"Hi, welcome to Slappy's, how can I help you?" The young woman at the counter asked as the two agents walked in the door of the empty restaurant.

Mya showed her her badge. "Can we speak to your manager?"

The young woman's smile disappearing, she silently nodded then walked into the back.

"I really hope this is him." Kimmy quietly said to her fellow agent.

Mya nodded. "It will be. What I hope is that he's still in the house when we get back and get a warrant. I really am not in the mood to chase down yet another bank."

"Me either." She tiredly replied. "All I want to do is go home, kiss my husband goodnight, and sleep the entire weekend away!

She smiled. "That actually sounds really, really good."

"Can I help you?" A middle-aged man asked as he walked around the counter, towards the agents.

"Yes, we need to see your surveillance camera footage from," Mya started, looking down at the receipt in her hand. "7:37 PM today?" She finished, looking back up at him.

"Yes, ma'am. Follow me to my office." He said, waving his hand as he walked, the two women following him. "Excuse the mess." He said, hopping over a few boxes as he tried to access his computer. "I'll have that up for you in just a minute," he distractedly said as he typed a few things. "You said 7:37?" He asked, glancing up at Mya.

She nodded. "A few minutes before, actually. We want to verify someone was here tonight."

"Of course, of course," he replied. "Here." He said as he spun his monitor around, the several security camera pictures playing in nice little squares on the screen.

Mya squinted as she tried to see. "Can you zoom in on that one, please?" She asked, pointing to one of the cameras that focused on the ordering menu in the drive-thru.

The manager nodded, clicking a few keys, which caused the picture to enlarge.

Once they saw the enlarged screen, the two agents looked at each other and smiled. They had him. "Thank you so much sir. We have what we need. If you could just email me that clip, it would be appreciated." Mya said, turning to the man and handing him her business card.

"That's it?" He asked, seeming rather disappointed.

"Yes. You have helped a great deal."

He widely smiled at them. "I'm glad I could help the FBI in whatever way I can."

The two women smiled at him, then walked out of the office. Just before they walked out the door, Mya stopped. "What's wrong?" Kimmy asked.

She sighed in reply. "I better get Bobby that burger. If I don't, I think he'd disown me!"

Laughing, Kimmy walked back to the counter with her. "Slappy's at near midnight isn't what I call enjoyable, but I get where you're coming from. I will have an ice cream or soft serve, if they have it, though."

She smiled at the woman. "Now, that's what I'm talking about! Care to have another person join your soft serve party?"

"Of course not!" Sarah happily exclaimed, then turned to the girl to place their order.

?-?

"It's a no-go." Dustin announced as he hung up his phone and walked back to the group.

"What? Jack asked, turning towards him.

"I tried getting a warrant to enter the house, but the DA wants something tangible, not circumstantial. He hasn't lived in the house for years, so there's nothing to say he's there now."

He pursed his lips in reply. "Bobby and Sue are monitoring the house, but like Sarah said, there's not a single light on in the place. I don't think we'll be getting anything. Until he leaves for his next heist, that is."

"Maybe we'll just have to wait till then." He suggested.

"No one's going to have to wait for nothing!" Mya happily announced, she and Kimmy walking towards the group, each holding a soft serve in one hand, a food bag from Slappy's in the other.

"You found him?" He anticipatedly asked.

She happily nodded in reply, holding the Slappy's bag out to him. "One for you, one for Bobby. Enjoy your victory. We'll get that warrant now!"

"I'll go call it in!" Dustin happily exclaimed, already pressing buttons on his phone.

"It'll only be a matter of minutes. Then our case will just about be over!" Mya happily announced, taking a bite out of her soft serve.

He breathed a sigh of relief. "That has to be just about the best news I've heard all week."

She laughed. "Good!"
