.
"Ducky, start with the deformed one. I want a gender, height, and rough estimate as to how they died." Dr. Danvers said.
"I've got it. I've started with dental records to see if I can get a match. If not, I'm afraid I din't have the ability to tell with this one." Ducky said.
Dr. Danvers turned to me, "Alright Dinozzo, let's get that bullet out shall we?"
I nodded. She stuck me with local anesthetic so my arm was numb. I didn't feel anything and I was just watching Ducky do his thing and next thing I know, I'm done and the bullet is out.
"Hmm, 9mm. Close range. Ducky, will you tell Abby to rule out any 9mm rounds that appear on the car? Just to rule out a few of the chances of a gunshot being the one to set off the explosion." Dr. Danvers said.
"Sure." he said.
She turned to me, "Alright, you're going to be a little wobbly and that's normal. You're still able to do all of the other activities, just keep in mind that you may not perform at your best because of the anesthetics. Go easy, but stay on alert."
"Okay Doc." I said.
I hopped off the table and decided to go upstairs to check in on McGee, Ziva, and the other two ladies.
*McGee's POV*
What is with all these women who are so intimidating? The first was Kate, then it was Director Shepard, current scary lady is Ziva, and now this Alex Danvers? Jeez, I knew that our professions called for people who can scare others, but to this extent? I looked up any missing sailors in the archives matching the details that Dr. Danvers told us.
"At the moment we can see who the car is registered to. If it happens to be a stolen car, let's see if anyone put out a call for a missing car. It's a start and probably leads to nowhere but leave no stone unturned." Agent Danvers said.
"Running the plate now and it says it's registered to a Vicky Vale. It's a Nissan Versa. Claimed it was stolen. Purchased a new car while the case goes on. The thief is claimed to be a 5'8 female. Blonde hair, Caucasian." Ziva said.
"How's everything up here?" Tony asked.
"Doing well. No leads so far in who the sailor is at the moment. Found out the car is stolen belonging to Vicky Vale and the thief who took the car is a blonde white 5'8 female." I said.
"Okay. Well, Ducky's running the two ids through dental." Tony said.
*Kara's POV*
I stayed with Ducky to help with the identification of the two people. From the skull of the driver, female. I used my program to rearrange the skeleton and put in factors that could have possibly played a part in the deformation of the skeleton. It was the skeleton of a female that was 5'8 in height and of caucasian descent. I ran the skull through the program and compared it to all in the databases. We got a hit for the driver, Holly Lauren. Then I ran the skull from the sailor to put through the known databases and got a hit for Brian McMurray. Brian was an Electronics Technician.
I heard the door open and in walked L.J.
"Whatcha got for me Kar." he said.
"Driver, female named Holly Lauren. Sailor, Brian McMurray ETN, PO6 Navy." I said.
"Good. Check in with Abby." he said.
"Sure. I'll come with you." I said.
We headed up to Abby's lab where her music was blaring. I smiled and tapped her on the shoulder. L.J signed at her that the music was too loud and she turned it down immediately.
"Okay Gibbs. Found out that an explosion killed these two. From the gunpowder residue on their clothes, they were very close to the bomb. I ruled out the 9mm rounds from the driveby but I found a bullet hole that wasn't a 9mm in the sailor's clothes. The bullet's trajectory would have placed it as a through and through for the sailor and that it was a fatal shot. I scanned the car for any blood and found a lot in the back of the car. Surprisingly or unsurprisingly, I can't tell, I found blood in the driver's seat too. I ran the tests and found that they were from our victims. The blood in the trunk is the sailor's and the blood in the driver's seat was the driver's. So I thought they might have been fighting and the sailor got shot. The driver placed the sailor in the trunk and drove off. Then something happened and the car blew up killing the both of them." Abby said.
I was thinking and thinking. Holly Lauren and Brian McMurray sounded familiar. I brought up their pictures and knew why but I had to confirm it and ran up to the bullpen.
"Run a search history on Holly Lauren and Brian McMurray. I want to know where they went to school." I said.
Alex's eyes widened at those names, "Why do those names sound so familiar?"
"Running it now." McGee said.
"Holly Lauren, born and raised in Midvale, CA. She attended Midvale high in 01 and moved to Charleston, SC for college. Brian McMurray, moved to Midvale in 97 went to Hudson Middle School and attended Midvale High in 2000." McGee said.
I looked at Alex and she was pale too. We both thought on it and we realized something.
"The McMurray Incident!" we both said at the same time.
"Dinozzo, look up Keven Keys and Allison McIver." I said.
"Sure." he said.
The two names popped up and Keys was a trained sniper and Allison is registered as McMurray's wife. Keys was married to Holly and Allison was married to Brian. I looked to Alex.
"You don't think they did, did they?" I said.
"We'll have to see. Where do they live?" Alex asked.
*Ziva's POV*
Now, I'm not as new as I used to be as I've been with NCIS for over a year now, I know that we were quick in finding things out. With these three women here to help, it seems like we've been solving this crime so much faster than usual and Gibbs had given us the order to follow them. It would seem that Gibbs knew better than to cross the two Danvers and I can see why in their conversation being almost too difficult to follow.
Dr. Danvers and Agent Danvers both pulled out identical objects and plugged them into an outlet. The objects sprung up into a table where they put their laptops on.
"Maggie, we need you to get a search warrant ready to go for both Keven and Allison." Kara said, "Alex, keep looking for anything out of the ordinary. McGee, help Alex with paper tracing and trace Allison's whereabouts. I want to know what she's been up to. Dinozzo, Ziva, I want you tracing Keven."
I nodded and got to work looking up and hacking this Keven person. I watched as Dr. Danvers walked out of the room, assuming to go check on Abby.
*Abby's POV*
I was working on identifying what kind of bomb was used when Kara came into the lab.
"Hey, Abby, I need to look at the clothes from our two people." she said.
"Sure." I said.
I had already gone over them but Kara seemed to have something different in mind. I was right when Kara tested the clothes and had placed whatever it was under the microscope. Then she ran it through the DNA comparison scanner and got mixed results.
"Oh you son of a whore." Kara said.
I looked up startled, "What? Did you find something?"
"These dumb shits." Kara said. "Abby, do you have the tools to test whether or not the person is pregnant?"
"Yes." I said.
She sprinted out of the lab. She came back with a cut of bone.
"Alright, I need you to run that test and if it's positive, see if you can get a match on the other dna." Kara said.
She ran right back out of the lab.
*Gibbs' POV*
Well, I knew Kara and Alex worked fast. So did my team. It appears to be that the two together was NOT the best idea ever. Kara and Alex blew through everything and anything so fast that my team has barely set foot outside the building yet. Kara had found something out quite quickly just based off of names.
"Kara." I said.
"Yes?" she said but never looked up from her tablet.
"What have you found out so far?" I asked.
I was kind of annoyed that i haven't really done anything.
"Our driver, Holly Lauren, and our sailor is Brian McMurray. After thinking on it, the two names sounded familiar. It's because the two of them were juniors in high school when Alex and I were freshmen. There were rumors floating around the two because they thought the two were the power couple of the class. Then their senior year, people had caught Holly with Keven Keys and Brian with Allison McIver. It was a huge thing that even the quiet kids knew about it. So I had McGee and Ziva look into the two names which is how I knew we attended the same high school. Allison is registered as Brian's wife and Holly is Keven's wife. That made me think if Holly is married to Keven and Brian is married to Allison, why were Holly and Brian together? I looked to see if there were any evidence of Holly being pregnant and Abby is seeing if she can get confirmation of it. I'm waiting to see if there's a need to see if Allison is pregnant as well. Abby found evidence that Brian was shot and fatally wounded. I went down to see if Brian's skeleton showed where the bullet went through. Found that the bullet had gone straight through his chest. It wasn't as fatal as she thought it was but it was if it wasn't taken care of in time. He was bleeding out in the trunk. Holly seemed injured in the front of the car, since Abby found evidence of her blood in the driver's seat." Kara said.
"Dr. Danvers, Agent Danvers, you might want to look at this." McGee said.
Kara and Alex went to look at the screen. Kara swore.
"Now we can do something. I want to see if she's pregnant and if so, a paternal test. I've got a bad feeling about this whole thing." Kara said.
Finally, something we can do.
"Oh, don't be obvious but wear body armor. Something that can stop a 50cal. Keven is a licensed sniper." Kara said.
McGee, Ziva, Alex and I went to check it out. Alex and Ziva searched the rest of the house for anything suspicious and soon left with the paternity test in hand. Once we returned from the house, I gave the test to Kara who took it down to Abby and Alex followed Kara.
"We've got a motive." Abby said.
"I looked at Holly's skeleton and found that she was showing signs of pregnancy. The hips were bigger than normal which usually indicates a pregnancy. Then the results of the paternity test came through for Allison and the baby isn't Brian's. The baby belongs to Keven. Its safe to assume that Holly and Brian were together and that Holly had gotten pregnant. Keven found out and thought the baby was his but he was with Allison. When Keven found out that the baby Holly was having wasn't his, he decided to make it seem like Brian died on a mission so he could step in. He put Brian in the trunk of the stolen car. However, Allison somehow found out that Holly was having Brian's baby and decided that if she couldn't have him, no one could. So while the car was left alone, Allison made a makeshift C4 bomb and set it in the car where she could blow it up." Kara said.
"How do you know all that?" I asked.
"Alex told me what she saw in the house and there were signals as you were asking questions. She was reading both of their body languages and had flagged it all. She had actually recorded the conversation and on the way back she reviewed the interaction and certain answers tipped her off. She told me and we found that Keven's fingerprints were on the inside of the trunk and had actually survived. Then Abby had managed to rebuild the bomb used and that just confirmed that Allison was the one to make it because of how she compiles a bomb. Alex had found the makings of a bomb in the house so she took note of it. Maggie, let's go get these people." Kara said.
Ziva went with the two for muscle. I know Kara could handle herself but extra muscle doesn't hurt much. I was just surprised that Alex had apparently snuck into the room without me knowing she was there.
*Ziva's POV*
I went with Kara and Maggie to the criminal's house. The house seemed like it was empty. Too empty. I was going to call backup when Maggie went in through the front door and Kara opened the garage. Inside was evidence of a rush. Such a rush that they left behind a clue as to where they went.
"Clever." Kara said, "Time to hunt."
She whistled and two large canines came running. They began sniffing and one ran off while one stayed here. Kara and I took off after the one that ran while I assume that the other stayed behind to protect Maggie. Not leaving anything up to chance, I called in backup so that Maggie could have help if needed. Kara and I followed the canine to a secluded house. I drew my gun and so did Kara. We went in and found both of them. We cuffed them. I read them their rights and put them in the car.
We drove back to headquarters and let the rest of the team know. We asked questions and Maggie was actually really good with interrogation. Then when Maggie couldn't get Keven to break, she just sighed and grinned. She looked right at Alex and Kara. I heard Gibbs chuckle.
"Oh this is going to be good." he said.
I looked at him just confused…until Alex and Kara got the guy to talk in five seconds flat…AFTER being questioned for what felt like an hour. Allison and Keven both gave different stories which is how we got them. Alex and Kara asked certain questions and they were basically a he/she said he/she did it or he/she made me do it. Alex and Kara sighed before Alex looked to Kara and a shite eating grin crossed her face.
The cameras went dark as did the viewing window for five seconds and then the cameras came on. I wanna learn how to do that! Did I internally whine? Absolutely not. We closed the case and I turned to the others.
"Can we spar before you leave? Gibbs says you guys are good." I said.
Alex and Kara smile and nod.
"I'm good to watch. I know that if I get in with these two, I'm gonna be out soon anyway." Maggie said.
She seemed perfectly fine with that. Gibbs seemed excited to actually watch.
"I'll join you if you'd like." Tony said.
"Me too." McGee said.
"Sure. If you wanna lose what little pride you have left." I said.
We headed down to the training arena and got warmed up.
*Tony's POV*
I did some simple stretches with McGee and I saw the ladies doing some complicated looking stretches.
"McGee. We are screwed." I said as I watched Kara go up the salmon ladder easily with Alex following suit.
And screwed we were. McGee and I were out in seconds flat to a point where it was literally just me and him sparing since the girls were more skilled than we were.
"Hey Alex. I know that's not your best." Maggie yelled.
I felt my jaw pop as I gaped at the ladies. THEY WERE JUST…PLAYING?!
"What, you know we gotta warm up." Alex said.
Then a half an hour later they were going full speed and Ziva managed to hold her ground with Alex. Then Kara came in and ZIVA was barely holding on. Ziva's rounds had NOTHING on the sparring session Alex and Kara had. They were going so fast that you could barely see them move. I heard McGee whimper at the fact that Alex and Kara offered to teach Ziva a few new moves to try before heading to the range and the sisters proved they had a good shot as well as Maggie.
"Hey L.J." Kara called out.
"What?" he said.
"You know the marksmanship test? Care to conduct it.?" Kara asked.
"Sure. What for?" he asked.
"Oh, we wanna compete with Ziva in it. Who can get the better score and the person who does will come to the other's place to learn how the other conducts investigations." Kara said.
He looked to Ziva and nodded.
"Sure thing." he said.
I sighed when he looked pointedly at McGee and I.
"McGee, you ready for the Marksmanship test?" I said.
He sighed too and just shrugged. So Gibbs conducted the test and jeez. I knew Ziva was good but when she had competition it's like she was much more competitive. We knew she was a good shot, on par with Gibbs to be honest, but Kara and Alex both bullseye'd all the necessary places to hit. They even shot like once then when they were done the fired off the rest of the rounds. The results came in and I did decently to keep my status as did McGee. Maggie was close and did better than us. Ziva, Alex, and Kara's were harder to tell because of how accurate and precise they were.
I was sad to see the three of them go, but they opened up everyone's eyes to be better and to become faster. I quite liked it, even though I got my ass handed to me more than Gibbs and Kate put together did.
AN: Okay, ending might be a little cut short but this thing ended up being 32,065 words long WITHOUT the author notes, 8 PAGES long with the page setings at half inch margins all around and single spaced.
Shots I have a second part in the works
-Kara and Dragons
-Arrival of the Hero's Squadron
Parts in the works
-Another Kara and Lena shot where Lena finds out something only Alex has known
-Definite James and Clark bashing where Kara is asked by either Cat, Lois, or Lucy, *or all of them* why Kara doesn't like the two.
-Kara and Alex being the nerds they are and actually training Kara's powers to a heightened point where Kara doesn't need her glasses to control her powers or actually manages to overcome the lead barriers. Obviously going to be MUCH stronger and faster than Clark.
Hope you enjoyed. I did writing it.
