Chapter Eleven – Days of Intense Training

Yes, I know it's been a while since I have been updated one of my stories, but I'm back to say I'm back. I'm very sorry to say this but I found it very hard to update my stories because I really miss my Uncle a lot. However, I have to say a special thank you goes to everyone for helping me to get back to writing stories.

Eight months have passed since Rito had his outburst to Neme of how he felt about Eve and Tearju, finding them annoying and ungrateful for all the things they have done for him.
Rito was wearing black with a silver outline shirt and midnight blue pants. He was lying down inside his bed and began to have nightmares again about his parent's death. He gets up with his hands has turned into dark silver metal claws. He turns his hands back to normal and walks out of the room to use the restroom.
'Why? Why do I keep having those nightmares?' Asked Rito in his thoughts as he washes his face.
Rito begins to think about his parents as he leaves the restroom and begins to think about his words. He would not trust Eve or Tearju since they are part of the factory that stole his life away from him. However, he could not deny that they had been treating him well, and he could not ignore the argument he overheard from Tearju and the Head Scientist.
Flashback:
"YOU DID WHAT?! WHY DID YOU KILL THE BOY'S PARENTS?! THEY DIDN'T NEED TO DIE!" Screamed Tearju to the head scientist.
"What else would you have this boy be? He is Dark Silver now, and there is nothing to change that!" Head Scientist told Tearju with a firm tone.
"YOU COULD'VE SPARED HIS PARENTS! YOU COULD'VE DONE THAT! FURTHERMORE, I HAVE WARNED YOU MANY TIMES THAT THE DARK SILVER PROJECT IS DANGEROUS AND HAS MANY RISKS! DIDN'T ANYTHING THAT I SAID TO YOU MATTER?!" Screamed Tearju.
"Tearju, I think you're overreacting, because as you already know, the procedure went off without a hitch. The boy is fine!" Said The Head Scientist.
"Yes, but I am the head person of that project, and you guys went behind my back to fulfill that project AFTER I told you it was dangerous!" Shouted Tearju.
"I will not hear another word about this, or else I will pull you from the project. Do you understand, Tearju," Said the Head Scientist says to her as Rito begins to walk back to his bedroom as he wonders about treating Eve as a friend. Was that a crime or the right thing to do?
Flashback Ends:
That argument happened a few days after he was captured and brought to this planet, but it has stuck with him ever since. You would think that after eight months of being on this planet, Rito would start warm-up to Eve and Tearju by now, but no. Ever since he had that outburst with Neme, he has grown more distant towards the two, not wanting anything to do with him, hurting Eve and Tearju.
Eve did not understand, and she thought she and Rito were on good terms. She thought Rito was warming up to them. So, what happened that reverted him to his original state, cold, miserable, and relentless towards everyone he comes across? Was it something Eve said? Was it something she did? As far as she knew, she did not say or do anything to Rito to have him revert to his original state. Each time she tried to ask Rito what was bothering him, he would blow her off. Just what was his problem, Eve thought.
Rito was going back to his bedroom and saw Eve was still trying her best to make chocolate chip cookies as she was going to try her best to get Rito back to normal no matter what she had to do. He sees that she was wearing her usual black dress and a pink apron over it.
Rito shakes his head. Eve was not taking the hint, 'Damn that girl! Can she take a hint?! Am I going to have to tell her outright that I want nothing to do with her?!' Asked Rito in his thoughts.
"I don't want to see Rito hurt again or sad again because I want to be there to make sure he has someone to count on," Eve says to herself, but Rito heard those words with his eyes extends of a surprise because Eve was trying her best for his sake.
Rito sighs, "Am I doing any of this, right?" Rito asked with confusion inside his voice, but he never took what Eve or Tearju felt about him. He was treating them like the enemy, yet they were trying their best to get him back to normal as Rito shook his head as Eve was hoping that she was making these cookies right.
"You need to add a little bit more sugar to get the flavor right," Rito told Eve with a comfortable voice as she turned her head to see Rito was right there behind her, and his arms crossed onto his chest.
"A.H.! Rito, when did you get here?" Asked Eve in a surprised tone.
"Just a few moments... Wow, you such weirdo and scared cat." Rito calls her with a gentle voice as she begins to look away from her to see what her bedroom looks like. It is not that he likes to see what Eve is wearing underneath her apron right now.
"I wasn't scared! I was surprised, that is all!" Wined Eve.
"Whatever you say, Scaredy Cat Eve," Rito calls her by new nickname with a teasing smile appearing onto his lips.
"Why you!" Said Eve and attacks Rito, getting cooking dough all over him.
"Th-Thank you, Eve," said Rito, despite him blushing.
"So… So does that mean I can get to see you with no shirt since you saw me half or all the way naked," Eve says to him which his cheeks turn deep red, and he begins to step away from her.
"HUH?! Why would you say that?!" Asked Rito in shock, and his face was dark red.
"Besides, you have seen me with only a towel!" Eve says to him as she begins to chase after him. It leads to Rito, and Eve was running around the room as Eve is trying to make Rito's shirt off which her items are thrown around the room. There were forks, knives, spoons, cookie dough, and flying pigs flying all over the room as Eve tried to take off Rito's shirt.
Okay, I was kidding at the Flying Pigs part, but cookie dough was flying all over, making the place incredibly messy and doughy.
Rito and Eve were sitting back-to-back as Eve's apron dropped onto her messy bed. The straps of her dress were slowly dropping from her right shoulder as both of them were sweating and breathing heavily.
"You… You… You are crazy." Rito tells his friend with a soft tone.
"What, I'm the world?!" Asked Tearju as she walked into the room, horrified after looking at what the room turned into.
"We are going to clean this room up," Rito told her the correct answer as Tearju sees Eve's undersides on the floor.
"You two didn't do anything else than training, right?" Tearju asks them as Rito, and Eve see what Tearju is holding inside of her hands.
"No, we didn't do anything else," said both Rito and Eve at the same time.
Tearju believes them for now as Rito and Eve clean the bedroom as Rito takes the cookies out of the oven. Rito wondered what Eve meant about them being partners, but his shoulders shrugged as Rito turned his head to see Eve and Tearju were acting like mother and daughter.
"So, is Tearju, your mother?" Asked Rito to Eve in a whisper tone.
"I believe you can say that" Eve responds to his question with a cheerful tone because her Rito is back, yet she did not know that she was going to have to battle for the number one spot inside of his heart since Neme already said she wants Rito for hers.
'Eight months without talking to Eve. I never knew I would miss that so much,' said Rito in his thoughts.
Tearju could see Eve has developed feelings of love for Rito, yet they would have to wait until they were old enough to do that.
Later that day, Rito yawns as he is getting sleepy. He went to his room, and he began to lay down on the floor's futon to get some sleep.
"Damn, what a day. We spent all day cleaning Eve's room from all the cookie dough," said Rito to himself as he lay on his futon.
As her shirt was slowly coming off, Rito felt someone was cuddling at his right side, which was Eve.
"EVE?!" Asked Rito in shock.
Eve holds onto Rito as she has fallen asleep, which he shows a bright smile then falls asleep again as his hand wraps around her waist to keep her warm and safe.
Rito sighs, "Looks like I'm spending another night with her," said Rito as he rested.
Rito closes his eyes as he hears Neme speaks, "She better not get comfortable around you because you belong to me, My Rito."
"Huh?" Asked Rito as he opened his eyes, but all he saw was a dark void.
Rito sees Neme come out of the darkness with her hair covering her eyes as she looks up at him then kisses him on the lips, which means that she took Rito's first kiss.
"M-Meme?!" Asked Rito inside the shock as he was still kissing her.
Neme pulls away from the kiss as she says, "That means you have to hang out with me every day!"
"But how? Those scientists hang around in your room 24/7 now. I cannot sneak into your room now," said Rito.
"When you can," Neme tells him with a soft tone.
"I promise, I'll visit you whenever I can," said Rito.
Neme shows a bright smile as she cannot wait to spend more time with Rito, hoping he could grow up with her.
"By the way, where are we?" Asked Rito, talking about the void they were in.
"I believe this is your inner mind meaning you can make anything happen here," Neme says to Rito, which she could tease him a little.
"Woah! Seriously?!" Asked Rito in shock.
"Yes, you can imagine us doing adult stuff too," Neme tells him with a gentle voice.
"Why would I want to do that? Being an adult is boring," said Rito.
"True, but don't you ever want to become something like your dad?" Neme asks him with a relaxed tone.
"Like my dad? You mean a manga artist?" Asked Rito.
"Yes, or would you like to chase something else?" Neme says to him with a comfortable voice and warm smile.
"Like what?" Asked Rito, he did not like the sound of this.
"Well… You could become something you want to become, and nobody has rights for you to say what you can or can't do." Neme makes the speech for Rito was amazed by her.
"Hmmm, what I always wanted to be..." Said Rito as he began to think, "Well, I always wanted to be a famous soccer ballplayer."
"Well, how about you become a coach, and I'll become your girlfriend or wife," Neme says to him with a soft tone.
"A coach, huh? That does not sound half bad," said Rito.
"That does mean I became your girlfriend or wife, Rito," Neme says with excitement inside of her voice.
"Oh, okay, fine. I do not mind being your husband for a day," said Rito.
Neme cheers around as Rito sees she is not wearing any undies as. His cheeks turn deep red then he looks away from her.
"Can you at least put some undies on?" Asked Rito was blushing.
"Maybe if you catch me, then I will," Neme says to him as he gets up and begins to chase after her, which he was beginning to have fun with her.
"Hey! Get back here!" Said Rito as he chased after Neme.

Time begins to pass, meaning two years have passed which Rito begins to show his teenage body was slowly coming. Mentally, he was nine years old, but physically, he was twelve. He was training himself to use quick draw, but it was not easy. His outfit is a dark blue shirt with no sleeves and black shorts. Rito hears a knock on the door, and his right-hand holds the midnight blue handgun with a dark silver outline as he speaks, "The door is open." His tone is smooth.
That is when Eve came in, who has grown a bit. Mentally, she too was nine, but physically, she was twelve. She was wearing her usual black dress with black shorts.
"Hey Rito, how's it going?" Asked Eve.
"Doing good, but what about you, Sweet cheeks," Rito responds to her as he shows a teasing smile, meaning he has not changed since he fixed their relationship. Rito and Eve could be considered lovers or best friends, but Rito believes they are only partners.
"Oh, will you knock it off! I am not a little kid anymore!" Whined Eve.
"Oh… I'm sorry, I'm not the one asked how to put a bra on." Rito told her with a warm but teasing smile which Eve remembers her breasts were slowly bouncing and growing slightly, meaning she was now hitting a large A cup.
"Hey! Do not look at them!" Shouted Eve as she covered her breasts.
"I'm not looking at them. It is time for training again," Rito told her as his tone was firm and emotionless since he did not mind it, but he was slowly building a plan to get out of the factory with Neme, Eve, and Tearju.
"Is everything okay, Rito?" Asked Eve after noticing Rito's sudden change of demeanor.
"Yes, I am fine… Just wondering about something." Rito responded to her as they left his bedroom, and they were going to the training room, which he was not looking at her bouncing breasts at all.
"From what I heard, today's training session is supposed to be much tougher than we're used to," said Eve as she and Rito made their way to the training room.
"Yes… Yes, it is." Rito responds at her as he felt weird around Eve, but he remembers that they are nine years young now, 'It is so weird. Mentally we are nine years old, but physically were twelve. Our Nanomachines inside of us somehow made usage quicker?' Asked Rito in his thoughts.
Rito looks at Eve, wondering as he sightsees her breasts were coming in, then shakes his head quickly to let it go.
"I have to ask Eve, are you ready for this? We are about to face something we have never faced before," said Rito.
"Yes, I am. Besides, every time you win, we get to have to hangouts with each other." Eve told him with a cheerful tone.
"Yes, that's true," smiled Rito.
Rito begins to remember the times he enters Eve's bedroom without knocking, which leads to Eve trying to kill him. He always hated making Eve angry, as he would always try to keep his hide.
Rito did get a good glance at her body was slowly changing into her teen years, but it was thanks to nanomachines. It was like having nanomachines made you age quicker than usual. Although, the mind stays the same.
"Ah, there you two are," said Tearju after turning the corner.
"Miss Tearju," Rito calls her with respect, tone, and expression for her. "Is it okay if I ask a question for you?" He was curious about the nanomachines inside of them.
"Sure, I have a moment to spare before you two start your training program," said Tearju.
"Why are our nanomachines making us look like teenagers when we are only nine years old," Rito asks her the question with a respectful tone.
"Oh? Where is this question suddenly coming from?" Asked Tearju.
"Miss Tearju, I just want to know, or do we have a choice to choose what kind of age we want," Rito asks her.
"Well, the reason why your body ages faster are because it's simply compensating for the effects of the nanomachines. That is why you look older than you are," explained Tearju.
Rito looks away from her of trying to understand everything with his mind brought many questions, but now it is time for the training to begin.
"Anyways, I wish the two of you luck on your training program for today," said Tearju.
"Thanks, Ms. Tearju," Rito responds to her.
"Come on, the head scientist is probably waiting for us," said Eve as she headed into the chamber.
"Right," Rito responds to her.
When they entered the training chamber, they found themselves in the usual plain white room.
"Ah, you two are finally here," said the scientist from the P.A. Intercom.
Rito and Eve nod at the screen as they are ready for the next training course.
"So, what is today's training?" Asked Rito.
"Oh, that will be a surprise," said the head scientist.
Rito begins to do some stretching to get his muscles pop into a position. He turned his head to see Eve doing the same thing he did not know any better, but he had to admit that her body looked incredible and desirable. Rito quickly shook those feelings away, as now was not the time for that.
"Are you two ready?" Asked the head scientist.
Rito nods at the questions as Eve says, "Yes," The two bioweapons become ready for anything.
The head scientist nods and starts working his magic. Just then, Rito and Eve found themselves in a rain forest.
Rito and Eve turn their eyes into a bright crimson to see through the forest trees, which Rito asks, "See anything?" His tone was serious as Eve shook her head, and she turned her sight to see underneath Rito's clothes to reveal his body has become impressive and incredible to see it too.
"I'm guessing this thing we're supposed to be fighting is deeper into the forest," said Eve as she turned her head away from Rito.
"Yes, and is something wrong, Eve?" Rito asks her with a worried tone because he is confused about why she is not looking at him or turning red?
"No, it's nothing," blushed Eve, "Come on, we have a job to do," said Eve.
"Right, and be careful," Rito told her with a gentle voice.
"I will," Eve told Rito and began to make her way deeper into the forest.
Rito begins to walk forward to check the area as his sensor could not pick anything with his mind begins to reveal his new skill, which he was going to call 'Ki.'
"Let's see if I can find out target using Ki," said Rito.
Rito breathes in then out as his eyes become close as the scientists were going to tell Dark Silver off, but the head scientist stops them because he knows Rito has learned a new skill on his own time. He wants to see how it works out for Dark Silver since he was the only one who could pull it off.
Just then, Rito felt a strong presence from the North. Rito had to make sure it was not Eve at first because he did not want to strike her down by accident. He looks behind him and sees Eve is still in eye view, which he knows that the strong presence was not coming from her. He then began running towards the strong ki level. Rito dashing towards the creature created a gust of wind, which Eve felt, letting her know Rito was heading.
"What the hell! What kind of technique is that!" Eve and the scientists were asking everyone since they had seen something like this before. Eve's eyes extend of shock because she did not even have time to feel the energy surrounding Rito in the first place.
"Should... Should I follow, or will I just get in Rito's way?" Asked Eve in her thoughts, Eve decides to check on Rito and see if he needs backup on managing the mission since she is worried about him, "I hope he hasn't reached the target's location yet. The Last thing we need is for him to fight something that he cannot oversee," said Eve as she ran after Rito.
Meanwhile, Rito was still in the forest, searching for the target. Rito dodges a lightning attack from the north side of the forest as his eyes extend of a surprise because his ability to sense 'Ki' made him feel everything around him.
"Wait, can it sense me?" Asked Rito, he has not arrived at the target's location yet, and already their firing range attacks at him.
Rito jumps away from the attack as he hides behind the forest trees and lands in front of Eve. They were close to kissing one another on the lips.
"E-Eve?!" Asked Rito in shock.
"Rito," Eve says it with a quiet tone as she is looking into his eyes with her own.
"INCOMING!" Shouted Rito as he took Eve and leaped out of the way from the monster's electric attack.
"One hit from that, and we're done for," said Eve, confusing Rito.
"What do you mean?" Rito asks her.
"Seriously, Tearju never told you? Nanomachines are weak against electricity. One good hit from electric attacks and our Nanomachines will malfunction, making him paralyzed," explained Eve.
Rito nods of understanding, but the head scientist shows a sinister smile because Dark Silver has an affinity for light, darkness, and shadow, meaning he could use lightning that is if he learns how to make it at first.
"Come on, we need to close into it," said Rito.
The creature roars as it shots the lightning everywhere in the area of trying to flush his targets out since it was not showing any weakness.
"INCOMING!" Shouted Rito as he and Eve saw a huge electric wave coming towards them.
They had no time to dodge it, so Rito picked Eve up then tossed her into safety. He gets struck by lightning, but he feels nothing as his eyes open to see the lightning absorbed into his body, making him stronger and fast as lightning is.
"RITO!" Screamed Eve, fearing for the worst.
Rito jumped out of the lightning attack as his body was glowing as light blue as the lightning's color, but everyone was surprised that Rito had a lightning element inside of him now.
"Rito?!" Asked Eve, shocked at what he was seeing
"Amazing! I do not believe this!" Said Tearju.
"Hey, boss, what's going on?!" Asked a scientist to the head scientist.
"Dark Silver has light, darkness, and shadow inside of his nanomachines," Head Scientist explains the situation surrounding how Dark Silver escaped from the lightning which he could absorb the attack and use it against the enemy.
"What?! How did you manage that?!" Asked Tearju.
"During the experimental on his body and inserting the advanced nanomachines inside of his body." Head Scientist tells them which they could believe it.
Meanwhile, as the smoke began to clear, Brad and Eve could see what their target looked like. Their target was a giant lupine dog. It had two large horns on his head, fully developed limbs, sharp fangs, and claws. It also has powerful forelegs, making it very agile for its size. It stood twenty feet tall and 1,555 centimeters long. It has yellowish-gray spikes on its back and a long spiky tail. It was surrounded by electricity, and the beast was growling.
Rito and Eve become serious about dealing with this creature since it was powerful to blast them away with the electricity attacks as it sends the spikes towards them. Rito and Eve jump away from the spikes, but Rito sees little electricity surrounding them slightly, which means they hold lightning change inside them.
"Eve, are you okay?" Asked Rito.
"Yes, I am, but how… how did you do that?" Eve responds to him.
"Honestly, I don't know," said Rito.
Rito was trying to understand how he survived the lightning attack as his body felt powerful and energetic like lightning was going through his body and mind at the moment.
"I thought I was supposed to get paralyzed when struck by electricity, right?" Asks Rito to Eve.
"That's what I thought, too," said Eve.
Rito turns his sight and tries something, then it shocks Eve's right hand, which hurts her as he begins to laugh slightly about it for amusement.
"Hey! That hurt!" Said Eve as she felt her hand was numb.
"Wait a moment... Does that mean you cannot move your hand?" Rito asks her with a soft voice.
"No, I can't," said Eve.
If Eve's hand got paralyzed simply by getting poked by electricity, imagine what her entire body would be like if it all got struck by electricity.
Rito heals her hand from the paralyzing state, which he found it interesting to heal her hand as fast as possible.
"When did you learn how to do that?" Asked Eve, surprised that her hand was healed.
"It just came to me, and I was curious what would happen if I touched the person for the second time," Rito told her.
"Oh, I see. Neat," said Eve.
Just then, they felt the ground shake, and the beast was running towards them.
"Damn... This thing does not like us too well," Rito was telling her.
"Maybe because he was ignoring it for a while," said Eve.
Rito gets up onto his feet and races towards the creature to stop its rolling attack. The spikes nearly touched his chest area, which could stab him, but he wanted to protect Eve. The creature then swats Rito using his spiky tail, but Rito quickly blocks its tail attack by turning his hands into a giant shield.
Eve was close to getting swiped by its claw, but it did manage to tear off parts of her clothes.
"Eve, be careful. Its claws are sharp!" Warned Rito.
"I already know that" said Eve, trying to cover up certain parts of her body.
Rito and Eve begin to think about it, then he says, "Eve, a heads up!" He shoots a dark lightning attack towards her which. She turns her right hand into a sharp sword, becoming enchanted with the lightning, then slices the creature, but it uses its claws to protect itself. Rito and Eve hide inside a small cave. Rito began to focus and not on her small breasts on his chest.
"Damn it, that beast is good," said Eve, trying to catch her breath.
"Y-Y-Yes, it is," Rito says with a nervous tone because he was trying to focus on the creature's movements.
"Any ideas on how to beat it?" Asked Eve.
Rito closes his eyes with his hair changing dark silver into pure silver as Eve becomes surprised that Rito's appearance changes as his lightning element surround him. He gets out of the cave, and his eyes show light blue as Rito begins to race towards the creature, which dodges the claw then slices the chest with a small cut with his sword been dark blue lightning. "Rito!" Eve and Tearju scream his name, and they continue, "Finish him!" Rito screams as he flies towards the creature, which sends a fierce sword stabbing the creature through the head section, creating black lighting all over the place.
"RITO!" Screamed Eve, fearing for Rito's safety.
Rito's shirt was damaged as he showed a thumbs up for her, meaning he was all right with a warm smile.
"It's over," said Rito, standing over the slain beast.
Rito felt his energy disappear, and he began to fall backward as his eyes closed, but Eve quickly caught him. That is when the simulation ends, and Eve finds herself and Rito back in the training room.
Rito was sleeping as Eve could not believe what he did as she showed a bright smile because he had done something incredible.
"Excellent work, you two," said the head scientist.
Tearju enters the training room to check on Rito. She was surprised and happy that he was sleeping.
"Oh, thank goodness, he's alive," said Tearju, sighing with relief.
Tearju strokes Rito's hair comfortably which he shows a slight smile as he says, "Thank you, Tearju." She blushed slightly since he said her name with a soft tone, but she had to shake those feelings away since he was not a teenager, but he was nine right now.
"We should take him to the medical room," said Eve to Tearju.
"Right," Tearju says to her, and she carries Rito to the medical room, with Eve following her. Tearju, what happened to Rito just now?" Asked Eve.
"I have no answers," Tearju answers the question to the best of her ability.
"Good. Incredibly good. Dark Silver is getting stronger," grinned the head scientist and rubbed his hands.
