Here's the first duel of Hell is for Duelists, with Millie vs Yuya. Who will win? Read and find out. And yes, I saw Helluva Boss season 2 episode 1 and I know they skipped episode 8 of season 1. But I don't care, I'm just glad Viv gave us these. Seriously, she needs a vacation after this. So, leave a review, sit back, relax and enjoy the show.
Chapter 6
Cut Above
Yuya: 4000
Millie: 4000
"Ladies first, Millie" said Yuya.
"Thank you, my draw", said Millie drawing the top card of her deck. "I play Reinforcement of the X-Sabers. Thanks to this spell, I can add one level 4 or below 'X-Saber' monster from my deck to my hand". A card then popped out of her deck and she added it to her hand.
"Next, I summon XX-Saber Boggart Knight", said said Millie as her monster appeared on the field. "Now, his special ability allows me to special summon another 'X-Saber' from my hand. So, say howdy to XX-Saber Fulhelmknight". Her monster then appeared on the field.
"Next, I tune my level 3 Fulhelmknight with my level 4 Boggart Knight", said Millie performing the summon. "I synchro summon, level 7, X-Saber Umbrellum". Her new monster was a man wrapped in armour and bandages with spikes on the shoulders and wore a bull skull like a helmet. On his back were two long blades.
X-Saber Umbrellum

"I'll place this facedown and end my turn", said Millie. "Your turn now sugar".
"Thank you, I draw", said Yuya drawing the top card of his deck. "Now, it's time to swing into things. I use scale 2 Performapal Swingcobra and scale 8 Performapal Skullcrobat Joker to set the pendulum scale, I'm taking control of this duel, starting now". Yuya then set the scales.
"Whoahoho" said Sallie Mae.
"Thanks to my two partners, I can summon monsters who's levels range from 3 to 7 all at the same time", said Yuya. "Swing far pendulum, carve the arch of victory! My monsters are ready, TO SWING INTO ACTION!". Two beams of light shot down.
"Hope you're ready to lend a helping hand, Performapal Helprincess".
"Show us if the truth is in the cards Performapal Lizardraw".
"Well, that wasn't very smart" said Sallie Mae.
"Why do you say that?" Asked Sora
"Both those monsters have less attack points then Umbrellum", said Sallie Mae. "If Helprincess or Lizardraw get attacked, Yuya will take 1000 points of damage".
"I'll place these facedown and end my turn" said Yuya.
"Then it's my move again", said Millie drawing the top card of her deck. "I activate X-Saberincarnation. This spell allows me to add one 'X-Saber' monster from my graveyard to my hand, so long as I send an 'X-Saber' of the same level as cost. So, I send X-Saber Airbellum to the grave to add Fulhelmknight back to my hand. Now, since I got at least 2 'X-Saber' monsters in my grave, I can special summon the following monster, XX-Saber Gardestrike, get your ass out here".
Her new monster was an anthropomorphic cat wearing green armour and a red cape. He also had a blade in place of an arm.

"Next, I summon XX-Saber Fulhelmknight" said Millie summoning the monster.
"Next, I tune Fulhelmknight with Gardestrike", said Millie performing the summon. "I synchro summon, level 8, X-Saber Souza". Her new monster was a bearded man decked out in armour, a torn-up red cape and small horns on his head. He also carried two swords.
X-Saber Souza

"Two monsters with more than 2000 attack points?!" Shouted Skip in shock.
"Yep, that's our girl" said Joe proudly.
"Now, Souza!", shouted Millie. "Attack Helprincess! Saber Cross Cut!". Souza then slashed his swords in an 'X' shape and the slashes headed straight towards Helprincess.
"Not so fast, I activate, Performapal Call", said Yuya. "Now, since you attacked me, I can put an early stop to your show". The slashes then disappeared.
"And that's not all", said Yuya. "I can add 'Performapal' monsters from my deck to my hand". Cards then popped out of his deck.
"Your Souza's got 2500 attack points", said Yuya. "So now I get Gongato with 100 defence, Pendulum Sorcerer with 800, and Odd-Eyes Minotaur with 1600".
"I still got another monster", said Millie. "Umbrellum! Attack Helprincess!". Umbrellum then pulled out his swords slashed at Helprincess".
"I activate, Performapal Mist-appear", said Yuya. "When my 'Performal' is attack, I can have her do a little disappearing act and prevent her destruction as well as half the battle damage I take". When Umbrellum then attacked, only for Helprincess to turn into smoke before reforming itself.
Yuya: 4000 - 500 = 3500
"Now for Umbrellum's special effect", said Millie. "Since I inflicted battle damage to ya, and ya got 4 cards in your hand, I can randomly select one of them and send it to the graveyard". Umbrellum then threw a dagger at Yuya, before it pierced one of his cards.
"Well, that was close" said Yuya.
"I think I'll let you take the reins from here" said Millie.
"Thank you, I draw", said Yuya drawing the top card of his deck. "Now, I tribute both Lizardraw and Helprincess". His two monsters then disappeared.
"Now, taking centre stage", said Yuya. "You know him, you love him, Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon!". His iconic dragon appeared.
"It's about time", said Sallie Mae. "I was starting to think that Mils might win".
"I HEARD THAT!" Shouted Millie.
"Now, Odd-Eyes!", shouted Yuya. "Attack X-Saber Umbrellum! Spiral Flame Strike!". Odd-Eyes then released it's attack.
"And here's the best part, Millie", said Yuya. "Since the monster Odd-Eyes is battle is above level 5, I can deal double the damage to you". Umbrellum was then destroyed.
Millie: 4000 - 600 = 3400
"I'll end my turn now", said Yuya. "So, let's see what you got".
"You're about to see what I got", said Millie drawing the top card of her deck. "I activate my trap, Birth from the Earth. Now, since an Earth Attribute extra deck monster was destroyed, I can bring back one of the materials used to summon it. So, welcome back Boggart Knight". Her monster then returned.
"Next", said Millie. "I summon X-Saber Pashuul". Her new monster was a man in blue cyborg armour and long, black hair.
X-Saber Pashuul

DEF: 0
"Now, I tune My level 2 Pashuul with my level 4 Boggart Knight", said Millie performing the summon. "I Synchro summon, XX-Saber Hyunlei". Her monster then appeared on her field.
"Now, I activate her special ability, I can destroy up to 3 spells and/or traps on the field", said Millie. "So, I think I'll choose your pendulum monsters".
"What!?" Shouted Yuya. Hyunlei then slashed twice with her sword and destroyed the monsters in the pendulum zone.
"Next, I activate the Synchro Blast Wave spell card", said Millie. "If I have a synchro monster on my field, I can destroy one monster on your field. Now, say goodbye to Odd-Eyes".
"I hope you don't mind me putting my cents in, Yuya", said Sallie Mae. "But if she destroys your Odd-Eyes and attacks, it's game over for ya".
"Will you shut it!?" Shouted Millie. An energy blast came out of the card and destroyed Odd-Eyes.
"Now, Hyunlei! Souza!", shouted Millie. "Attack Yuya directly!". Both of her monsters then charged at Yuya. He just stood there. The two monsters brought down their swords on him, but they shattered when they tried to hit him.
"Huh?" Asked Allie.
"What?!" Shouted Millie.
"How is does Yuya still have life points?" Asked Zuzu.
"Why?", asked Yuya. "Because of this card, Pendulum Barrier. This card can activate a Pendulum monster is destroyed. And, if I have three or more Pendulum monsters in my graveyard, I can activate it from my hand. When I do, I can can negate any damage that comes my way for the rest of the turn". Millie growled at this.
"I end my turn with a facedown" said Millie.
"My draw", said Yuya drawing the top card of his deck. "Now then, this should be familiar, I use I use scale 1 Performapal Ladyange and scale 8 Performapal Gertrude to set the Pendulum scale. I'm taking back control of this duel, starting now". He then set the scales as his new monsters appeared. One was an angel in a white dress and hat with purple hair and the other was a demon-winged male wearing a black suit with red trim and a top hat.
"Thanks to these two, I can summon monsters who's levels range from 2 to 7 all at the same time. Swing far Pendulum, carve the arch of victory! My monsters are ready, TO SWING INTO ACTION!". Beams of light came down.
"Tell us what's in the cards Performapal Lizardraw".
"Tick Tock goes Timegazer Magician".

"Charge on to victory Performapal Odd-Eyes Minotaur".
"He does know that none of those monsters are strong enough to defeat either of her monsters, right?" Asked Sallie Mae.
"Don't you say anything positive?" Asked Sora.
"Only when I feel like it", answered Sallie Mae. "Otherwise, it's not as funny".
"As much as I don't like Sallie's Cynicism", said Skip. "She does have a point. None of Yuya's monsters are strong enough to defeat either of Millie's monsters".
"Next, I activate Gentrude's Pendulum ability", said Yuya. "When I have another 'Performapal' in my pendulum zone, I can add one 'Odd-Eyes' card from my deck to my hand". A card then popped out of Yuya's deck and he added it to his hand.
"I'll place two cards facedown and end my turn" said Yuya.
"Then, it's my turn", said Millie drawing. "Now, Souza, attack Timegazer Magician!". Souza then charged at Timegazer Magician.
"Sorry, but thanks to his special ability", said Yuya. "The first time a pendulum monster I control would destroyed, it isn't". Timegazer then deployed a chrono-circle blade from his arm and blocked the attack.
"Perhaps", said Millie. "But your life points are another matter all together".
Yuya: 3500 - 1300 = 2200
"And now", said Millie. "Hyunlei, attack Lizardraw!" Hyunlei then charged forward.
"I activate Ladyange's pendulum ability", said Yuya. "When a monster I control is involved in a battle with one of your monsters, your monster loses 1000 attack points until the end of the turn. Go! Heavenly Harmoniser!". Ladyange then sang.
XX-Saber Hyunlei
ATK: 2300 - 1000 = 1300
Lizardraw was then destroyed.
Yuya: 2200 - 100 = 2100
"Now Yuya's almost lost all his life points" said Zuzu.
"Your friend needs a miracle to get out of this one" added Sallie Mae.
"I draw", said Yuya drawing the top card of his deck. 'I need to do something to get rid of Millie's monsters. I don't have any monsters in my hand powerful enough to defeat either Hyunlei or Souza. But, I think I can make this work'.
"I activate the spell card, Pendulum Draw", said Yuya. "Now, if I return any number of Pendulum monsters from my field to my deck and draw a card from my deck for each one. So, I return, Stargazer and Timegazer to my deck". His two monsters then returned to his deck.
"Now, I get to draw two cards from my deck" said Yuya. He then drew the top two cards of his deck.
"Ladies and Gentlemen", he said. "It's time we get ready for the grand finale. If you'll look above me, you'll see Ladyange and Gentrude in their places. Thanks to this dapper dynamic duo, I can summon monsters who's levels range from 2 through 7 all at the same time. Swing far Pendulum, carve the arc of victory! My monsters are ready, TO SWING INTO ACTION!". Two beams of light then came down.
"Get ready to stand guard, Performapal Card Guardna".
"Be ready to wow the crowd, Tuning Magician".
"A tuner monster" said Gong.
"Heheheh, looks like ya're screwed sideways, sis. Hahahaaa" laughed Sallie Mae.
"I tune my level 1 Tuning Magician with my level 3 Card Guardna and my level 4 Odd-Eyes Minotaur", said Yuya performing the summon. "I synchro summon, Enlightenment Paladin". His monster then appeared on the field.
"Oh, my bad", said Sallie Mae. "Looks like you're still good sis".
"What do ya mean?" Asked Sora.
"Quite simple little man", answered Sallie Mae. "Millie's got two monsters and Yuya's only got one. He either needs a card that allows him to attack twice, or one that destroys her monsters and deals damage".
"Well, it's a good thing I got just the card", said Yuya. "I activate, the trap card, attack pattern. For this turn only, if I send a card from my field to graveyard, I can have my monster attack all my opponent's monsters once each. So, I turn my other facedown card to my hand. Now, Enlightenment Paladin, attack XX-Saber Hyunlei! Blinding Light Blade!". Enlightenment Paladin's blades then glowed and attacked Hyunlei, destroying her.
Millie: 3400 - 200 = 3200
"And now for his special ability", said Yuya. "When he destroys a monster by battle, you take damage equal to that monster's attack points. Go! Illuminating Back Slash!". Enlightenment Paladin then slashed his swords in an 'X' motion and the slashes struck Millie.
Millie: 3200 - 2300 = 900
"Now, it's time for the big show stomper", said Yuya. "Enlightenment Paladin! Attack X-Saber Souza!".
"Huh, why is Yuya attacking Souza?", asked Gong. "They both have the same attack".
"I activate Ladyange's pendulum ability", said Yuya. "You know what happens, right? You monster loses 1000 attack points. Go! Heavenly Harmoniser!". Ladyange began to sing.
X-Saber Souza
ATK: 2500 - 1000 = 1500
"Now then, Paladin! Attack!", shouted Yuya. "Blinding Light Blade!". Enlightenment Paladin then attacked Souza and destroyed him. The shockwave then sent Millie flying.
Millie: 900 - 1000 = 0
Yuya: Winner
The monster holograms then disappeared.
"Thanks for the nice duel there, Millie" thanked Yuya.
"Aw, thanks" said Millie.
"Well, I guess that's settled", said Yoko. "You know any decent places to sleep?".
"We got a guest house, you can use that" answered Lin.
However, they were unaware that they were being watched.
"Looks like this year's Blood moon festival is gonna be a lot more, interesting".
