John had only been on the road with Lauren for two days, but things were very tense and uncomfortable. John was mad that Lauren was spending time with Sam and Sam was mad she was spending time with John. Lauren knew she had to make a decision soon or she was going to go insane. Lauren was in her hotel room. Ashley video called her.
"How are things going?" Ashley asked. Lauren gave her a stressed out look. "That bad?"
"Worse then you can even imagine." "Each one doesn't want me spending time with the other."
"Are you surprised?"
"No, just stressed." "Both of them, love me, love me, it's driving me crazy." "I feel like I'm being pulled and I'm gonna split in two."
"You need to choose."
"I know." "I have."
"You picked who you want?"
"Yeah." "They just don't know yet."
"Who?"
After the show that night Lauren want to John's room and knocked on the door. He answered it.
"Hi." He said.
"Hi." She went inside. "John, it's over."
"What?" He said shocked. "What did he say to you?"
"Nothing." "I made this decision on my own." "You'll always hold a special place in my heart but I don't wanna do this anymore."
"Lauren don't do this." He said with tears in his eyes.
"You and I both know, no matter what you promise, nothing will change."
"Yes it will."
"John you and I were happy, once, but our lives haven't been going down the same paths in a long time." "We still have fun together but we haven't really been happy in years." "I know this hurts to hear and I'm so sorry but, Sam makes me happy."
"That's all I want for you." They hugged.
"I know you'll find someone great." She left.
Lauren went to Sam's room. She knocked on the door. He answered it.
"Hi." She said.
"Hi."
"Can I come in?"
"Yeah." She went inside. They sat down on the couch.
"I just broke things off with John."
"You did?" He said surprised.
"Yeah." "I told him I want to be with the person who makes me happy." "I love you."
"I love you too." They kissed.
