"Kristoff, what are you doing reaching into the recycling bin?" Anna asked.

"We've got the pumpkins, we should carve them. You've got old newspapers in here, and you haven't cooked recently so there's nothing gross."

"Why newspapers?"

"Didn't you use newspapers?"

"What, like papier mache?"

"Uh, no," Kristoff said, "to keep the floor clean?"

"Oh, um, I think we've always used paper towels."

"That's kind of expensive," Kristoff mumbled.

He found some pages and spread them out on the floor. He set down the pumpkin he had picked out, grabbed a carving knife from his pocket, and set to work.
